Traveling to Indonesia? Find Banten Province hotels

According to its size and facilities it is 5 star hotel, but because of worn out of everything it is like 4 star hotel. It needs renovation. Still it is value for money. They made early check in for me. Another plus in comparison with other hotels there is sandy beach near hotel. There are two nice pools.

1. Since your hotel is next to the ICE BSD Hall where it is very common to be busy on exhibition period then you should know that you need more receptionist to serve the customer. On the checking-in time at around 13.00 - 13.30, about 6 the customers together stood in 2 lines, while it took about 10-15 minutes for 1 staff to serve the customer. You should create special receptionist dedicated for customer who has already booked the room through online application so that typical customer is not getting disturbed by regular customer. 2. The receptionist did not ask if the customer bring the car or not so if the car was not registered then the customer has to pay for the parking fee every time he leaved the hotel. So you should put it your standard procedure. 3. I booked for a king size bed. I picked it on the apps. Then why your staff made me confused by saying we could not promise for what I have already booked on the apps? Why you offer something you can not provide?

I stay with my wife & 2 years old daughter. Room cleanliness, pool & food is perfect. Just because of the hotel was fully booked, than a little bit hectic during breakfast & check in. But the staff are responsible & well managed. I went there to entertain my wife & daughter. It was achieved. Pool is not so wide but perfect, the water is so natural, clean & fresh!! Food kind are vary, good taste. Night time in the lobby & cafe, is so comfort. If you want to take a walk about 50 meters, you can find seafood restaurant. But I choose Makassar seafood restaurant. About 5 minutes driving from hotel to Cilegon direction. Then we went to the Beach. Yeaaah...we got sand beach with less wave. Excellent for kids & toddler to play. Kids can play sand or see fish trapped between the coral reef. My wife also enjoy that one, walking above the coral reef, seeing the fish, crabs eels until the edge of deep sea. Please be careful. They was so happy. But not for me. The beach can not be used not swim. Please don't imagine you can swim or surfing there. It fully covered by coral reef, you can see when the sea is receding. The water will cover the coral reef when high tide. If adult want to play in the beach, like a beach boy, you can get several real beach spots in Anyer by 10-20 minutes driving to the Labuan direction. I did that, finding the nice Beach spot before check in. You can swim or surfing. Unfortunatelly there is no identification for the beach. it is located about 2km after Karang Bolong Beach I arrived at Anyer at 10 AM, While waiting for check in time at 14 PM. Finally, Hotel is perfect, hotel's beach is perfect for toddler. It is worthed.

We stayed in this hotel because of the close proximity to a wedding venue we attended. Although we arrived almost midnight, the front desk staff were lovely and made us feel welcome. Room allocation for our family was great, they did their best to allocate us as close as possible. and we were delighted when they allocated us to a connecting room. Facilites were good, they have swimming pool and gym on 2nd floor. Internet access was good and free in all area. The cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. We did not have breakfast so are unable to comment on that. The location was excellent, just opposite the Living World mall. We had memorable stay and enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel.

Its a good hotel in Banten, good choice if you need a quick relax. If you bring kids here it will be very nice because this hotel have good pools, and other facilities. The only problem is when i book non smoking room and already signed the nin smoking aggrement letter, but then when i go to my room the room is so smelly with cigarette

The room surprisingly clean. If you plan just relax in the room, this place was all you need. The breakfast was very variative and very delicious.. the price is not as expensive as five star hotel. If you stay here, you should take the breakfast package, thumbs up for the chef! The hotel & apartment is accross the mall, so everything is there. The cons only for the swimming pool, bathroom and the parking ticket, the swimming pool floor is cracked, its not safe because it will hurt our feet..the size is small, if your toddler love to swim, i dont recommend this hotel for your baby. The shower door in room 241 was broken, we cannot close the shower door, and the bathtub cannot wash away the water, it was clogged (same with the shower drainage). The parking ticket was not registered as you checked in, there's some delay, therefore you need to take a stamp for it in the reception, just in case the machine is not working

Santika is the only 4 stars hotels in that area. The price also quite affordable even consider cheap for 4 stars hotel. The room is comfortable, and the breakfast menu is pretty awesome. However the hotel is swarmed with guest. I have stayed there 3 times so far and I never saw the hotel not packed with guest. So expect long que for check in, like 30-40 minutes, and browsing for empty table for breakfast. The staff are totally outnumbered but they do try very best to always smile and helpful so that is good thing. But if you are looking for a quiet hotel with fast service, this hotel is not for you. But with that price for 4star hotel and helpful staff, I will come back again.

Introduce by Friends and Book through Agoda because It is Perfect bussiness hotel for Banten Industrial Area

The receptionist is a bit understaffed (long queue to check in) when I visited, but perhaps that's because they are hosting 2 event at the time. Huge swimming pool, nice ballroom (sound systems, lighting, chair, and carpet all quite good). Big room for a 3 stars hotel and unique bathroom (they separate the toilet and the shower). The amenities and pillow is a bit sub-par but still make sense for a 3 stars hotel. The rate is much higher if you book on the spot, so better book online. Plus, you get breakfast included if you book online.

The resort is very tidy-looking. Most of the rooms are in the form of cottages. I booked a 3-bedroom cottages and we enjoyed our stay. it's very close to the beach and also the swimming pool. air conditioning worked like a charm and the rooms are comfy. Breakfast was pretty good with some variety. One thing I'd like to complain about is the size of the swimming pool. It's very small and its capacity is nowhere near the potential guests amount in the hotel. The inside of the cottages also looked outdated. I'd fully recommend you to cook in the cottages to save money from eating outside, and also to enjoy your stay better.

Very good hotel which I've rated as 5 stars hotel. Improvement is required on steady water pressure during shower ( 18th floor ) and aircon in the corridors. Rest all to 5 stars hotel 👍🏻

I appreciate the location and the view. thy got the best in it. But for cleanliness please improve. some dusts might be seen on hotel furniture (desk, floor).

I was pleasantly surprise to be greeted with very friendly and helpful staffs, ready to make my staying experience a wonderful one, they aided me with getting my access cards, and also proceeded to have my breakfast done when I requested to include breakfast in my booking(didn't had that when booking through Agoda). Apart from that, the room was extremely cozy, allowing me to have a very restful night after a tiring flight to Jakarta the night before. Facilities were satisfactory and it was sufficient enough in accordance to the standards of a budget hotel. All in all, it was also very easy for me to book my Grab/Gojek from the hotel to ICE-BSD just 10 minutes away. WIFI services was also superb in the hotel and I need not worry about not being able to access the internet during my stay in POP Hotel.

I would like to thank the service staff especially the front desk lady who handled my check in during my three day stay. I think her name is ST; I had overlooked during my booking process that I need to pay at the hotel (my receipt number is 02956 dated 22 September 2018) . She was very professional, patient and polite when she realized it the next day. She certainly made my stay a pleasant one as she did not make a big fuss of it. She has all the qualities of what a good coustomer service staff should be especially her calm demeanour and pleasant smile throughout.

I had a good day at the hotel. Simply bcs the hotel is clean and chic. The decorations are all minimalist so it looks tidy. One thing I might feel burdened is the price is quite expensive for 3 stars hotel, I guess?

I don't mind coming back to this hotel as it was value for money. This new hotel was not only ok- clean, but it was also spacious. I booked the suite room and It had AC, small fridge, heated shower, balcony, and even automated cooking machine for cooking simple food. The pool view was gorgeous, and they have playing rooms for the kids and breakfast was good enough.

Check in process was swift, I forgot to put note for non smoking option since I booked via mobile. And they can offer to change from superior double bed to twin beds for non smoking room that still available at the time I check in.We also got welcome drink of orange juice. Nice touch. The lobby looks like a boutique hotel too.Such a fancy one. Room space was suffice for twin beds although won't be convenience if there's extra bed. Plus point we still got closet with enough hangers which many newly built hotel tend to eliminate. Toiletries was complete, hairdryer attached on wall but hot enough to quick dry my long hair, coffee/tea maker was working well. Got complimentary mineral water and tea/coffee packed. The single beds were firm, fit enough for normal Asian people. Not advisable to cram 2person in single bed even a younger kid since it's just that small. The pillow was soft and blanket was warm enough too. My complain is the shower. It can only super hot and cold. No in between. Also the partition was not big enough to cover the water from shower head, and flooding half the floor because of it. Breakfast is quite nice for 3 star hotel. Swimmingpool is small and enough for kids but too deep for little kids. The lounge chair was comfy. The worst from this hotel is their parking space. Only for 20 cars! For 8th floor building. It was nightmare. Location itself is not walking distance to any mall or anything. I brought my own car but due to limited parking space, I ended up order taxi/uber to nearest mall (AEON). It costed me Rp 16,000-17.000/way not incld tips.

First time to stay in this hotel.. it were beyond our expectations! We stayed at premium deluxe room that surprisingly new, wide, and VERY clean!! Excellent facilities: small pantry with big fridge (two doors), microwave, sink, safety box. The best part: our room just by the beach.. and oh its a private one.. (very quite, no sellers, nothing to block the amazing view). There is part on the beach for swim. -plus they have a nice pool too. On Saturday night they serve all you can eat buffet (most of the food were ok -unfortunately the grill seafood were all over cooked/burnt out- they should grill the seafood in the kitchen, Not outside with the minimum lights ) but the ambience of dinner by the beach like JImbaran (Bali) was really nice. Last not least, BIG Thank you Agoda as we found out that we only pay almost half of the public rate through Agoda promo deals.. Yeiyyy!!

Hotel Santika it's great hotel during I stay at Indonesia for business trip! Room is good, excellent breakfast and great service, Santika hotel provide to me lot of convenient when I was stay there, becouse I need a car go to serang from serpong, I put my transportation requesment before I booked by Agoda, their already set up everything after I arrived by next day! I thought this kind service only happen in 5 star hotel, but I am so surprised hotel Santika can make this kind service as same as well like 5 star hotel ... I believe hotel Santika is my only choice to stay in futur,if I have business trip in Indonesia.

From my experience, this is the BEST villa in Anyer for its atmosphere and serenity. its really feels like i am alone in this villa (i came here when no other guess :) ) the pool is perfect for kids. The bedroom is good design. they said its been 20 years old building, but its still in perfect condition. Also they provide you with 24 hours refill for fresh water and coffee or tea, there is a hall in the middle of all room, you can sit there watching tv in the sofa, cooking etc. Also it feels like semi-buttler services from the staff. In the afternoon they give you "pisang goreng" for free, in the morning the cook you nasi goreng or mie goreng for breakfast. next to the property there is a public beach, the beach if fine. one thing you have to know that this area abit far from other famous hotel so if you looking for nearby food its a bit though. So you better order it from the villa (taste good, but expensive) or you bring raw material from Jakarta so you can cook it there.

perfect place to start exploring Banten beaches. it is also a place where golf, family adventures and a relaxing spa await.

I booked a room for the night at this hotel since I was going to the Katy Perry concert at ICE BSD. The room I got was the suite and it came with an afffordable rate considering it was a suite. Unfortunately the bed was kinda hard, not comfortable enough. They forgot to put the complimentary coffee and tea at my room, only the kettle was there. I called the front office to ask for the coffee and tea and the woman answering the phone said that she will have it delivered, but until the next day when I was going to check out still they didn't deliver the what I asked. Other than that it was a great stay, the staffs were nice and friendly.

The best place about the hotel is its location. Just besides BIntaro plaza. Enough eateries and markets around. Staff was nice and courteous

I have stayed more than 8 times :D the room was big..the price quite cheap...but the room could be more clean.. U will get mineral water, clean towel, there is no keetle for making hot water in the room.. If u stay for short period, this hotel could be a good choice... The lobby is placed at 6th floor..the hotel is next to Plaza Robinson..so if u need something, u could go there..the street in front of this hotel usually crowded at weekend.. There's also food place such as K*C, M*Don*ld, and H*Ka B*nt* near to Yellow Bee hotel..just walk for 2 minute.. it's nice 😁

We love this hotel very much! This hotel is the best hotel you can find in Anyer area. If you went on holiday with children at Anyer area, do not hesitate to book this hotel. Children will love the swimming pools. The have waterpark pool with 5 swimming pools!!! Not to mention the 30 meters highrope with flying fox adventure, footsal field and of course the watersport adventure. Our family always stay at one bedroom deluxe/standart, which the room can fit you until 10 adults! They have 2 sofabed that can be turned to queen size bed and a queen size extrabed right under the maater bed. The kitchen has a full equiptment, it was very helpful if you stayed with a family/group. The hotel also has a friendly staff. A great family hotel! We will definitely come back again to stay!

Basically you get an small appartement - just without the kitchen. Very spacious and clean. Breakfast ist very good with mostly asian dishes. The pool is cleaned every second day. The mall is not in function anymore, but a small Indomaret is nearby and the SMS (big serpong mall) is very recommended: 15 - 30 minutes taxi ride with really fabulous restaurants (inside and out with evening performances on both ends of the mall - take your pick). If you take a taxi to the airport try to go the small streets behind the hotel: it can save you nearly one hour in not standing in the traffic jam on the ringroad. Google maps can help - or take a taxy from the app Grab - cheap and fast. Be aware that two hotels are very near to each other and the Grand Serpong is just behind the big one.

I transit in this hotel at my trip from lampung to jakarta. The front office staff name Wika was very helpful, she offerred me to keep my pempek and bakso which I brougt from Lampung to be refrigerated in the hotel's kitchen. The swimming pool was awesome! It's a 'must try' in this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices. The restaurant staffs kept a full attention to the guests. The bed was comfy and I found the japan's toilet in the bathroom, it's really remind me of Tokyo :) , they also allowed me to have late check out until 2pm. The only suggestion is just the wooden floor which need repolished, but It's not a big matter. I regret that I don't have enough time to use the gym, so I can't give any review about that, hope can stay in this nice hotel again and try their gym.

This hotel is the best 3 star hotel I've ever stay. By mean best no other 3 star hotel have these features 1. Spacious room 2. Best swimming pool for kids 3. Great dining 4. Breakfast food are many from Indonesian, western, chinese and even Japanese 5. Have little perks like complimentary drinks for guest at lobby and room, this is awesome no 3 star hotel have this kind of feature Overall we had best user's experience in this hotel. It's 3 star hotel with 4 star feature. Best bang for the buck.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for several times. Im so Impressed with their excellent services especially the front office staff.
