I had the best experience in staying in hotels in Riyadh. I felt more comfortable than when I stayed in 5 star hotel, even though this hotel is rated 3 star. The three bed room apartment is so spacious, neat, and made all of us feel at home. If I have to stay in Riyadh again, I will definitely stay in this hotel. Parking your car is no a problem, as there are several free packing around the hotel in addition to their private underground parking. Also, a very big walking area is right in front of the hotel for those who may want to take a walk. The kitchen is just like being at home. Provided with cooking gas and also there is wicro-wave oven and a very big fridge (with freezer on top). It is just like being at a personal house. Summarily, it was a super excellent experience and i recommend it for others, especially if you have big family , your Children will enjoy the long and spacious space in the apartment. I strongly recommend the hotel.

We stayed in 2-bedroom apartment where there was smell of gas in the kitchen. Had to open the window to remove the smell. Water heater in kitchen was also not working and its the peak of winter..

More than I expected”
At this price, it is difficult to find better. A nice, very clean suite, in excellent condition, at 200 reals! The only (minor) problem is the breakfast: Made for vegans, and in fact frugal ones. But at this price for this room quality, I consider it a gift.

Nice Staff, Good value for money”
This is our second stay. I booked & pay through Agoda to check if the system is working and it worked. The staff are nice and accommodating as usual. Big space with lots of amenities - good value for money. Its just a bit noisy on the ground floor room. You can hear the screaming on the hallway inside your room.

Bad experience ever”
They took very long time to check me in, when they did, they gave a wrong room (a small one) despite paying for a big one, and they did the same mistake again the following day. So, I ended up paying more money for cheaper room !! The third day, I booked the small room and they gave me the key, a few minutes later they called me, as they did in the first 2 days, to do downgrade!! I paid extra for the past 2 days without getting an upgrade and now they don't want to take the responsibility for their mistakes!! Awful experience

it was not as expected. bed wire hurt my back. kitchen drawer was broken. water accumelated in the middle of the bathroom. no good drainage. wall paints gamage in some location.
