can I ask which credit card u guys charge for fee? because I book for this guest buy u guys charge from his credit card what happened?

Very simple resort with pool. hotel and a casino and spa. Staffs were enthusiastic and very helpful and well trained. this is a casino resort aimed at attracting casino players. less of a resort for families. security is very high. room is simple but has weird paintings of rats offering food and blessings to a giant cat with chinese wordings on it. feels spooky. mostly empty rooms around. i see more staffs than guests. first floor has a gallery room filled with the vietnamese boss of the resort prize and photos and sorts of artifacts.

Too terrible Staff had big mouth. He looks like speaking out about guest information to others and talkative. And too rude. If you want to let know your visiting and information to others, this hotel is suitable.

Huge language barrier. Cleaning lady doesn't understand what the "do not disturb sign" means. Knock on my door every single day and can not understand a single word I say nor can I understand her. No safe inside hotel room. Floor is super dirty. It's cheap like really cheap. I'd recommend just paying a few bucks more and upgrade to a three star hotel. But if this is all you can afford, just don't expect much. Also not much to eat around the hotel. Had to order delivery. I ended up leaving early and also pay a few dollars more so you can cancel the room if needed. I made the mistake of getting the cheap nonreturnable deal :(

At the first time I entered in my room, there was a bad smell like a cigarette smoke. I found that there were no widows I could open for the air circulation. I don't want to recommend this hotel to the person especially he is sensitive to the smell.

We had a great stay at Rosana's. The room was like a small apartment with a decent equipped kitchenette and even a bath tub, on the 5th floor with a beautiful skyline view especially at night. The staff was lovely and helpful and the location covenient to get to Tho Ha village and catch a bus to Thai Nguyen. The best thing about it was the super comfortable bed, honestly like sleeping on a cloud. Loved it. Thanks Rosana!

There are many hotels in Bac Ninh city for business man. but those are expensive too much compare with the quality and facility. but this hotel has good fares. and their room is larger than others. only one problem is this is far away from the main street of Bac Ninh. but It takes just only 5 minutes by taxi because Bac Ninh is small city.

The good hotel to stay for business trip or vacation. The breakfast for me is good. The staffs are friendly. In general, this is a good choice if you purpose to find a place to stay at this area.

I had a weekend getaway in Tu Son, Bac Ninh. The hotel helped make it one of the best getaways I've had so far.

If you like your hotel to be quiet and clean, then Phu Son Resort may not an option for you. It is located near a railway track, with trains blaring their horns through the night to make sure that they are being heard. My hotel room was equipped with two beds, one of which had sheets that were covered with a liberal sprinkling of the droppings of some small rodent. Fast internet, though.

It is the perfect accomodation for Business travellers, technicians etc. working in Bac Ninh City ( Long and short time stay)

The owner very polite and hospitably. Rooms are very clean and nice view. Local breakfast made by the owner is good too. Thanks for free laundry.
