Dirty, smelly, bad reception attitude, it’s a “Refugee Camp”. Should not state as “Hotel”. Even it’s Free also will not stay. Never come across such a bad experiences. RedDoorz is just to attract & mislead customers, the name is” Hotel Pelita Inn”. This Refugee camp is for honey business & dealing not for families, couples, solo travellers. Pay just Rp10-20k you can get a decent hotel. Good Luck to those who had Booked!

To all ,the reception old staff bold man. When i came to reservation ,this guys not friendly and not serve as a guest. Me booked from online.he gave me room on top floor and wifi low.and exactly floor 1 and 2.3 still empty me .crazy reception .

This hotel not suitable to family member. The room, air-Cond, matters and bathroom and water heather not in good condition. The room fully smell, no towel provided. The staff service is not welcome, and they are not friendly. Cleaning service very terrible. WORST AND TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Cheap hotel. You get what you pay for. Smelly hotel with no ventilation. The smell is unbearable in the corridors. I don't what they use to clean or do they clean at all? May be the smell is because of water pond downstairs with fish and turtle in it. And yes no lift! So you'll have to take stairs for the upper floors. We didn't even get butter for the breakfast just bread. I'd not recommended this to anyone!

Fasilitas standard, tapi pelayanannya bagus. Lokasi strategis dipusat kota. Gampang untuk cari sarapan, makan siang dan makan malam. Banyak tempat makan disekitaran hotel. Gak cm solo traveler, keluarga pun boleh nginap disini dengan pilihan family room atau twin bed room.
