Traveling to United Kingdom? Find Northern Ireland County hotels

We stayed in Ten Square Hotel during a break to Northern Ireland. The Hotel is in a central location and all attractions are easily accessable and within walking distance. The staff at reception are very friendly. However, I do feel a daily charge of £12.00 for car parking is very expensive give the cost of the accomodation. We stayed in room which is at the rear of the hotel and is overlooked by an office block which meant the curtains had to be closed at all times. The room also had a vent beside the window which provided a constant noise during our stay. On our first morning we had breakfast in the hotel which was ok but not value for money and the staff in the restaurant provided functional service. While we enjoyed our stay I don't think I would return.

Best hotel in the city center , this is the only hotel having a swimming pool and jacuzzi . Rooms are cosy and staff is quite helpful . Breakfast menu is a bit limited and repetitive . The trip was quite enjoyable .

A good place to stay, conveniently located to most city attractions. Thumbs down for the extra euros required to use hotel wifi.Wireless WiFi. I thought this was excessive considering we didn't find any other accommodation anywhere in Ireland who charged for this necessary service. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Stayed for 1 night for a concert in town. Check in very quick and efficient staff (1 hr later queued solid with about 30 people). Room was on 5th floor and was spotless. Beds extremely comfortable only thing that let it down was the old flat feather pillows. Had a quick drink and sharing meat platter in piano bar which was very nice and staff again very pleasant. Decided we would come back after concert for cocktails as they were available all night till close, needless to say went back at 23.45 to be told by waitress that they stopped serving them at 23.30 (we were told next day by reception this should not have happened) we ordered a drink and sat waiting for 25mins seeing order on bar and pint going flat several waitresses stood round bar having private conversation and ignoring customers and drinks waiting to be served. Eventually gave up and went up cancelled order, told her it was unacceptable and left without drink. Breakfast next morning was excellent fresh local produce used (even a little book on your table to tell you where it comes from). Staff here polite and helpful. If the Europa sorted waiting staff in lounge and pillows my review would have been 5 star.

I have stayed in Radisson Hotels all over the world and was confident of the standard I would receive. Sadly the Radisson Blu Belfast fell way below that you would expect. I had a number of little but annoying things wrong with my room when I arrived. I reported them all on day one and every day there after and they were still an issue when I left 3 days later - very poor. The food! Well forget it, you may as well go to any greasy spoon for breakfast and I gartee it would be better. They serve the cheapest type of pork sausages you could imagine again very poor. In Northern Ireland you would expect a good Ulster fry with beef sausages, vegetable roll... I may as well have been staying in a 2 star B&B in Blackpool. The staff were pleasant enough but I'm not sure they know what 4 Star really means. I suggest they all visit the Radissson in Katmandu Nepal to see how far they fall below the quality line.

The Park Inn in Belfast, Northern Ireland is a very attractive, bright and modern hotel, close to the centre of Belfast and it's many attractions. The rooms are an adequate size, nicely decorated with a high standard of bathroom fixtures (no bath but an excellent double shower). The breakfast and dining facility is very attractive and the food is very good. Service is friendly, and the rooms are kept very clean and bright. The Wi- Fi service needs improvement, but overall this is a very competitively priced, attracive and conveniently situated hotel.

Ibis is centrally located in the city. Unfortunately we unknowingly booked during for the 12 July (if you want to travel around the region - don't do that as it is during the marching period). Everything about the hotel though was great - very comfortable rooms, a bathroom that looks like a space shuttle, comfy bed, air conditioning - all the good stuff. They also have a bar and restaurant downstairs which we spent a lot of time due to most things being closed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and offered good advice on Northern Ireland. Parking is also available across the road (I think it is maybe 3 Euro (or maybe it is included - can't remember)) and the hotel will validate your card. The only critical comment I would make is that wifi wasn't very reachable from the room so I had to stay in the lobby where I could receive reception (which suited me fine as I ordered a few pints from the bar!!) If I was returning to Belfast - I would definitely return!

By far the best Hilton Hotel i have ever visited so far !! Great location, not far from the airport, can take the bus straight from the airport, and the room was nice, clean and comfortable !!!! Also, its not far from the department store nor some of the best restaurants in Belfast !!! Most importantly, enjoy the waterfront while take a walk to the Titanic Experience !!! Hilton Belfast Hotel has the best location in Belfast, where you will be able to go anywhere you like in a short distance !!! I'd definitely come back again !!!!!

Convenient location close to great restaurants and bars, with secure car parking. If one does not wish to prepare breakfast, two excellent providers are only a short walk from the location. **It is important to note that car parking is limited, so book a car park space with Dream Apartments as soon as your Agoda confirmation is received. The 2 bed apartment was superbly appointed, if a little shy of seating in the main living space. Important to note when the Apartment would be occupied by 4 persons. The two bathrooms, one en suite, were excellent. Adequate towels were provided. The bed I used was comfortable and clean. I was surprised to see that a Washing Machine was also provided. If one was to be overly observant, the apartment is a little shabby here and there, with a poor painting to some of the walls and makeshift repairs to the vertical blinds. This in no way hindered my enjoyment or use of the apartment. I will definitely stay again, and soon.

I stayed at Malone Lodge for two nights with my Mum for her birthday. Got the hotel for a very reasonable price. Room was very nice, we had asked for a quiet room and it was indeed quiet. When we arrived at the hotel we asked about doing a City Sightseeing bus tour. the receptionist booked the tour for us for the next day and also organized for a shuttle bus to pick us up from the hotel to catch up with an early bus so we could make it to the Titanic museum for 11am. The hotel is actually one of the later stops of the City Sightseeing tour anyway so is very handy if you want to do that tour. There is also free parking which was a big bonus in booking the hotel.

We were staying in Belfast to visit friends for the weekend, it is the second time staying in this hotel and both times it was great. Location was perfect for everything, it's a short walk to anywhere really. Bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and it was very easy to check in and out.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel,we ate at the bar in the evening a and enjoyed the food and the service. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious and overlooked the golf course. I would have liked free Internet in the room unfortunately It was only free in the lounge/ foyer area. Our stay was somewhat marred by the awful service at breakfast the next morning we were left to find our own table whilst four members of staff chatted behind a work area. This continued throughout our breakfast We helped ourselves to fruit, juice and then proceeded to get our cooked breakfast halfway through our breakfast we had to go over and ask staff for tea. We complained on leaving and completed feedback form but have heard nothing back from hotel

We spent the past two weeks traveling around Ireland and this was our favorite stay of all. The hotel and grounds are spotless and well maintained. The food in the restaurant was superb! The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, including my own at home, and I am "Princess and the Pea" when it comes to sleep comfort. I wish I didn't have to fly 19 hours to come back here, but it will be worth every minute. I can't wait!

I arrived at the hotel a bit earlier, and the front desk staff did their best to find me an available room to be able to check in earlier than usual. I appreciated that very, very much especially because I was very tired from my trip. The room was spacious and clean, and I had a good sleep. My room didn't have a remote control for the TV but after calling, the staff came in right away and fixed everything very quickly. The breakfast spread was great, and had both cold and hot food, plus coffee, juice, etc. The lobby was good, the neighborhood was quiet, and the staff was also very quick at finding my a cab. Check out was super quick. I am really grateful to the staff for making my stay wonderful.

Everything about our weeknd stay at the Malmaison ,Belfast was very enjoyable. All the staff made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to help if we had a question ,issue(which we did not) . The location in the centre of Belfast is superb being so close to shops and other facilities. Probably the best aspect of the hotel was the food,we had 2 excellent evening dining experiences both in terms of the quality of the food and the attentiveness and charm of the staff. Would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast.

the appartments were on the lisbon road which is only a short walk into the city centre, we found them to be decorated to a very high standard, the kitchen area was very well equiped with every appliance you would need, the beds were very comfortable and the bedding was spotlessly clean. the security made us feel very safe, and nothing was to much trouble for the staff at the appartments.

The quality of rooms is 5 star. The only thing that holds it back from being a true 5 star hotel is some of the small things you would expect, such as turn-down service, etc. That said, the staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The food is good, but not true gourmet- but then again, you are in Ireland. Highly recommended.

Spacious room, very clean, free parking, nice small touches for a leisurely stay and breakfast was served by along with a buffet at no extra cost. Didn't expect so much for the price. Staff were very friendly, as were the people in Northern Ireland.

We had a pleasant stay on our trip in Belfast and the location is great as it is located not far from the city centre. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within the area to purchase groceries. Tourist attraction is about 20-30 minutes walk from the apartment. Do note that only stairs are provided to transport luggages if you are staying on the 2nd / 3rd floor. Kindly call the person in charge before arriving to receive the procedure and codes to access the unit given.

I must say that the staff in the everglades were terrific.. sadly when I arrived there I discovered that this company agoda had not even booked my room.. I would stay again in the everglade but would never book third party through agoda again.. the receptionist had moved heaven and earth and was so understanding ensuring that I got a room...

The Holiday is exactly what it advertised. Very new, modern and clean, the room was really impeccable with a great WiFi, television, coffee making facilities and the bathroom was exceptional for the price. The breakfast buffet was really well spread out and it’s an amazing way to start the day. Location is central enough for walking to major points and landmarks in the city although it might come across to some as bordering on a slightly “rough area” of Belfast. The only “false advertisement” from Agoda I would say was that the App mentioned “on site free parking” whereas we had to park our car in a public car park opposite the hotel and pay the £9 pounds for 24hours. This was subsidised by the hotel otherwise it’s £18 per day. All in a great experience and we will definitely choose the Holiday Inn for a future visit to Belfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout . Property spotlessly clean. Amazing rooms. Only downside was check in at 16.00!!

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We were attending a family funeral and the location of the hotel was good . There was never a problem with parking. There awesome building work going on but did not affect our stay.

Even though we were given the wrong type of room I didn't complain as hotel is lovely and I would stay there again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends travelling to Belfast. Grill Bar serves lovely meals at very good prices which is evident from the volume of people that pass through. Thanks again

Don’t know how to start with but overall it has been a great experience staying at Tara Lodge. Great property great location. Best part is that staff at reception is really helpful and caring. I booked GOT tour with some travel company and they were supposed to pick me and my wife from reception at 8:30AM. We were waiting for tour company to pick us but they came and took some different name and went. When we called them around 9, they said our driver came and we were not there which was quite annoying and frustrating and they were not ready to believe that we were waiting for them. Sinead who is manager at Tara Lodge heard my conversation and spoke to tour company immediately and informed them that we were waiting and driver who came took some different name and helped us to get refund from that tour company treating that as some confusion. Since we just had that day to do Gisnt Causeway tour, she also helped us to arrange tour for us in no time and made sure that we make most of our trip in Belfast. Trust me this has been a wonderful experience in all my travel diary and I will never forget this. Thanks you very much to all the staff members at Tara Lodge.. keep rocking!!! Highly recommended. If I ever come to Belfast again, will stay with you.

Exceptional place for the price.. Includes an excellent hot breakfast.... Out in the countryside.. Wonderful Irish village setup.. Old Manor House style..... Perfect for a city getaway... Clean.. Heating.. Hot water... Perfect B and B

Staff is super helpful and friendly, room was clean. Located a bit far outside city centre but if you like a walk in the morning it’s fine, and if not then the bus stop is literally right next to the property. I really enjoyed my stay!
