It is the second time that i am staying at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel as i like the ambience and the good and honest service rendered by staff at the counter and the with willingness nad sincere assistance that was given by the door men, who went out of the way to lend a helping hand by getting a taxi as well as took the trouble to explain any queries that i enquired from them. I will not hesitate to book this beautiful and cozy hotel again when i visit Kuala Lumpur in the near future. The complimentary breakfast was infact another plus point because the menu was all varieties that i looked forward to have in the morning without fail, i am very satisfied with tasty delicious menu which the hotel has provided with. The room as well as the toilet was tidy and clean, especially the bed, it was so comfortable and i slept soundly during my stay. i really enjoyed my stay in this hotel without saying which i am proud of myself for choosing it for my pleasant stay.

i stayed renaissance kuala lumpur hotel for two nights and thats was great stay . at start i came to check in so late and i think they thought that i won't come so they gave my room to someone so, my room was upgraded to lifestyle room and thats was great . the hotel has a lovely swimming pool , spa and restaurants . the hotel staff were cooperated and friendly . the room view was the petronas towers and my wife liked it so much . a complimentary tea , coffee and wifi at the lifestyle lounge 24/7 .the breakfast was various with local and westren food . the hotel was 15 minutes walking to petronas tower and 5 minutes to bukit nanas monorail station . finally i would stay that renaissance was a good choice and a great experience .

Our stay at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel was wonderful. It was easy to get to, close to a monorail station and right in the city near the twin towers. The outdoor pool area was fantastic, and relaxing there you did not feel like you were in the middle of a city. The restaurants and buffets were divine. The staff at the hotel were super friendly, and there was a money exchange at the front desk, which was really convenient. The only negative is that the room we booked through Agoda was on the east wing, and not as nice as the west wing rooms which are the ones pictured in all the photos. It was clean, but definitely not luxurious. We liked the hotel so much that we decided to stay there on our way back through KL too, and this time stayed in the west wing, which was absolutely beautiful!!

our stay at renaissance kuala lumpur was a very pleasant and enjoyable one. the room was really spacious, the bed big and comfortable specailly the provision of so many pillows was an added convenience. the location was really superb, you can reach the petronas tower in 5 - 10 mins. walk and so with the KL tower. right in front of the hotel is the KL tourism center, also. aside fron this it takes one station if you take the MRT to go to the shopping arena of bugis bintang. but opting for nearer shopping areas you can just walk to the petronas and right beside it is a mall. breakfast in the hotel was sumptous and it caters to all races as there are varied menus served, but most of all it was so nice of them to start it early and end late as when you're going out early you can have breakfast first or if you prefer you can have brunch at 10:30 since they serve it until 11:00.in someways it helps on the budget at times. a next time is a must for us, specailly when we bring the kids along as they will enjoy the pool.

Comfortable 5 Star Hotel, Great Location”
My stay at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of a 5 star experience. When we checked in we had the luck of being upgraded. The room was spacious and clean. Some people have commented that the hotel needs to be renovated and I see what they mean, there are traces of wear and tear, but not too bad. Plus we were treated so well during our stay that it didn't make a difference that there were small rusts stains on the ceiling, or marks on the wall from previous guests. Our air conditioner didn't work and not only did we get our room switched we were treated to a complimentary happy hour and have to give our hats off to the service care manager who arrange all of this for us. Great hotel experience. Also has a top of the line gym with beautiful equipment.

"Wonderful hotel with everything you need"”
My 5 night stay at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur with my mother was wonderful. It is a spacious hotel with various food and beverage options, a beautiful swimming pool area to relax in and staff that assist in a very efficient manner. All staff were friendly and approachable. The room was of a very high standard and extremely comfortable. Only a short walk to KLCC with a wonderful view of Petrona Towers. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would book again.

We had a very nice stay at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool,the food and the view from the 4th floor in the west wing! It is within walking distance to twin tower and on the way there you can stop and have an excellent meal with all Malyasian food you ever dreamed of! What you expect from a 5 star hotel... if I'll be in KL, I'll stay in Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel.

If you want to experience a really five star experience with a great location this is the hotel to be. We did not encounter any single problems, they are really great in satisfying their customers. Thumbs up to all the staffs and management. Our room has a view of petronas. The buffet breakfast is excellent and has many choices. The pool is huge and not crowded. Cant say any negative things about this hotel. Everything is excellent from our experience. You must book this hotel, worth every penny. Thank you renaissance kuala lumpur. We had a great time.

Great Location at the Renaissance”
For the most part, the Renaissance was a very good hotel choice for Kuala Lumpur. The hotel has a very good location right next to the monorail station, which makes it easy to see the sights. It is very close to the Petronas Twin Towers. The pool at the hotel is excellent. There are many dining options, with a lot of different cuisines. There are some areas that could be improved such as the room's overall appearance. The rooms do need some updating, as some things are looking old. In addition, we were quite displeased with the amount charged for internet. Therefore, we did not use that service. As a five-star hotel they should provide free wifi to keep suit with the other five-star hotels in the area. Overall though, our stay was quite excellent and we would recommend this hotel to other people travelling to Kuala Lumpur.

Cool Hotel in a Hot City”
The Renaissance, Kuala Lumpur is a fine modern hotel located close to the Petronas Towers and with easy access to the Bukit Bintange area. It's a very convenient and comfortable place to return to after a phrenetic day's shopping or business in downtown KL. The facilities are excellent, the staff extremely courteous and helpful without being intrusive. You immediately relax on entering the lobby and the rooms are well maintained, quiet and incredibly comfortable

I arrived in kuala lumpur on 15 of december, check in to hotel renaissance KLCC. Service staff greeted with a great smile, surroundings of the hotel is very clean and well maintain. Nice rooms with nice furnishings. Internet connection was fast and buffet was great. all the staff are very attentive to the every guest. Staff are also very helpful and friendly. Had a great time working out in the fitness center. Had a great time at Renaissance and enjoyed myself very much.

I have been going to Kuala Lumpur for the past 9 years, and once I discovered the Renaissance Hotel, it has been the only hotel we have used. We love the hotel because it is a true 5 star rating, the rooms are great the service and all the facilities are the best. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Petronas Towers and my wife loves the monorail across the road which is quick and easy to get to the shopping centre.

Will definitely come back to stay at your hotel provided the price is at the same rate. Very centrally located to transport and shopping. Even the Twin Tower View Room was not available on arrival, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were ever obliging and ready to go out of their way to please you.
