Find Hotels in Vinh Phuc Province, Vietnam

We stayed during the week and had an amazing experience! The room was beautiful and we had the beach and all the activities to ourselves. It was amazing to only go an hour from Hanoi and be in a lush green mountainous area where we could see hundreds of stars at night. We were a family of four. My husband and I were on the king bed, one son on the mattress/couch provided and we brought a little blow up bed for our other son and there was still plenty of room. Be careful if you have really young children as the pool is right outside your door and there is no fence around it. The food was ok, but I was happy we brought plenty of snacks. The bathroom was amazing, we loved the 2nd outdoor shower, as they also had an indoor one if that's more your thing. We had fun at the beach and just hanging around the villa. The level of English for a lot of the staff is not that great so be prepared to be patient or bring a dictionary, remember you are still in Vietnam, even if it feels like you have stepped into a whole different world!

The staff are super friendly and helpful, they showed that they care about customers not just they do because they have to do it. I had a wonderful and unforgettable birthday here when I got an unexpectedly beautiful birthday cake, the breakfast was great. I will surely come back here and already recommended this place for some many friends of mine :D.

5 stars service, about an hour driving from Hanoi for less than $100. What else should I expected? Everything was perfect although I did overcharged a snack I didn't eat. no idea why but it's only 2$, I consider it as a tip. And I don't know why people complain that water was cold. It's hot as...hell

I have been traveling and working in hospitality industry for years, but this is the first time I cannot have in-room dining service after 10 pm. In this hotel, basically, you have nothing to do after 10 pm because even their bar closes at 10pm. Such a ridiculous policy. Secondly, their room phone did not work during my stay, so every time I wanted to ask for anything, I had to use my own phone to call the hotel which was extremely inconvenient. I told the receptionist and they said that there was nothing they can do about it because the cause was from the infrastructure of the hotel. Thirdly, the hotel management seems to let their staffs dining in the same restaurant with guests. Two security guards picked the breakfast buffet while talking on the radio for their duty. In case the breakfast was a reward for the staffs, at least tell them to take off their name tag, the radio and do not perform duties while enjoying as a hotel guest. Staying in this hotel makes me feel like I was one of their staffs and still I have to pay as a guest. I was wondering if my room was one of the staff’s changing rooms which makes the facilities that bad and there was no in-room dining service for me. So,

This hotel will blow your mind and expectations. When you book a room during a quiet week you will be provided with the most opulent accommodation and experience at a very affordable rate. The grounds to this hotel are massive and there are many things to enjoy while you're there including: art in the forest, kayaking on the lake, a selection of pools to swim in and a most varied and extensive breakfast. This is a real deal and a great tranquil break from Hanoi's hectic street life.

The Vibe Hotel is a really nice place that is gaining experiencing with best intention. The staff is extraordinarily nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, offer a wonderful aesthetic and are well stacked (there is a refrigerator with mini bar, the bed is soft with sufficient pillows). The only thing missing is a mosquito screen in the windows as of aug/2018. The bathrooms are fabulous equipped with western toilets, tp and bd. The view is peaceful and the breakfest buffett extensive.

I arrived at nighttime to check-in. The receptionist an older guy didn’t even know I made a online booking with agoda and it took him ages to realize because his English is very poor which is still ok. The room he gave me was not clean at all there were Urin leftovers on the toilet seat and a crazy amount of hair everywhere. Then he came into my room with his master key without knocking before coming in and told me that we have to drive to the police so I can show them my passport and they can make a photocopy of it. I stayed in a lot of accommodations in Vietnam and I know they have the rule to report every foreigner to the local police BUT I always let them make a picture of my passport which is always enough. But this time I had to get on the back of his scooter and drive with him 10min to the police station. At checkout I gave him the key and he tried to argue with me about something but the only thing he said was water. He told me to sit down and that I can’t leave. He was not able to use my translator on my phone doe he only had to speak in to the app so I just left. This was the worst experience in southeast Asia so far, I highly recommended to avoid this place if you can.

Stayed for six days. Staff was very friendly. Never had to ask for anything since they were always the one checking on us what else we needed. Strategic location and lots of taxi parked outside the entrance. Thanks again! Will definitely come back and stay at Yen Ngoc this coming August

So upsetting because I booked it through Agoda. When it was time to leave the staff wanted me to settle the bill in cash but told them that I had already paid online via credit card. They refused me to leave. I tried to show my booking details etc to prove that I had already paid but they still refused because they said they haven't got the money. So I rang Agoda in Singapore to get someone who spoke VN to explain to them about the payment. We also rang the hotel manager and he said in perfect English that I need to pay the bill but I told him I had done that already via Agoda. I told him that if he wanted international guests he has to start training his staff about how credit cards work online. (they don't accept c/c payment in most of Vietnam as it is a cash society mostly)It took me nearly 2 hours to do try and explain this to them. Luckily I didn't have to catch a plane back to Australia as I would have then missed my flight. So very bad management of the hotel on training staff and communicating with staff regarding international payments. This city is an industrial automotive manufacturing one with many international business dealing occurring in this town. Overall an extremely disappointing end of a nice stay in the hotel.

Balance the prices with another hotel in Viet Tri city, Phu Tho province, then I think this hotel is good feeling to stay for business traveler or family with child. I have stayed in single room, lake view at that time.
