      Saya merencanakan check in di hotel ini tgl 5 pukul 9 malam.. Petugas FO mengatakan saya tidak dapat check in karena tidak terdaftar.. Lalu setelah beberapa lama saya dimintain uang untuk bayar check in katanya saya belum membayar.. Alih alih saya check in saya bergegas pergi untuk mencati hotel lainnya
