Price is good, but not a good value hotel”
We booked a non-smoking room, but there's an ash tray in the room, along with cigarette burnt marks in various places. There's supposed to be WiFi in all the rooms, but on arrival we are told it's only available in the lobby 5 stories below. Air conditioner is so low power that it barely lowered the room temp. It cooled down maybe 2°F, I'm guessing, and the room was still at, again just guessing, 80°F. Front desk clerk was not helpful. He asked to see proof of booking and payment, can't he look up that information himself? I said my computer is almost out of juice so I may not be able to show him my booking. I then asked if there's an outlet I can plug my computer into. He said there's none. Fortunately, my computer didn't die when I finally found the e-mail containing the proof. But after that, I saw a power strip down at his feet with at least 2 unused outlets in it.

Pros? Near to airport. Near to indomaret. Cons? So many. Dirty room, wet towel, sometimes black out when using water heater. I paid the bigger room but they gave the smaller. Never go to redDoorz again

The place is dirty! Linen not changed, not even clear up drawer, floor dirty, bathroom smells, rooms smells cigarette smoke even for the non smoking room. Need to put 100K IDR deposit fee up front. It is not worthed. I personally changed rooms 3 times to find an acceptable clean room. No wifi coverage, cell signal also bad, corridors lighting really bad.

The room given was totally different than what was shown in the pictures, it was no way near what was shown. Bed sheets were stained & worn out. Bathroom was broken & dirty. Walls were full of chalk writings

Kelebihan: menurut saya tidak ada. Kekurangannya: kamar kotor, kamar yg saya tempatin blm dibersihkan dari tamu sebelumnya , masih bnyk rambut di kasur. Handuk juga tidak di ganti. Masib ada bekas kotoran hitam. Wc tidak ada pembatas dengan kamar, saat semprotin air, air nya jadi mengalir ke kamar. Tidak ada sikat gigi dan sabun. Tidak ada air minum. Handuk hanya 1 dan itu bekas orang. Kamar kecil sekali. Saya tidak komplen ke resepsionisnya karena saya lihat resepsionisnya saat check in. Tidak ada ramah2nya kepada saya. Tinggal hnyk beberapa jam saja dan saya langsung check out lg karena lihat kondisi kamar yang sangat buruk. Tidak akan saya ke sini lagi. Tidak rekomend

Hotel dengan pelayanan paling buruk. Kapok pesan hotel ini. Sudah 2 kali berturut turut bermasalah. Jelas2 saya kasih booking ID dibilangnya pesanan gak ada, bukannya nyari solusi, resepsionis gak bisa apa2!! Jelas2 di voucher hotel pembayaran sudah lunas, resepsionis ngotot minta dibayar lagi, alasannya disistem masih muncul blm dibayar, dan kejadian ini sudah 2kali!!! Makasih gak akan kembali lagi ke hotel ini!! Sistem dan staff SANGAT TIDAK PROFESIONAL!!!
