Hotel is next to main road. Slightly overpriced but good”
A basic hotel with lots of optional activities but all else chargeable. Didn't expect it to be directly near the road. Room are spacious and basic. Hotel breakfast was ok. Rooms are quiet for the little one eventhough facing the pool which matters most.

Such a vibrant hotel!”
We really liked our stay and our rooms were very spacious and clean. There is tons to do at the hotel and we had Shabu dining and also the outdoor movie. The swimming pool is like many hotels not heated so for colder days it's too cold to swim. The breakfast was very good and lots of options and very cute breakfast area. I think in general for Khao Yai area the hotels should prepare more vehicle rental (bicycles, mopeds, cars etc.) for tourists to rent out because everything is so far without. But in general a very pleasant stay!

Staff was nice and friendly but respond to any requests very slowly. The front desk operates 24hr but I had to make several calls to reach for getting more drinking water. Took like 20 mins just to make a call. Cleanliness was not ok. Next to the hotel is a concrete batching plant which was the view that i got from the balcony. The seating area on the balcony was covered by the dust from the plant. I have paid for extra person but the amenities in the room just for two. They didn’t prepare anything do we had to make call which took too long for everything. The facilities in the room wasn’t good condition such as the cabinet door make a loud noise every single time that was opened, the light above dressing mirror was broken, the AC makes a loud noise and hard to set the temp,etc. I felt the stay wasn’t worthed for the money I have paid. Not recommended!!!

the weather was so good to chill outside by the pool but it has to be closed by 10pm. staff was too fake friendly and annoying at times asking unnecessary questions. bed was too hard, uncomfortable, room not well maintained. toilet smells, wifi is unusable at 99% of the times, no work can be done in the room. Mountain view was not much of a premier mountain view, mountain was only 20% of the balcony view. food was horrendous at restaurant. the dome dinner was overrated, overpriced with spiders and insects inside the dome, table was swaying. not worth the stay, never coming back

Modern party hotel for the young party crowd, will be rocked down soon...”
Hotel is in middle of club and party valley, at night noisy nightclubs around, hotel guest do party on the room, corridor not noise isolated. Otherwise well made hotel with luxury approach 3* at the end if you look closer. Breakfast wasn't buffet due to "limited guest amount", however served stuff was high quality. The pool is nice but what will happen if the hotel is fully booked with 200++ guests? Same is for parking: only 10 places? Guest will come with scooter or taxi? Premium rates (around 4000 THB) makes low value

1 breakfast was very poor 2 staff speak English very weak 3 saftey box was not working 4 no tourists information. And no taxi in hotel 5. I spend most of my day out no body clean room

Not value of Money”
Services was disappointed We simply requested a wine glasses and didn't receive at all. Not even a call back. Facilities - Fitness closed and Outdoor Theatre closed. We looking forward with it. :( Breakfast - so so ... I had an early morning Golf on that day. Parking was packed and my car was blocked with parking break on by another car. No one helping. No Security Guard.... My mistake for selecting Lacol Khaoyai Hotel.

cleanliness does not meet a standard. Facilities are not good enough, especially the hot water problem. Room is just ok. However, staff are so nice and friendly. Location is great.

The hotel have less elevator, No service elevator. Maid and room service share with guest. During checkout time. That's very frustrating. The restaurant is very overprice. Not worth to money at all. This is my last time for this venue.
