Check in and out was rather slow even when there was no que. Breakfast selection of food was satisfactory. The ala carte food was so so only. the staff in the restaurant needs more training to be more attentive rather than having to be called for service. the salad bar is in a fridge and access is cumbersome. generally front desk staff are polite and friendly but need more training to be good at their job. the swimming pool is rather small and closes at 7 pm which is far too early. disappointing indeed. Hotel location is good next to a big mall but Jalan Riau is almost always congested especially at peak hours. a fair distance to travel to the airport.

this hotel is good place to stay in pekanbaru, riau indonesia. just few minute to central city and other interest places. there are so many restaurant around the hotel including pizza hut and equipped with some atm's. if you like eating durians, there are durian stall across the road. charming staff will give you best experience of local culture

The hotel is OK, as SE Asian 3 stars go, what condemns it, as with everything else in Dumai, is Dumai. It is unremittingly awful, the triumph of the lowest common denominator. Most towns in this region might have grotty areas on the periphery, and a half-decent centre, but Dumai is grotty throughout. The wi-fi in the hotel is as bad as in all other SE Asian 3stars and the staff know nothing about their town but its one saving grace is that it is a few doors along from the ferry company office, making it easier to escape. There is a bus laid on from this office half an hour before the sailing, so you don't need to book the hotel car or (God forbid) a local taxi. I did use the hotel car to drive round the town to buy some bits & pieces, the driver was very helpful and the charge very reasonable.

Book a room, call the hotel your Flight ETA ( estimated Time of Arrival) and request an Airport pick up. once you are in debarkation lobby , you will see someone from the hotel holding a paper with your name.

the hotel is modern and so simplistic, for a nite of rest is best value for money. Food is enough for you could afford.

we stayed over during business trip, it was a really great stay. we arranged with hotel for airport pick-up, to our relief, we were greeted by a courteous and polite chauffer upon our arrival at the airport. the journey to hotel were comfortable. once we reached the hotel, we were pleasantly happy with the unique design of the hotel, ins and out. the reception gave us a comfortable feeling. that was a most important in any hotel stay as we are away from home and need to ensure that we are resting our night in a place that we are confident with giving us best comfort and relaxation. the room, albeit small, were squeaky clean beautiful with good lighting. the best feature will be the hydropool where you have the whirlpool and warm water all in one. definitely highly recommended.

Good services,good location,safe,,,what more do you ask?This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Pekanbaru being a frequent visitor.Next to SKA mall,decent massage next door.Taxi and grab available easily..Food is good,however higher than normal..looking at the ambience and also comfort and of course cleanliness...Highly reconmmended..

It is a new hotel so the room is still clean, the furniture still new and well-function. Hotel staff is friendly and well-mannered. The picture and the real room is the same. Simple and quite spacious. The TV slightly small but it is working properly and lots of channels to choose. Not many additional facilities as it is 2 stars hotel but it is acceptable. The toilet has soap dispenser only, no shampoo, no comb. Towels and toothbrush provided. The hotel provides hair dryer upon request. The water takes time to go into the drain so while you take the shower the water will flooded the shower area. Need to close the shower glass door slowly to prevent it from banging. Saw couples of ants only however overall the bed and the room is clean. Bed is big and comfortable.

My expectation was no so high at the first time, considering the hotel is 3 star hotel. Surprisingly, among other three star hotel that i have stayed, BATIQA hotel pekan baru is one of the best. The room ambient, cleanliness and breakfast was great. The location is very close to the airport. Minor improvement is for the front desk staff.

I stay at the 7th floor, the second highest of the building, The price is reasonable for low budget traveler, The room is clean, The air conditioner is cold enough, The hot water is very quick, The location is near to walkable bridge and not too far away from the airport (around 20 minute on car) Overall, a recommended hotel to stay a day or two in Pekanbaru, Riau.

New hotel in town. Wanna try it. Not bad. You can stay here with good amount of money. Not too many cullinary choice. But it will do. That's it!

what i can say about this hotel... well the toilet is quite huge, although its not like other 5 star hotels but for a new 5 star hotel in riau it seems the best. facilities is above average, not perfect but for a new hotel is acceptable. it is quite expensive compared to the standard, it should be around and above. maybe because there is no other standard hotels nearby, but in the future i would suggest that the management lowered down the price in order to compete with other hotels.

The food was satisfactory, and the pool area attractive. Little information was available about the city - we would have appreciated some help in this area as we were new to Riau Province.Rooms adequate and reasonable. Very convenient if you are just flying in and out of Pekanbaru - a shopping centre was 100 metres away but no pavement to walk on !

This hotel provides minimum facilities, just enough to stay. Do not think about entertainment or sport facilities. The best thing is the location is very close to Jl.Sudirman where you can find many food stalls with various types of food.

This week was the second time we stayed at Tune Hotel Pekanbaru. We back there because we are really satisfied with their services, their friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel (whole area of the hotel), fast internet (and free!!!!), closed to airport, located in city center, closed to restaurants. During our stay last time, it was still on promotion price, so we paid very cheap rooms. Surely, we will come back there if we fly to Pekanbaru.

Comfy affordable stay! Centrally located to cater my needs, love the city view (I can see The Governor & Library building & Bank Riau Tower). Breakfast was so-so!

A bit far from city, but because I need a clean hotel near Eka Hospital, this is the best I can find. The best point I can say is that the hotel safe for children. I was frustrated to find affordable - no smoking - hotel room for I traveled with my baby, and then I found this one. One down side is, I booked for double bed but I got twin.

The hotel located 15-20 mins from the airport. The hotel provided free shutter services including airport and malls. There is mini market opposite and close at 10pm. The wifi connection was fast. The customer service is great and their room service is superbly quick as a three stars rating hotel. Will definitely go back to hotel Dafam if I go to PKU.

For a very provincial city in Indonesia, the Grand Zuri Pekanbaru is probably of a high standard, but that's a minimum expectation given that it's not particularly cheap, with rooms starting at around. The main drawback is the noise. While very centrally located, with convenient access to malls and restaurants, the surrounding area is extremely noisy (traffic, mosques, commercial and light industrial units, exercise groups being directed by megaphone at 6.30am, etc). Given that the windows are very thin, the hotel itself is also very noisy. Banging doors often make internal walls shudder. Even with earplugs in, I found it impossible to sleep past 5.30am two days running, and this was after repeatedly moving rooms to try to find a quieter one. I believe there is no "quiet" room in the hotel at all; it's all relative. There are also many other smaller problems. The free wifi did not work for 2.5hrs after I arrived (when it did, it was reasonably quick, enough to sustain skype). The room key I was initially given had to be re-authorised at least daily. The business centre is not 24hrs but is frequently closed even during office hours. The toilet constantly refilled, creating a whining noise. The shower door was broken. The standard of clealiness was not great and the bathroom in particular was starting to look quite grubby. Maintenance doesn't seem that great and the hotel is beginning to look tatty around the edges. On the plus side, the staff was really excellent. Their motto is "we know how to please you"(!). When I complained about the noise they took it very seriously and moved me around, eventually upgrading me to a junior suite (a little less noisy but not much). They also solicited feedback on other areas of the hotel. The waiting staff in the restaurant - where the food is very good and still cheap by Western standards - were faultlessly polite. The staff do seem committed to making sure you enjoy your stay and - perhaps especially for Western visitor

- walking distance to food stall.. a lot of food stalls along the main street.. just 3 min walked from hotel.. - ramayana market just in front hotel.. 5 min walked n crossed the bridge - free airport transfer - served our breakfast at early in the morning 530am before our trip to Siak Cons: we are unable get wifi in our room 307 .. maybe the hotel management need to improve it.. Overall stay.. very recommended stay..you won’t regret it..

The hotel is new, I think it's the best 3-4 star hotel in Pekanbaru. The room is very comfortable with new furniture and complete room feature and compliment. Likely to stay again in this hotel once come to Pekanbaru again.

This has been my first time to Pekanbaru after many years. This hotel had offered me a very nice environment, room, nearby eateries and spa facilities. It is located beside the main road of Jalan Riau but filtering off the noise of the busy street. Though the room’s lighting is not very bright but the soft and comfortable bed makes up for it. The hotel staff we friendly and helpful during checking in and checking out.

*Check in time is 14.00 PM right..?they are not ready at that time btw. *I stay fot two days but staff doesn't qsk about what I need such as cleaning room, additional coffe or other untill I tell them. But it still need long time, I tell them about 1 PM then they do about 3 PM *My Friend abd I dn't get enough body wash btw, they just give 1 tube 😂 *honestly they have good property, but their staff not support...

I stayed here for 1 day only but I satisfy with the hotel. If you like to stay awake, this hotel is for you because the night entertainments are provided in the hotel. Just go to 1st floor and you will find things you absolutely love to try, massage, karaoke, pub.

This is kind of budget hotel with free breakfast (fried rice or noodle, toast bread, coffee). What i like about this hotel is the location. Just across the street from Plaza Ramayana. You can take public bus from airport to Plaza Ramayana with cheap price. Also you can go to other places from this bus stop. Near to Masjid Agung An-Nur, Plaza Senapelan, restaurants and other shops. They have daily housekeeping. Clean and comfortable.

Hotel was located near to almost all facilities eg shop,clinics,restaurant,banks and mosque. All the places are walking distance only just need to be extra careful crossing the road. The staff was friendly and treat our question politely just that the check in process was a bit long for tourist since need to photocopy the passport. Breakfast was unique and consist many variety that most of it introducing Indonesia food but as for me the food are a bit salty. Overall me and family was satisfied with the hotel. Thanks for the great experience. My suggestion, maybe can also provide shuttle to go to famous places in Dumai.
