The biggest issue is the dust. I have eye irritation and couldn't stop sneezing once I entered the room. The light is too dim to do anything at night, bad to the eyes.

Two year ago, I stayed here for 2 weeks and felt satisfied. So when I had a trip to Jakarta, I excitedly chose this place. However, I'm very disappointed with the condition of the bathroom. There were mold in the shower handle, not enough soap (I ended up using conditioner to wash my body), noisy AC, dead cockroach under the table.... Maybe because I got a room at 4th floor (the highest floor) so they don't really maintain it, cause last time I got room in 2nd floor The good side is the staffs were still very friendly & helpful

Not too bad but not too good either”
I booked the room for my parents, only for 1 night. Before I pay there are optional for the room so I choose : non smoking room, 2 single beds and quiet room. When I arrived I had 3rd floor and it quiet but when I enter the room it smells smoking so bad, so I have to turn on the air conditioning to reduce the smell. There is only 1 bed and the room is so small full of many closet and cupboard. I also have password for the wi-fi but it failed after many trials. My suggestion is keep up the good room so it always have fresh air and no mosquito. The location is great and the staff is quite friendly.

No Wifi Internet during my staying”
I stayed for 3 nights, and the internet was off, the internet wifi was down in the guesthouse. It seems that no efforts from the staff to fix it or call the service provider.

compact room, the location is great, close to food convenience store etc, in the center of Setiabudi area staff was not friendly and not really helpfull bad internet connection, bathroom was dirty, ok if you only stay for one night sleep

Decent place to stay”
If you don't expect hotel-type of facilities and room, then you won't be disappointed when you stay here. The price was affordable, so that's great. Location wise, it is very strategically located, with many restaurants/cafes nearby. The staff were also nice and friendly though I have no idea why they didn't clean the hotel room daily unless requested. In terms of facilities, they've got water gallon, kitchen (albeit not having complete cutlery), microwave, fridge, TV cable and a set of amenities. So yea, those are pretty good. The only downside was probably its cleanliness. I spotted some ants around the room and there were two or three of them in my bedsheets. Also, when I first came, there was a cigarette bud in the toilet and I had to ask the staff to clean it up. Oh and the air from the AC was kinda smelly whenever I first turned it on. Overall, it's an affordable and decent place to stay, so long as you don't expect it to be like a 4- or 5-star hotel.

This place seemed really new. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were great and printed our boarding passes with no hassle. Good distance from the town but there are plenty of taxis and good places to eat nearby. Satay cart right outside, restaurant next door serves lovely food.

Ants in bed!”
It is cheap to stay here. There is also English speaking TV and you can use a non air conditioned kitchen (so it is very hot). They provide shampoo, shower gel and body lotion, as well as two bottles of water. The shower room has hot water. BUT I had ants in my bed, which was clearly not unexpected by the staff as they then provided me with an ineffective trap! I had two pillows, neither without a case (although one was provided for the second night) and the pillows did not look clean. The room was full of kitchen cupboards and had a large fridge which was not working. There was also an unused office chair (it still had a plastic cover on the seat). If you can afford it, stay somewhere else.
