New hotel, clean room, friendly and helpful staff, they provide standard menu of breakfast variance of 4 star hotel but the taste is beyond expectation. The location is at the downtown of Jambi, lots of restaurants. Just keep maintain the good quality.

This is my 3rd time I've visited Jambi. I always stay at Abadi Hotel. It has spacious room with nice bed, TV and nice bathroom. The hotel also serve and have full of facilities. The breakfast is good. The pool is large and close to the only waterpark in Jambi. it also have bar and cafe to hang out at night. I think this is the best and the only 4star hotel in Jambi.

The hotel is clean and the service is not bad just the toilet srevice is not so well, you can’t put the soap near the shower and the toiletries sometime not provided or not complete. That’s no problem because the food that provided all are so good and very delicious, the service workers are so nice to customer

The Hotel is located in front of Islamic Hospital. There is Bebek Pak Ndut, a fried duck restaurant near by. what makes me happy is there is a massage parlour at the ground level of the hotel that offer reflexology in a decent price. minor thing is there is no security at the entrance and the breakfast could be improved.

Good value hotel with great location and great rooftops (view of Batanghari River) but bed cover and blanket not so white,

i stayed at Amaris Hotel Muarobungo for transit during my mudik trip for lebaran holiday. it was a nice hotel, clean room and polite staff

The hotel was just ok. I didn't plan the business trip to Jambi further before. The only national chain hotel in Jambi is Aston. It was full, so I stayed at Novita on the first night, and intended to stay at another hotel to know more which hotels are better in Jambi. Abadi Hotel Convention Center is another old hotel, but they tried to come up with the current by having some improvement to its rooms. The elevator was a bit creepy. There are 2 elevators: the first one had some disturbing noise, while another one was creepy by having an auto voice accidentally while I was lifted on it at midnight. I stayed on the 4th floor and the AC was too noisy. In the morning, I could smell the cigarettes smoke coming to my room and it was bad for me. The breakfast was not good enough for a 3-stars hotel. Not too many menu options were offered, and the AC at the hotel's restaurant didn't work well. The wifi connection is good. The pool was not the one I would jump into, since it comes up with an old flooring just like a public swimming pool

They allow us to early check-in and they give us upgrade room from standard to deluxe. And the room very cleanliness, also strategic to shopping mall, traditional market.. I recommend this hotel. And the value is cheap.

Have a business travel I'm Jambi. Water in Jambi is realy a problem. But in Rumah Kito is realy clean.

Evan hotel is only abt 15-20 mins drive to and fro jambi airport, the hotel receptionist staffs is very friendly, polite, helpful to assist and solve your problems if any, new, nice designed room, varities of tv channel to select, first non smoking hotel for non smokers, families with childrens, enjoy, experienced, feel really a nice stay at jambi evan hotel.

If you visit Saralangun, there is no other hotel better than Abadi. Although the hotel is a bit worn out and smelly, nevertheless you can have a nice rest after hard work. Only one cafe/restaurant in the hotel which serves Indonesian food and beverages.

So they say you can go to a other hotel. I am really confuse. I book by Agoda en paid. how can be the hotel is full. No sorry or excuse. after complaining. they call with the manager en they have rooms left where they do massage so they put me on a massage room disgusting. I didn’t sleep in a dirty smelly place like that before. I didn’t sleep at all. this is really the worst experience I had by booking by Agoda !!!

satisfied to stay 3 nights at this four stars hotel with warm staff and good foods for breakfast. nice location in heart of jambi capital only a few minutes from airport. a bit old hotel but quite clean. keep the price low because there are a lot of new hotel in jambi. looking forward to stay again in ratu hotel.

very easy to get access like local transport and foods. a very good location and good scenary. very friendly staff and will help you anytime...wonderful place and clean. but the room is small and not in my expectation. the price room is cheap and its very suitable for students and those is looking for budget hotel.

Hotel approximately 35 mins from Jambi airport. Check in was swift and we were quickly shown to our room. Ordered room service for lunch (nasi goreng), was average, nothing to rave about, nothing to complain. Main pros is its proximity to downtown and to the town square.

The breakfast was great. Not too many choices but delicious enough. But I think they need to add some staffs, since there's no one greeted us when we came to the restaurant. The location is the best. You can find good food outside. Walking distance to great places to eat.

Low best price is not same with the best quality of service. I was here for 1 day and I found my self amazed by how cheap the price was but how best the service I got, friendly and helpful staffs etc. Location was in the middle of traditional market, but didn't matter, obviously it's an advantage for me. Make me easier to find anything I need. KTV, lounge and hotel in one place, man, that was genius. Of course I will be back.

I stay for 1 night in Golden Harvest, the hotel set up/concept is quite different with other city hotel, that build vertically. Each room was on the first floor, with direct access to the garden. The room is OK (worth the room price), but they need to uplift the bathroom. The light is dark (only one light bulb for quite a spacious bathroom) and the air circulation need an improvement, since the bathroom has a funny smell - since the first time we walk into the room)

Arrived @ 17:00 and planning to depart at 07:00 the next day. Hotel staff rejects laundry services at first due to late arrival, but then helps to wash mannualy. Finishes about 3-4 hrs later.. very nice helpful people 👍
