This is an old hotel but it is clean! but the light is too dim, but everything is complete, I got toothbrush and etc, towel, they have water heater, lift, even bottled mineral water! there is also a TV that is connected to global channel, great access near MCD, cool for cheap prices!

I went to Jakarta for business matter and location for this hotel was close to several landmark in Jakarta. This hotel has a good facilities, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful. Easy to find food and transportation. Will come back here when I have business trip in the future.

Good hotel. But Red Doorz is a useless company”
The place is awesome for the price and the service. I made an error in booking and realized only after i ve paid that the month was different than what I intended it to be. Agoda was helpful in trying to contact Red Doorz, but the company refused to budge even a little bit. RED DOORZ does not have a number to call, customer service email bounced back 12 emails to me. It is a company based off Singapore, not local. Which means, any booking on Red doorz will NOT be entertained and cannot be rectified unlike other companies. Be warned

The hotel is situated in a good location and there is a 24/7 Mcd like a stone throw away. The hotel itself is mediocre. I only spent a total of 4 hours in the room. The toilet had some smell which got worse when we tried to hose it down. The aircond takes forever to get cold, so you can just leave your card there for few hours then you'd get good air. An OK place if all you need is a place to crash on a budget. But if you're too into hygiene and care about all the amenities, not the place for you.

The Suite has 2 rooms, bedroom and living room. With cheap rate, this is very value for money. The furnitures are old but they look quite elegant and classy. They have beautiful paintings everywhere around this hotel. I didn't like the bathroom. Too ordinary for Suite room. No bathtub. Room was a bit smelly (old furniture/carpet smell) but after turning on AC smell was gone but ACs (in bedroom and living room) are too loud, they made noises so had to turn it off during sleep time. Breakfast was ala carte and bad taste, white rice+ayam kecap+kerupuk, watermelon slices, free flow coffee and tea. Better not to add breakfast during stay. Staffs werw actually okay, the one in the restaurant was really nice, polite, and always smile but the recepsionist lady was not friendly and gave me bad vibe when I just checked in. Will I come again to this hotel? Probably not.
