            the room so so so so so so dirty, the bathroom shower is not working as the shower is broken , the toilet flush is jot working, the AC is worse condition, the room smell so bad, the sheet is dirty , pillow is dirty, all dirty ,please don't recommend on agoda.SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!

            I went here with my brother, I booked at 10 pm. I came at 00.00, and the staff said my name was not on the list. And I need to pay again with their rate and deposit if I want to stay. It was so disappointing. I genuinely believe it was a lie. Smell bed, unfriendly staff, a terrible signal I need to go out to find signal zzz

            巨差酒店，欺瞒客户之嫌疑”

            无语的一次入住。预定的时候agoda显示有房，到店告诉我满房，无法入住。工作人员说帮忙协调，一开始说要换地方住，要等一会儿去另外的酒店，ok，我接受。我们等了有30分钟，再次问什么时候去别的酒店，再次让我们等待，我们等待了一段时间，等不住了，再次询问，告诉我们今天没地方住了，让我们自己联系这个所谓reddoors客服申请退房，这前后已经过去1个多小时！简直无语！如果没房，为何agoda订房付全款却成功了！欺骗手段！而后我发火质问工作人员，为何没房 ，摆事实讲道理，然后工作人员又说有房间了！那么请问，为什么要让我们前后这么这么折腾！后来我看房间的时候，当天至少还空了4间房没住！想必agoda可以订房付费，是酒店骗钱之举！再也不会住了！
