Thanks to the front desk beauties: Reyn, Madel, Melinda, Lain and Berna. Thanks to the restaurant friendlies: Kat, Che-an, Alyana, Karen and Jeriel. (Hope that I got your names correctly.) In fact, all the staff of Arzo. Now I get to enjoy the swimming pool. (I had many visits that the pool was off limits.) I enjoyed the food and beverages. (Spent almost 2k on food and beverages for 2 days but it was all worth it.) I enjoyed singing in the bar while sipping Spanish Latte or Strawberries and Cream frappe and while eating merienda. I got to try 2 rooms and both rooms had good air conditioning. Also, thanks to the security guard (I forgot his name again). For the first time in 18 visits, I brought my car and luckily parking along the street was available. Nothing happened to my car so presume it is safe to park there. See you all again soon.

Mosquitoes”
I borrowed mosquito spray for the corners of the room. I wasnt able to sleep well because it kept on biting my legs. It was the room on the ground floor that they gave me. I told them that i was with the elder person so i requested it but i was dissapointed with the mosquitoes. The last time i stayed here was so great. It was one of the best hotels i stayed in Manila. Because it has pool and a good restaurant. The ambiance is good too. It also good for a group to bond at. The staff was friendly. I wish they could disinfect all the rooms well. Thank you Oasis! ❤️

location is very peaceful if you want to rest and unwind but it is also within the city and near the major destinations like robinsons mall - ermita, us embassy, st. Luke's clinic - ermita, and a lot more agencies and government facilities. if taxis are hard to find, tricycles are also available. if you are not in a hurry, you can walk from the hotel going to baywalk area early in the morning or after sunset. if you just want to stay in the hotel, they swimming pool there and restaurant. Or you can just roam around Paco park. The road in front of arzo hotel is not frequented by traffic, that's why it quiet there.

Great staff! Kudos to Madel, Melinda and Reynalyn! Swimming pool was so clean. The room was clean and comfy too. Walking distance to Robinsons Ermita. This was my 8th visit (it was formerly Oasis Paco Park Hotel) and I am still a fan.

Have been coning this hotel before pandemic still pandemic. Love this place people are truly remarkably kind and helpfull. I have witnessed with my own eyes while having dinner. They went so far with help it was wow factor. I almost visit Manila 2 to 3 weeks have never let me down. Restaurant dont need to anywhere cause teuly great food choices. Love your Spanish latte and your breakfast (danggit) with unlimited coffee! My only problem was the aircon in my room was not consistently working but nonetheless still a great stay because of the warmth of all of the staff.

Great location! 15minutes walking to st lukes medical extension. Food is good in the restaurant but pricey. Great value of money. If you are looking to park your car, they have street parking. The only thing I was disappointed was the shower heater. It was not working during our stay. The staff said maybe it was affected by service maintenance. Brrrrr, freezing cold 🥶🥶🥶

Especially front desk restaurant even security guard pleasant. Actually have been coming here over 4 years. If i was not happy wouldn't come back. This is honest as it gets. At the beginning no hot water available in rooms now they have improved since.

Since we found Arzo, we always comeback here. Very friendly staffs, nice location, nice resto, billiards, pool, etc. Very very accessible. They even upgrade our room sometimes, very accommodating staffs, you can chill and smoke at the pool area, a decent clean rooms, nearby convince stores, hassle free stay. That is why we keep coming back!

Glad we found this place to stay on, the room is clean and quiet, the staffs are also nice. We got to stay in room 303 and the view is really good, all appliances in the room are functioning well. The shower has heater too which is an +1 for an affordable rate price room. Well visit again soon!
