The room is clean and very specious, the view is nice as well. There is baht in the bathroom which is so VIP, recommend for big family if looking for a big place to stay. Just one thing that the breakfast room is in another building and the way is complicated.

The place must be quite nice for those who have things to do in the vicinity. Without having spacial relationships among ones destination and the local landmarks, the hotel's location could be inconvenient. Meanwhile, knowing the local language markedly minimizes the difficulty.

Hidden Gem”
We stayed a total of 11 nights here. The primary reason for staying here is it is close to my wife’s place of work with swimming pool for my children and spacious apartment. We were very pleased with every aspect of the stay, superb and huge swimming pool, basket ball court which my children really enjoyed and a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the river. The only slight negative was breakfast not too great, too much repitition and not much choice; and often not kept warm due to the lids always being left open to allow the heat to escape. It was satisfactory and edible but could be improved upon. Staff extremely polite and professional, they also have magical powers of ordering taxis that without fail arrive in less than 2 minutes. Safe and secure, set back from main road with 24 hour security, we felt secure throughout our stay. We would definitely return if we visit the area again.

I stayed here for about three weeks for work and it was mainly a very good stay. PROS - Great amount of space - Nice pool and riverside seating (did a lot of work sitting down there) - Good location for me between downtown and Pathum Thani where I was working some days - All the kitchen equipment needed to cook basic meals - Friendly staff CONS - Internet was quite poor and I had to rent a wifi egg Probably not a great spot for sightseeing within Bangkok, but overall, I really enjoyed staying here for a work trip. The amount of space and being able to cook a few meals were especially nice.

Not too far from Don Muang airport”
This place is for certain people only. If you want to be close to the centre of action and touristy stuff this is not it. If you just want a quiet inexpensive hotel to chill for a few days, maybe this is a stopover or something, then it’s perfect. It’s really great bang for your buck. Looks like 4 buildings and only one is a hotel, the rest are residences. There is free buffet in the morning. You can take a cab to the nearby Big C for a nice little food market in the night.

Good value for money although restaurant is minimal ”
Excellent value for what you get, easy travel to surrounding shopping etc. not a great choice at restaurants for foreign stayers but all good Id you eat Thai food which I do. Will stay again for sure but will probably get a room with kitchen so can cook some meals. Great pool and gym facilities
