Value for Money but Difficult Check In”
I have no complain of the room. For the price, it is certainly value for money. Clean, good WiFi, lots of foods around. Not recommended to bring your car as the parking lot is very packed and the traffic is very bad. But taxi can be found easily outside the apartment. The only thing annoyed me is that Red Doorz refused to give the phone number of the apartment manager/check-in guy. As this is an apartment and not hotel, they don't have front desk at the apartment itself. The proposed meeting place is a restaurant which is not visible from the apartment entrance, and Red Doorz did not tell me that the management of the restaurant is the one who I should have met. I thought that I am supposed to 'wait and meet' with the PIC.

Roaches on my bed”
I found Roaches. 2 of them on the first night, three of them after the second night. they're on the bed. I filed complain to reddoorz and they're kind enough to relocate me to redoorz@ gading batavia. Please do remove this apartment (green emerald apartment, floor 22 if i remember correctly room VN) from your list. Because this is already a case of health hazard.

It only have a cold shower, the blanket is so thin and kinda smell. When I checked in, there was a lot of ants because there was a piece of food inside the toilet. I don’t think I would go back to this place if the service still like that.

Internet tidak berjalan selama saya nginap 3 malam. Staff reseptionist sangat tidak membantu. Saya tidak merekomendasikan tempat ini. Kebersihan jg kurang karena mungkin jarang yg booking unit ini.

ribet cek in dan cek out”
parkiran susah banget. ini krn apartemen tempat tinggal. dan ini hanya dr penyewaan property, tidak ada info jelas apartemen nya apa dan tower mana, tanya security disana juga banyak yg kurang tau. Sampai dilobby ditanya no telp propertynya berapa? cek di agoda tidak ada info no telp. akhirnya bertemu dengan staff yg punya property kebetulan mengantar tamu lain, bukan dikasih kunci malah kudu ke tmp propertynya yg jaraknya lumayan kondisi hujan gede keluar dr apartemen. sampai diproperty seperti biasa isi form dan mengharuskan deposit. dikasih kunci. paginya harus ambil deposit, jadi buang waktu bolak balik saat cek in dan cek out krn tidak menyatu dengan apartemen tmp menginap. so far utk kondisi kamar ok.

saya memilih kamar ini dengan harapan fasilitas nya sesuai dengan yang di gambar, tapi bentuk furniture, dan isi nya jauh berbeda.. bahkan tidak ada lemari baju... deposit ketika check in Rp. 300.000 tidak di infokan sebelumnya.. lebih mahal dari harga sewa kamarnya..
