stinky bathroom, woman (with scar/mark on her face) behind desk when you check in at night is not good, not humble, etc.

Very difficult to find the location ”

Very very difficult to find the place, The staff can’t speak English, I paid rent through agoda but they took 100000 local money and forcefully they will take passport as deposit which is illegal to hold someone’s passport

Kurang memuaskan”

Sampo,sabun,sikat gigi dan pasta gigi tidak ada.,terus kebersihan nya kurang karna Selimut,sarung bantal dan yg lain kurang bersih(dekil) udah itu tidak disediakan air mineral dikamarnya,di aplikasi disediakan.tapi nyatanya tidak.!tolong di baguskan kembali.biar yg nginap Disna betah.terus saya sudah bayar diagoda bilang belum bayar,bayarnya dsini.tapi saldo diatm saya berkurang.tolong di chek kembali kalo orang sudah booking dan bayar tuh hotelnya. Terima kasih.
