Beautiful location to wind down”
River Beach Resort was the perfect place to relax. We spent six wonderful nights here and were sorry to leave. The whole resort has a great laid back feel to it with many things to do and see nearby for those that want to explore the area. The resort is set on the river and it was lovely to just sit and watch it drift by from our lovely balconied river view room. The beach was a very short 2 minute walk and Hoi An town a ten minute cab ride away. Breakfast was great with quite a variety of foods to choose from. The best bit for us was our daily massages at the onsite spa. We were able to either start our day or finish it with a wonderful relaxing massage. The staff at the resort and especially the Spa manager Tri, made our stay so welcoming and comfortable. We look forward to returning soon and would recommend it to anyone looking to unwind or even reenergise before, during and after exploring the beautiful Hoi An area.

A Fantastic Family Hotel”
We had a wonderful 8 day stay at River Beach Resort. It was our second time to Hoi An and we thought we would try this resort the next time we came. It did not disappoint us. Along with our 2 children we brought our parents also along. We arrived very late on the first night but check in was quick and easy and nothing was a problem with the Beautiful staff. Each of us had big spacious rooms that were very welcoming on arrival. They were clean and extremely comfortable. Staff were always smiling and asking if we needed anything. If there was a problem, staff would fix it immediately. Breakfast was great and had everything that you needed plus more. The gardens were peaceful and truly relaxing and we spent many an afternoon sitting by the pool. The resort is only a short stroll to the beach and you get complimentary beach chairs and towels at a private beach each day of your stay. Walking outside the resort there is many local restaurants to dine in and we tried most of them and all were great. We will definitely come back next year.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location”
we had a fantastic time staying at river beach resort. the location suited us perfectly as we love the beach. waking up to the beautiful view of the river was breathtaking, possibly one of the best views i have had from a hotel room. the beach is lovely and just a minute walk across the road from the hotel. they do have a private beach bar facility too which provides you with towels and beds on the beach. regular shuttle buses in to hoi an town was a great bonus, and we hopped on it every night to have dinner and also used it during the day a couple of times to go shopping when the weather wasn't the best. the service was excellent the staff were friendly and kindly helped me to rearrange my flights which i was finding difficult to do as i do not speak vietnamese! an excellent place for both couples and families. will definitely return next time i am in hoi an.

Stunning Views and Lovely Staff”
This was the best hotel on our travels of SE Asia. Although the room could do with a little bit of updating and TLC, the rooms were big and spacious. We had a ground floor room which opened up onto the river. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely member of staff called Anh who gave us some welcome drinks, talked us through a map of the area and gave us general information about the hotel. All of the staff here were very friendly and welcoming throughout our 4 night stay. We were showed to our room and shown how to open and unlock the doors to our patio. The views are absolutely stunning, even photographs do not do it justice. If anyone is thinking of booking this hotel, I would strongly recommended requesting a room with a river view and even better, one on the ground floor where you can walk right up to it. There are also little round sunbeds for you to lie on next to the river and although we had outstanding weather for the whole time we were there, I never saw anyone in the swimming pool which left more room for me! Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of choice. On the day we had to leave, we arranged out taxi through the hotel for 4am and the hotel even made us up some breakfast to take with us FOC without request which I thought was a really nice touch. We also booked out tour to My Son and Marble Mountains through the hotel tour desk (Hoi An Express) and we ended up on the tour on our own so we felt as though we had a presonal service. The girl on the desk also arranged vegetarian meals for us on the tour which was fantastic. All in all, if I do come back to Hoi An, I will definitely be wanting to stay here again.

Perfectly relaxing”
We had 6 relaxing nights that made our holiday complete. We fell in love with the area and River Beach Resort was our kind of place to stay. Our room was clean and really comfortable with beautiful views of the river over looking the local fisherman going about their daily routine. The food was wonderful and entertainment relaxing after a day on the beach or exploring Hoi An and Da Nang. I will come back as it is close to the beach and only 5k from Hoi An city.

Located on the river but only 100m away from the beach. Cosy would be the ideal description for this resort (see Palm Garden for a real resort). Ideal location away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An ancient town. Free shuttle bus into town four or five times a day or only a 70,000VND in a taxi. Better still hire a bike for $1USD and ride into town. It's by far the best way to see the place! Private part of the beach owned by the hotel is only across the street. Daily maid service. Rooms large and clean. Staff friendly and accomodating. Good breakfast buffet in the morning.

Relaxing”
We had a lovely, relaxing stay. The hotel location, on the river, but also so close to the beautiful Cua Dai beach, and only a short trip on the hotel's shuttle bus into town, made it the perfect place to stay. The sunrise tour to My Son, booked through the hotel, was brilliant. This was my second visit to Hoi An. I will be back again, and will stay at this hotel again...if it's not booked out!

The hotel setting was quite picturesque & there are a few restaurants & provision stores opposite it. The hotel has a bar, gym, internet room, massage, free bicycle rental, free scheduled rides to the Hoi An. The location is ideal as the hotel lies in between the river( Estuary) & the Cua Dai beach.

Fantastic Get Away”
We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was very friendly and the resort was very well kept and comfortable. The location is beautifully placed on a calming river where you can dine over looking the water. It is also within a short walking distance to the Cua Dia beach. Our room was quite spacious which was important to keeping us calm and relaxed when we were in it after shopping in Old Town Hoi An.

Stay in january 2009 at the River beach hotel”
Excellent hotel- we stayed in a superior twin river view room-booked 2 rooms - one for friends- both the double and twin rooms were very spacious and had wonderful views over the pool,and the river- beautiful views and setting. Spacious balconies, pool was lovely, seating on the river -lovely atmosphere. Shops and small restaurants near hotel, the beach was down the street a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent a buffet with lots of choices. Our friends ate at the hotel for dinner and said the food was very good. A free shuttle ran regularly to Hoi An and the taxi fare was about $5 Australian if you missed the shuttle. Hotel staff were helpful, I wanted to stay longer and would definitely stay there again.

Great location, friendly staff, good price”
We had a great time at this hotel, and even extended our stay there. The price was the cheapest compared to all the other beach resorts which was why we chose it. We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was good enough and all our expectations were met. The only thing that could have been nicer was the layout of the pool. There were no pool chairs around the pool to relax in, so we didn't spend a lot of time there. On the other hand, the beach was across the street so it wasn't a big deal. We'd recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near the beach in Hoi An on a budget - great place!

Ideal recharge resort”
after 3 weeks of wonderful intensity of travel, the river beach was just right with its delightful, smiling staff to evenings sitting by the river's edge with boat activity and lighting, along with the bed "closest to home". and hot water heater under the sink. most evenings, they provided live, relaxed entertainment. also, their it fellow solved an app download problem for me. we walked into hoi an one day, a good exercise but so much of their life to see along the way. it created access to many more shops and a good range of prices/options.

Close to the beach”
We chose this hotel for it's pool and because it was near the beach. Located 5kms from Hoi An the hotel offers a free shuttle bus into town, however taxis were plentiful,convieniant and cheap. ( although one or two will try to rip you off if they can, watch the number of zeros on the notes as you hand them over)Rooms are comfortable and the balcony was nice to relax on and watch the river. the buffet breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and the tour desk arranged a walking tour of Hoi An for us, booked flights to HCMC and a car to the airport.There are a number of restaurants and shops just over the road from the hotel. The beach is about a 50m walk.

Very good hotel near the Cua Dai beach”
The hotel is mostly ok. It is a bit 'tired', e.g. bathrooms, but on the hole, it's a good option among pricey resorts in Cua Dai. The beach is just in 2 minutes walk, buffet breakfast is great, rooms are spacious and location is nice - on the river bank, across the road from the beach. The historic city of Hoi An is easily accessible with a shuttle bus, that runs several times a day, or by taxi.

Amazing!!”
We absolutely loved this hotel and were gutted we were only staying 3 nights we could have stayed here for a week or longer! The hotel is located on the river front with amazing grounds and views and the beach is literally across the road. There are a few restaurants and shops on the street outside however the hotel offers a free shuttle bus into the town and back at different times throughout the day (10 minutes away)The breakfast was amazing and we also ate in the restaurant one night and the food was amazing. Would definately stay here again we loved the hotel and Hoi An a beautiful place!

We had a wonderful holiday in this hotel. We choose this one because it's near the beach. You can go to Hoi An by bycicle, motor or Hotel shuttle. Everything else is good compare to other hotel in Cua Dai and Hoi An. We will come back in future.

Lovely Hotel in a top location”
We enjoyed our stay at at the River - Beach Resort. After coming from Saigon and Ha Noi it was a welcomed quieter, calmer place. The Hotel offers a free shuttle service every 3 hours into the old Town Hoi An. The last bus coming back at 9.15pm. The room was clean and spacious would recommend a ground floor room near the pool so it is not too much of a walk to reception, the breakfast area ant the pool. It is in an ideal location where you can walk out on to the main shopping street. Here you can purchase many things at good prices - they are sometimes prepared to negotiate more than in the cities. The beach has not been welcoming to us both times I have stayed at Cu Dai beach so I have yet to experience it.

Enjoyable, relaxing and great service.”
We enjoyed our 4 full days at the River Beach Resort and we both agreed that the next time we visit Hoi An we will stay there again. It is close to a well serviced beach as well having the pool. The staff were very friendly and the service was good. We loved it! Also, with the help of the hotel shuttle and not expensive taxis, trips into the "old town" was easy.

Great place”
Had an amazing stay river beach resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, it was close to the beach and the food was good. We stayed in a room overlooking the river, with large sliding doors that allowed you to walk out on to your own deck. From there you could walk straight down to the river or around the rest of the resort. The room itself was quite large and very clean while the aircon worked really well and was needed as the weather was very hot and humid. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wished we had of booked for longer.

Lovely hotel, huge rooms, friendly service, spa”
Beautiful, quiet hotel with very friendly staff and good service. The hotel is a short walk away from the beach (towels are provided but we had to wait some time for ours) - the restaurant catering to the private beach possibly has the best seafood in Hoi An. A shuttle service (15 mins) goes to Hoi An and back. You can book tours e.g. to My Son for a reasonable price in the hotel. Our room was very spacious, modern and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a spa in the hotel, it is on the pricey side but the hot stone massage is worth it.
