I may recommend this resort, but there're still something that should be concerned before booking: 1. mosquitoes everywhere, especially in rainy season, 2. catepillars - these creatures scared me the most, 3. located in a separated area, to access this place in the evening, you have to go through some dark roads with very few street lights. Other than that, this place is a green and peaceful resort. My kid loved the swimming pool sm.

Good value in Mui Ne! ”
The resort by itself is very beautiful. They have a huge pool that overlooks the sea. The breakfast was good as well. The only problem is they have started to have families with children guests who are very noisy and was very disturbing. We asked for help with the reception to remind these guests proper decorum but the staff did nothing.

Everything is good, except internet connection and fence”
There are only 2 things to notice at Romana: 1. Fence around villa is too short to provide privacy for guests. 2. Internet connection is really poor when you're staying at the edge of resort. Impossible to use wifi/3g Otherwise, everything is very good.

Room equipments are down grade too much”
I often stay here when going to Mui Ne, but recently, room equipments are down grade too much, the head shower flows badly, no hand shower to use, toilet tank sometimes can not hold water, aircon causes alot of noise. Since there are not much guests at this season, i feel that some meat those used in breakfast may have some smell. I think the resort manager should take advantage of low season to check and fix all equipments.

Our family booked a villa with a private pool to enjoy the space without being disturbed, but we were constantly disturbed by the pool cleaning staff without any notice, they automatically broke in, we feel very uncomfortable because there is no privacy, the WIFI is constantly disconnected, the receptionist attitude is unpleasant and unfriendly, the sea is full of garbage. NEVER COME BACK

Large property, staff attitude need improvement”
Pros: quiet area, large property, good restaurant (I tried for dinner) with reasonable price Cons: far from center, not many restaurants outside, very poor breakfast, not a good beach. In the services Info sheet, they wrote "When you check out, resort support free shuttle bus to train station, bus stop (Ba Sau Restaurant" but when I asked for such service, staff at reception was annoying and explaining in the way that I should stop asking because of a lot of in-conveniences. I was dissapointed with their attitude.

Not worth the money”
Booked 03 deluxe ocean view rooms. All three have no wifi, towels was dark while original color is white. No change with pillow covers after 02 days. Can not trust the door lock. Breakfast was truely poor. Coffee made like used after three times. Staff is not so friendly.

Not a villa”
We booked the"3bedroom Villa" , and were given 3 separate bedrooms (not even connecting). There is no 3 bedroom villa, it is a lie. They consider their 3 rooms to be a villa...The hotel then offered us 2 connecting rooms at the same price for the whole stay (much smaller than what we had booked), and changed their mind again few hours later (and said the 3 of us needed to stay in one room for a night). The manager then tried to explain that we did not understand what a villa was... We left after one night, and got charged extra. A very poor experience indeed. Not recommended.
