Can’t rate River Kwai View Hotel high enough”
I spent 3 nights in the Kanchanaburi area, the 1st and 3rd nights here and the 2nd night on a floating resort. They were very happy for me to leave my large bag there for a night so I didn’t have to lug it on the long boat. The River Kwai View Hotel is in the perfect location near Cafe Amazon, 7-Eleven and other cafes, restaurants and market food. Shop for souvenirs, tshirts, gems and jewellry just metres away. The rooms that look out of the River Khwae are superb. But the best asset at River Kwai View Hotel are the wonderful staff who can’t do enough to ensure you have a fantastic stay.

Great Hotel”
I booked for 3 nights but ended up staying 4. Great location right by the bridge. I had a river view room with a balcony which was really nice. Hotel was clean, breakfast delicious every morning and staff were the nicest people and really know how to make guests feel welcome. The only issue I had which has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but there's noisy bars across the river that play loud music until 11pm so I had to sleep with ear plugs. There is a 7-11 and Amazon Cafe right in front of hotel and plenty of restuarants and street food on yoir doorstep. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is literally next door to the River Kwai Bridge. There is lots of eatery nearby. Breakfast is fantastic. Room is okay. There is also a bus stop opposite the hotel.

Hotel with the best view”
I booked this hotel because you can look out on the River Kwai bridge. The view is simply amazing! You have your own spacious balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view of the river and the bridge. The room is nice and clean and every member of the staff is very kind and welcoming.

Great staffs & good location”
I went there with my friends total 4 rooms. The first impression start when we park the car at the front door, staffs quickly bring the trolley and pick up all of our stuff in to the hotel. Staff at the reception were very nice. Breakfast was good. The location is good, very easy yo find and very near to the river kwai bridge. There was 7-11 near the front door and opposite the hotel there were the market. If I have a chance I will be back here again for sure.

This is a fairly new hotel perfectly placed if you want to visit the Kwai Bridge and area. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent. The staff were always polite and helpful. We had an issue with our electric shower not working but we were moved to another room within minutes by a very helpful team.

A Very good hotel.very close by to the War museum and the Bridge over River Kwai. Stat went well except for the fact that we were given a twin bed room inspite of them knkwing we r a couple. Could have prrovided a single bed. Otherthan that no complaints.

Fantastic location and very clean”
This hotel is in a fantastic location within metres and a short walking distance to the River Kwai bridge. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and the rooms were really clean. Only small downsides was the bedside lamp did not work and back kept falling off the remote control.

Great location-close to bridge”
My son as i stayed here one night, mainly to see the famous bridge and take the scenic train. The hotel is mere minutes from the train, nice view of the river. Our room was very simple but super clean. Fridge, shower and AC all worked fine. I found the breakfast to be runny eggs and lousy coffee, but I didn’t expect much more. Overall, very nice stay.

Lovely place”
Lovely hotel with amazing staff, recommend river side view, was breathtaking. Only down side is no restaurant or bar, but don’t think it’s all fully opened. Breakfast was lovely. Great location for the bridge etc. 15 minutes up the road for bars etc

Location is excellence. Try to book delux river view. But when you tried to take the picture with the bridge foe the background you get bright roof in half of the picture. If they put the thatch roof over it would blend better.

Great location over look the river kwai bridge. Good room comfortable balcony to look at the river n bridge. Nice clean bathroom good water pressure in the shower. Staffs were friendly n helpful. Only down side was abf breakfast, cold served with cold coffee...

Clean hotel with great location and view”
Good place to stay for a short trip to see the main tourist sites. Great view of the river and bridge. Reasonably comfortable room. Good Thai food for breakfast. Only downsides were a window in the shower facing the main room. Using the toilet at night lights up the entire room and Western food at breakfast was cheap and mediocre. Also air cuneiform needs cleaning. We had trouble with our allergies that would clear up once we got outside

The hotel is super near to the bridge and museum. There are many restaurants and food you can buy. Staff is pretty friendly. Breakfast is good, but don’t have that many choices. There is a concern if you would like to spend time relaxing in hotel. There are not many channel you can watch.
