Location cleanliness staff”
Great location at heart of Hi Chi Minh, no need to grab a Taxi or Grab to go for shopping and museums around, clean rooms and facilities and polite staff. My best experience was I got an email half an hour after I left Rex hotel with attachment of my wallet photo that I left in my room. The house keeper found that and informed the reception. Such a beautiful young boy. I recommend not only Rex Hotel but Vietnam as a great destination and beautiful and happy people. Definitely will go back to Rex if I travel again.

Best of everything especially service ”
I can only highly recommend the Rex Hotel and especially the staff. In particular, the Manage of the breakfast area (in fact everyone in the breakfast area, omelette guy, soup guy, servers) deliver a five-star old school service with such attention to detail. They really make you feel like it is your second home. Such a wonderful stay. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you everyone who works at the Rex!

I have not been to Vietnam for six years, this time I came back and chose Rex Hotel and stayed for six nights. I am very satisfied with all services. Nice room and big bed very comfortable. all staff from lobby , parking , restaurant & bar everyone is very polite and always smiling . In short, if I return to Vietnam in the future, I will still choose Rex Hotel👍👍

Fantastic Location ”
The Rex location is second to none in HCMC. I stayed in a “deluxe” room which is also a standard room. The bed was comfortable, the pillows divine. The room is a reasonable size. This is a five star hotel but in the old style, architecture and furnishings. The rooftop bar is worth a visit, expensive by Vietnam standards. I would stay again due to the great location.

An experience, with a comfortable bed”
The Rex is pretty famous, especially the rooftop bar. That's why I decided to stay. It's also a very nice hotel. My room was not huge but still spacious enough with a very comfortable bed. The staff were all very good, right down to one delightful lady remembering my name to say hello. The hotel upstairs seems to have retained its character, though I'm not a big fan of the glitzy high end shops that seem to inhabit all high end hotels these days. All in all a very good place to stay in a great location.

We have stayed at the hotel many times in past. This time is a bit different, it is a lunar new year time, there are a lot of flowers and decorations around the area and we really enjoyed them.

The hotel have alot of high end stores like chanel, Christian louboutin , etc. Very nice, clean facility and staff are wonderful! The only thing they can improve on is their breakfast menu. Its very limited selection

Exactly what I expected”
It’s a good hotel in good location, clean, staff very helpful and respectful- we had a scare in check in and thought we left mobile phone in the taxi from airport, the bellhop immediately called taxi driver on our behalf to resolve it. The price was reasonable for my budget but don’t know the normal hotel prices… after covid and tourism is down perhaps I got it cheaper than normal. Breakfast had a great continental selection and more Asian dishes, breakfast room is nice. All in, a great experience and location.
