Thank you for a wonderful time.”

This was my first stay at a capsule hotel, and I chose this one because it was affordable and had good reviews. I booked a bunk bed, but when I arrived, I was given a lovely private room with a double bed. I thought there must have been a mistake, so I contacted the front desk, and they said, 'On weekdays, when there are vacant rooms, we assign guests to this type of room, so please feel free to stay here.' In fact, I was exhausted from moving that day, so when I saw this nice room, I felt like it was a gift from God. I also added breakfast because it had good reviews. The buffet exceeded my expectations, and everything was delicious! The view was also very nice, and it was a very happy breakfast. I enjoyed eating yogurt with powdered sugar and mango sauce. Thank you so much for the truly happy time! It was a great start to my first day of moving to Kanagawa. I would love to stay here again!

        Convenience from the station”

Although it was my first time using a capsule hotel, I was able to stay in a hotel room on a higher floor. Even though I was staying alone, the room was very spacious and comfortable as if it was a room for two people. I would definitely like to use this hotel again. It was a great value for the price.

        Staff's thoughtfulness”

It was my first time staying here, but I received a very polite explanation and a pleasant response, and they were considerate of me being a woman. Thank you very much. By chance, two of my friends were also staying here, and they gave us the key together when we returned with three people. When I asked for hot water, they responded very politely without making a face, and I am grateful! The cabin is often hot, but it was just right for sleeping, and although the bath was small, I was able to soak in the bathtub and spend a very comfortable time. Please let me use it again next year!

        Fun Experience”

Capsule Beds, Clean Bathroom, Helpful Staff

I chose this place because I wanted to have a capsule experience. Inside the capsule there was a foldable tv and arm rests attached to the wall, as well as an alarm clock and light. There was a curtain over the opening to give privacy. I was a bit confused about where to put my things, but the staff helped me with that. If you want to lock up your things you'll need to pay for the more expensive capsule. I just had the cheap one, but had no problem. It seemed like the majority of guests were businessmen.

        Not for me”

        Location, staff helpfulness, pool/sauna

I only stayed 1 hour because it was not what I expected. I thought the male and female sections would be separated physically, but they weren't. The beds were all in the same area. They were only separated by bed assignment...males on one side, females on the other. However, when I went to my assigned bed, there was a man in one of the beds just 2 beds down from mine. The staff made him move to the other side, but it creeped me out a bit. I thought a "capsule" hotel meant that you could enclose yourself in the capsule unit. These were basically bunk beds with a curtain. You could hear your neighbor breathing. I felt uncomfortable due to the lack of real privacy and due to no true male/female separation. I quietly left and booked another hotel.
