You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be informed that any check-in that is expected to be made after 23:00 hrs, guests have to inform the property directly via either email or phone. Please note that the guest house is open from 07.00 to 23.00 hrs. Parties are not allowed and no noise is allowed after 23:00 hrs. Children from 0-2 years are charged THB 50 and children from 3-5 years are charged THB 100 per person per night when using existing beds.

Nice and convenient”
Very good place to stay in Trat. We spent 1 night in the Family room with balcony which was very clean, with double AC, a giant king size bed plus 2 single beds in a separate room. The staff is very nice and happy to help in every way.

Short but great”
The owner was really friendly and helpful! I came in late from Bangkok and she waited up to let me in and even offered to make me dinner if I was hungry. I was only there for 1 night en route to Koh Chang, but the room was clean and the hotel was well taken care of. In the morning I had a good breakfast and the owner was kind enough to drive me to catch the song taew to the ferry! Incredibly kind and helpful. I wasn't there long so I'm not sure how the location would be if you were visiting around Trat but it was fine for me. Would definitely recommend it!

Nice stopover guesthouse”
We stayed here 2 nights enroute to Koh Kut, good decision. This is a nice family run place with helpful staff. We booked our onward ferry tickets to Koh Kut with them, picked up outside the door. We had a second floor balcony room overlooking the street. The room was clean with everything we needed & included a fridge. The markets (night & day) are only about a 10 minute walk away. The morning market has some nice local breakfast options if you want to eat with the locals. If passing through again, would stay here again.

Close to CBD but still quite enough location. Owners are very helpful and friendly, room was spacious and tidy, even drinking water supplied daily. We were able to leave luggage for a few days while exploring the coast. Compared to other places we stayed, it was very good value for money. Would always stay again!

The hostess and owner was so lovely and helpful. She speaks English fluently and the room we had, overlooked the street that the monthly 3 day festival was on! Bonus!!! Food vendors as far as the eye çould see!

A Comfortable Stay in Trat”
If you're looking for luxurious decor then perhaps this guesthouse isn't for you. But if, like me, you prize cleanliness, a huge comfortable bed, security, attentive multilingual hosts, lush tropical window/balcony views and very reasonable rates then you'll appreciate Residang. An added attraction is the delicious Neapolitan spaghetti prepared by the lovely duo of wife and daughter. My one week reservation turned into a month's stay and I'll be back.

I stay there with my Girlfriend & her Sister for one night,before we go to Koh Chang. Check in was without any problem.But this Hotel have a lot of straight rules.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer rochen extrem muffig, ebenso die Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das Haus wird um 23 Uhr geschlossen wie in der Jugendherberge .

Preis-LeistungVerhältnis stimmt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Wasser ist heisst, daß Muesli zum Frühstück sehr lecker und auch die Lage ist gut. Es wird von einem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Ehepaar geführt.

Zeer net guesthouse met aardige eigenaren”
Op doorreis van Cambodja naar Koh Chang dit guesthouse geboekt. Ligt op een prima lokatie en is erg goedkoop voor de nette kamer. Schoenen moeten binnen uit en dat zie je terug ;-) Thaise vrouw en Duitse man zijn eigenaren en zeer behulpzaam bij alles. Zeer aardig en attent. Kamer was schoon en echt prima, mn voor het erg lage bedrag. Meestal betalen we het driedubbele en dit was echt prima. Trat is leuk plaatsje voor 1 of 2 dagen met weinig restaurants maar we hebben op advies van de eigenaar bij een heerlijk tentje gegeten, wat ook relatief goedkoop was.

トラート市場から徒歩１０分程度。ゲストハウス街の中にあり便利は良い。朝食・昼食は歩いて１分のミニフードコートでタイ料理が食べれます。（ハウス内よりお得）。部屋は掃除が行き届き問題なし。ただし、湯沸かし無。夕食はナイトバザールに行くかタイ式コリアンＢＱＱの店。目の前の別ゲストハウス経営の店は不明。ドイツ人の爺さんとタイ人ワイフの二人で全部こなしてる。近くにマッサージ店が多く、１時間１５０バーツと絶対お得。クード島・カンボジア行きチケット手配も可能で対応は良い。

トリプルルームが広くてリーズナブル。予約した部屋はエアコンがなかったので、少し寝苦しかった。
