Its a brand new hotel.. still not fully equipped (April 2014) but the rooms and bathrooms are clean and beautiful. . Breakfast was one of the best. . In room dining was expensive compared to other 5 star facilities. . Would stay there again if had the chance

Aloft is an excellent hotel style of mine as well as its location is near to many different desired places. I recommend it for Business travelers.

Save your money and stay at Fraser Suits. I lost 1 hour negotiations about wrong room they set me up with it but finally I got a suite bigger than my reservation, breakfast for too and check out at 3. They actually care about their reputation and capable to let you feel comfortable. The executive 1 BD suite was amazing. It’s overlook Faisaliah tower and I believe it was 82 sq m with two bath. It was really HUGE but try to get it at 4th or 5th floor and you will not be disappointed. They have an outstanding outdoor pool on 6 floor along with jacuzzi enough for 8-10 people. Also they got sauna and steam room enough for 4 people each at their spa but massage still not yet opened. Their restaurant overlooked at the pool. Also private underground parking.

It is a nice hotel, the pool, the gym is the best hotel gym ever I found, I took half board with a nice dinner on the pool the dinner was sea food with good quality The breakfast is of good quality but with limited choices. For the food just one thing the dessert chef is not so good. The problem in this hotel is the staff from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping Most of them neither know English nor Arabic.

This is a very comfortable hotel and staffs are very nice, and reliable. I will stay in this hotel every time I visit Riyadh. BEICHANG XIE

Had an issue with a taxi driver demanding more money on an agreed price which turned ugly. When reaching the hotel, the 2 gentlemen at the counter helped me to solve it. Words can't describe how much I appreciated their calm and helpfulness. The hotel is right on Olaya street, only a a few hundred meters away from Kingdom Centre. The room was clean and spacious. For that kind of money that I paid, this is the best option in Riyadh hand down

5-star facilities at 3 star prices. Very clean, comfortable beds, super breakfast. I will be staying here on all Riyadh trips

Pros- 2 bedroom had 4 beds. Clean. Location was good for us, as we were driving in from Eastern Province. Lots of Fast food restaurants nearby. Easy access to highway and main roads. Next to new train station. Cons- bed was a little too firm for me, but we all slept well. There were no hand towels in bathroom or kitchenette. We will definitely stay there again when Janadriyah opens.

This is the second time for me in this hotel They told me last time you book by calling us direct and u will get 20% disc. Then I call and I ask the price for 5 night and I check Agoda I find agoda is more cheap than hotel itself So I book by agoda They should fix AC problem in room always stop working in night And the coffee in lobby should learn how to make hot moco and coffee because it’s always not hot even I ask them Other was prefer people in reception are so good and kindly Also time for men in gym should be more open. Not at 5:30 pm close

It’s my second stay within one month .. Hotel is clean .. Staff are cooperative.. Breakfast is delicious and varied.. Pool and Kids play ground is good..Hotel is good for those have business or relatives in north-east of Riyadh.

Booking thur Agoda has very good price than book direct with hotel and get the Agoda cash to next booking. Hotel room is big, bed and pillow are comfortable. Breakfast is the best in Rotana I visited. Waiter services is very good too. Location is good but nothing restaurant around but go by uber from the restaurant in Google map is quite easy. Opposite has few boutique Bally, Fred Perry, book store . Hotel amenities is need to improve. Overall is quite comfortable.

It was really amazing stay. The hotel rooms are very modern. Everything is near to me. Plus the hotel services are extraordinarily, you can find what ever you ask for. The staff very friendly like front desk, room service and housekeeping. I’d like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Hani from front desk for the great welcoming and the great services.

Amazing hotel on many aspects.. - great value for money - central location close to Al Faisaliah tower - free valet parking - spacious and beautiful lobby - welcoming staff and efficient - Mr. Hussam at the reception was very welcoming and cooperative and never hesitated to offer us late check out as we needed it due to late flight.

overall our stay is excellent...we have called the hotel ahead prior to booking if women can swim we get a yes answer.but unfortunately we are not informed that there is only limited time. when we reach the hotel we have informed that the schedules for female had past already.. but the staff are so kind to extend our stay just to swim but unfortunately we have to go out. overall it was great!

Mr abdullah (saudi) from reception he was helpful and always willing ti give help wish her m the best And about room the need to upgrade the electrical plug to latest standard ad require from proper authorities and the other room always the kids keep running and screming really that annoying

Clean, good and free Internet, Location is good and Services are Excellent. i booked again in the place when i had to extend my stay, you can't easily find a similar option with less cost

Very stylish hotel with welcoming reception staff. The room I stayed in was lovely with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. The hotel has a small gym with modest facilities. There is a swimming pool which I did not get to use as the weather was cold during my visit. The breakfast experience was disappointing; the food was ok but the staff were inattentive and far off from the standards set by hotel's stylish interior and the fwelcoming reception staff

it is a recommended hotel to stay for a short time in Ryiadh,for 5 star hotel it should be much better but in general the hotel is great and highlly recommended.

This is our second stay. I booked & pay through Agoda to check if the system is working and it worked. The staff are nice and accommodating as usual. Big space with lots of amenities - good value for money. Its just a bit noisy on the ground floor room. You can hear the screaming on the hallway inside your room.

honestlt i was not staying that much in the hotel so that i can judge it but the main thing is that the rooms are nice and the location is not bad for a business traveller, i would really recommend it if someone has bussiness to do in the Ulaya street or burj el riyad i would stay there again for sure, the breakfast was ok and the staff were not bad.

Every thing was great except food menu was very very expensive and mini bar was very very expensive too ..

At reasonable amount you got Luxury room plus underground parking, swimming pool and gym. Basically it’s 5 star hotel not 3 one. You won’t be disappointed. The receptionist and Fouad were really nice. Thanks for your hospitality. The swimming pool from 10 to 10 and the cafe open 24 hours with restaurant.

All thought the rooms seems a bit small, but the hotel in general very nice, clean, with modern decoration and new furniture. The best thing is their rates for the standard room is really reasonable. The surroundings of the hotel location is not so attractive, but the good thing it's not far from the city centure and the prime landmarks.The hotel is still on its trial operation at the dates of my stay, so the room service was not provided to the rooms yet, but they can serve upon phone call for 24. They're still have limited(but reasonable) meals range.

The location is good, the place is clean, the rooms are spacious, the valet service is helpful, the staff helpful ، But the receptionist was not satisfied with the family member's request, but asked for the iD card for the sisters

As the workshop I was attending was in this hotel, it was convenient. Close to airport was a plus point. Good wifi connection. Breakfast consisted of western and middle east varieties. Hardly any asian stuff. There was no private taxis around and you had to rely on hotel taxi which was way too expensive. A 5 minute drive to airport cost us 65 Riyals.

The hotel is as just as what Holiday Inn should provide. However the staffs at the front desk are not friendly and incompetent. I have paid my booking at Agoda but the still charge my rooms when I checked out. The best thing is that they never ask for my consent and charged directly from my credit card, getting my card information when I check in. They have agreed to refund me back but till now I have not receive any money from them. It seems that the hotel staffs do not know what is Agoda. My advise is do not stay at this particular hotel or not to book through agoda. I have read the same comments previously.
