Perfect!”
I had a high expectation, but my whole experience was beyond it. Lovely staff, great great resort. Perfect for couple, family. But may not suitable for disable people, because there's a lot of stairs, up and down hills, needed to use tram a lot to many facilities. There's a lot to do in resort itself, no need to go out. There's plenty choices of restaurant you can go to, and they're currently building their own shopping place (i ask one of the staff, cause i saw a construction going on near front gate). And they have "Ayana Hotel" app, that you can use to see the map, order some food and else. Very useful and effective. The room is very clean, has a auto bidet. And the Kubu beach (Ayana private beach) also very clean, I had a full body massage by the beach it's SO GOOD. Definitely will come back again!!!

Staffs are all so friendly and helpful. Very frequent shuttle taking you to AYANA, villa, and the private beach. Great atmosphere, super king size bed, and absolutely amazing cleaning staffs. Prices are affordable. Didn’t spend much time at the resort as we planned a few day trips and activities, but the resort is definitely having enough facilities for those who want to spend their entire stay at the resort. Having more than 10 pools and restaurants in the resort, giving us so many choices, only that the price for a few restaurants are a bit too high. Will highly recommended to friends who want to have a luxury stay in Bali!

Where else can u find a 98 acre hotel?? Super big, so many facilities, very warm, welcoming and helpful staffs. The biggest bathtub ever in the bathroom. The room is clean as well. Great Aquatonic spa experience. Not to mention there's a mini golf and tennis court inside. They will take you with golf cart to the beach, cafes, restaurant inside the hotel area. Also, Kubu beach is soooo beautiful! It's private beach like it's your own. Clear and transparent water, white sands. Will definitely go back here again one day!

Simply the BEST!”
I was travelling with my sister and my niece we was 11 years old. They have not been to the hotel, but I have. They were so impressed with : 1) top notch service - good English speaking front liners. I want to thank the gentlemen who was at the front desk when I checked out. It was like 6am in the morning and I had to print my boarding pass. He made sure that I got them printed though we had wifi issues. 2) The place is so well maintained as I visited them when they first opened. It is the still the same and better now with the lift to the private beach. The only suggestion I would make is: 1) Breakfast area can be more lit up. The back is dark, cannot see my food. Should have better spread of Indonesian food. My egg benedict eggs were over cooked. 2) Have 2 front desk by 5am as there was a queue when I needed to check out and other people has to check in 3) Food at the private beach was limited and the Otah was hard. I could not eat it at all

The hotel provided the best guest service on all level. Everyone greets and treats you with a smile. The breakfast options, though not that many, was enough, and the servers were very friendly. The facilities are without a doubt one of the best ones we could expect from a resort. The aquatonic pool spa was a new and exciting experience. When my daughter got stung buy an insect near the kids pool, the staff quickly provided some ice for the swollen area and called a doctor to make sure she had no allergic reactions and gave some medication. The manager on duty responded very quickly to check up on her too. The whole incident was dealt with professionally by the staffs. They even check up on her later on during the day. It truly shows that they care about their guests. Thank you so much Ayana teams for making our holiday memorable. My kids told me that if we go to Bali again they will only want to stay in Ayana 😄

A good choice for family hotel”
Rimba is perfect for families esp with young children. They have diff pools to choose from, the kids club is nice, the hotel grounds is expansive. Service is top-notch, the rooms are of good size, the toilet is a bit tight but only because it has a huge, circular bath tub with a rain shower! The water pressure is great. We enjoyed the gym and the ladies’ changing room has both a sauna and a steam room. I actually prefer Rimba over Ayana as it is newer, and the design is more updated. However, you could also enjoy the facilities of Ayana Hotel as well. I also loved Rimba’s Rooftop Bar - the design is so cool with a fantastic view. We also got free entrance to the Aquatonic pool which my hubby and I enjoyed so much. Even though we came here with our adult son, we all enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely stay in either hotel again. Excellent service too.

The resort, staff and facilities were amazing!”
The advantage of booking in any of the resorts under the Ayana management is that it gives you access to all the facilities of each (Rimba, Ayana, and The Villas). The whole resort offered us a lot of choices on places to go to, restaurants to eat at, activities to do, pools to lounge and swim at and not to mention, access to the beach! It can be enjoyed by couples, groups of friends and even families with little kids. Indeed a great value for money. We were really impressed by the beauty and the design of Rimba. And I'd like to commend all their staff who were very friendly, polite and accommodating to our needs. This is the last of the hotels that we stayed at before leaving Bali and it's only 20 minutes away from the airport so that's a plus. They even allowed us to stay and continue enjoying the resort after our checkout (our flight sched was late at night). We will definitely come back again if given the chance. :)

Fresh and clean air”
I came here on October, the weather really nice. Cool breeze even on sunny day. The room is clean with comfy beds. Breakfast menus are all delicious! We can go to kubu beach, it is ayana-rimba's private beach. They provide buggy car to take us to ayana resort or kubu beach. Very beautiful nature view, clean air, feels refreshed after staying here :) Also dont forget to visit their rooftop bar, Unique rooftop bar, where we can enjoy foods and drinks while chilling out in the swimming pool.

worth staying for family”
we, a family with 2 boys, stayed here for 4 days and it’s been very satisfying stay. we’ve booked pool access room in east wing, the room was clean, big enough for us 4, the bathroom particularly the rain shower is very nice (with a tub off course), the wifi is the fastest so far. the most memorable thing was a note left by housekeeping staff Ade , Rianata n Juhartana on our 2nd and 3rd stay, greeted us in a simple but sweet way..... thank you for making us feel so welcome in Rimba.... you guys are great...

Rimba has a lot to offer starting from the Rimba kids club until Ayana kids club. The Kubu beach was amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with friendly staff, Wenny, who remembered the guest name each time guest enterred to the Toge restaurant. And the housekeeping staff, Widi Agus and Arie were very creative with the greeting card and folded towel each day after cleaned the bedroom..

What a beautiful, peaceful amazing resort. Excellent facilities and beautiful friendly staff. With all the restaurants, pools, facilities within the resort you don’t need to leave. Rock bar is amazing!!! Tranquil and relaxing situated away from all the hustle and bustle. Would love to come back. Just perfect. I went with a girlfriend but would be lovely with husband. Mainly couples, lots of Chinese wedding parties. Easy taxi ride if you wish to go shopping in Seminyak or Kuta. Resort offers complimentary transfers to nusa dua. In-house spa is amazing but expensive - similar price to Australian upmarket spa. Note I went to a spa place outside the resort which was amazing and got picked up and returned to resort. Love rimba AYANA and highly recommend.

Exquisite Get Away that will pampers you indefinitely”
We are family travelling with younger children.. and the facilities given especially the attention , security , the excellent food , house facilities as well as the swiftness in response by the whole staff is truly remarkable in comparison to Other 5 star hotel that is also fully booked . My children was very pleased after a tiring day to see the room was cleaned and have a special Notes from the cleaning team from T&K 👍😍 We will be back for more on our next holiday soon

The hotel is just perfect.”
Food is very nice. Got a wide variety of slecection from both east to west. Staff is helpful and cheerful there. Room is very tidy and clean. Although there are many rooms in the hotel, the swimming pool is never crowded. We can stay a whole day in the pool just relaxing. Definitely will stay in this hotel again. Also, it’s the best place for the sunset!

Outstanding hotel, amazing restaurants and very friendly / welcoming staff”
One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Really beautiful location with so many restaurants available it was hard to go outside the hotel to eat (though you really should, bali is full of amazing restaurants). In particular I really loved the tandoori chicken we got at Padi. Padi and Damar terrace have really peaceful vibes due to the nearby water features and tasteful music. During our stay we were asked to move rooms and due to a minor misunderstanding I ended up making an overpayment. This led to a small amount of frustration prior to checkout but the staff were very apologetic and they took steps to ensure my refund was processed as quickly as possible. I will definitely be aiming to stay again if I return to the Bali in the future.

Proposal holiday”
I booked both RIMBA Jimbaran and AYANA resort as a surprise for my partner. We had the ocean view suite for the first night and the basic room for the 2nd. As they knew this was a proposal holiday they upgraded our 2nd night for free so we didn’t have to move rooms. I also booked the romantic dining package Arnold the Bale of Love and got some absolutely amazing service. We were taken care of by Erwin who went above and beyond the entire night. To top it off she said yes! The stafff are so friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thanks to everyone and again, Erwin for doing absolutely everything to make the night so magical. Would recommend.

Best hotel in Bali. I felt really special and welcomed by staff. Staff welcomed us with flower garland while entering the hotel. Staff were really friendly, helpful and always smiling. I booked this hotel because both rimba and ayana have beautiful pools , restaurants and priority access to rock bar. Being the guest of Rimba we were given the best seat at rock bar. I would highly recommend this hotel. I cannot thank enough to the hotel and staff. We checked out at 12:00 but we had flight at 20:00. Staff allowed us to stay at the hotel and use all the facilities. This really made our day.

Amazing experience”
First, i booking Rimba for one night.. But i got massage from Rimba that Rimba must closed then they move me to the Ayana Resort and Spa.. Im really gratefull for that, because i got upgrade room to deluxe ocean room with very nice view.. The room was so big with classic & elegant design and also wonderful amenities.. I really enjoy my one night with a lot of facilities like swimming pool, gym, spa.. And i got 2 free ticket for aquatonic pool... 10 tumbs up for Ayana.. Soon if i go to bali, i’ll stay in Ayana or Rimba again..

It was really great experience and regret that we only booked here for 1 night. Staff are all very nice and room was very clean and cool. Breakfast was buffet which was great. Swimming pools are very big and nice too! I would like to come back here when I come to Bali again!

As soon as we got there from the staffs at the front desk (I actually had to ask his name: Andra ) He was very welcoming and prompted in taking care of us with warm smile. I have traveled many other resorts/hotels including maldives , vietnam, Singapore etc. This resort is very well maintained and oh one more thing , we have tried almost all the restaurants here in Ayana. At Dana restaurant, Widi was also very kind and helping in choosing good menu. He was very professional and taking well care of us. We will come back because of this resort.

I highly recommend if you are travelling with family best place to stay they have many facilities inside the Ayana itself that you can access even if you stay at Rimba Jimbaran. Plus the rooms are always clean, staff are super helpful and friendly. I would go back to the place in a heartbeat.
