Good clean and modern hotel.”
This Hotel is a clean new modern building a few minutes walk from the centre of town, it's quiet, a good size room with a good shower and toilet. There is no food at this hotel so I have had to give it a 3 to be fair. Its not on the beach like a lot of other hotels that couples would stay at but for the single traveller it is ideal, and because its a small island, everything has to be imported by sea and its about 25 % more expensive than the mainland. For Koh Samet standards, it is good value for money. The sheets and towels were changed every day even though it was not needed.

that's amazing hotel just have 10-15 rooma. you pay little more. but in hotel room everything is brand new. blanket is. same as 5star hotels blanket . matress is so relax.easy check in. for check out just leave the key in lobby. staff is friendly

Great Experience”
I was traveling with a friend and we stayed in a room with two twin beds. We both were very impressed with the room, it was very clean and the sheets and towels were changed daily along with complimentary bottled water, the room also provided a safe and shelves that had a key so you could feel comfortable leaving your valuables, the air conditioning worked really well (after staying in various hotels in Thailand that isn't always a given), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I I actually preferred that it wasn't on the beach, it's at the end of the main road so there are lots of restaurants nearby but you don't have all of the noise, and to get to the beach takes at most ten minutes. I was really impressed with my experience and would definitely stay there again during my next visit. (Had to rate their food but I didn't try it).

Great for Backpackers”
Located close to the main port of Samed, it was easy to walk to. It is situated off the main road, walking up a hill passing a school, then down a hill passing a security stand/car bar. I had a heavy piece of luggage with me but the hill is not very steep, thus, not much of an issue. I am explaining all of this because several truck-taxis at the port refused to take me to the hotel, all of the drivers told me to walk. I stayed in a room at ground level, the hotel is multi-level with stairs, no elevator that I could find. The windows were generously sized but they viewed other housing. Perhaps the rooms on the second and third floor have better views. The room itself was quite big. A small safe for valuables was included with my room, it had an instruction card detailing how to change/customize the passcode. The bed was Queen sized and comfortable, firm but not hard. The bathroom was large. Everything seemed quite clean. One drawback was the general smell of mold and mildew. It was omnipresent, not confined to the bathroom or anywhere in particular. This seemed commonplace on the island, many bathrooms and other facilities smelled similar. Be aware of this when staying on Samed.

This accommodation is absolutely brilliant and especially for the price, quiet location and only 2 mins walk from the main town road. With bars and restaurants. 10 min walk from one of the main beaches and pier. It is very clean, new towels and linen and water every day and rooms are spot less. Staff seemed very friendly too and hepful. Very happy, thank you!

Samet was pretty fully booked when we went there so we didn’t have much to choose between. We didn’t get disappointed. Its walking distance to the pier and the beach. We rented a scooter to get around the island.

Building lacks character and facilities are few but the large room, price and cleanliness makes up for it. If you're going to spend most of your time out, on a tight budget and need a no frills place to rest then this may be it.

Have food a 1 rating as there wasn't a n/a. The hotel doesn't do food, but with so many food options so close this isn't a problem. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, it has decent wifi, staff are friendly, showers are hot with a strong water flow, its a good location and good value for money.

Not worth to stay. Beware!”
Beware! this hotel have no hot water shower. No shampoo, no soap, no toothbrush, no toothpaste and even no toilet paper! The staff buy one roll for us after we made complaint. However,the room seems newly renovated,room is clean. bed is comfortable. I will not recommend this hotel to other. you can find similar nice place with cheaper price on the island.

This hotel is alright if you're looking for something near to the pier, the staff was not always around and the hotel looked like an apartment rather than an actual hotel. No front desk for example but the rooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay but the price-quality ratio was a bit off.

Pros... Big bright clean rooms. Comfy beds and cold aircon. Good location if you want to stay in the village with easy access to bars and restaurants. Cons... Our balcony looked over a shanty village located at the rear of the property. A room with a garden view (front of the building) is more desirable. Doors need soft closures, very noisy when people leave their rooms and slam doors. Water pressure was shockingly low in the sink taps. No room safe. No western TV channels.

The place quiet difficult to find, no hotel sign to show (but you can find after nest road from school).. Receptionist was bad in English , was mistake understanding to clean my room,, when i came back room at 5 pm, i must need more 1 hour to start cleaning my room... However he make apologizing .... air condition not cool, strong water, the bad things is you can climb from next room to another room,, cause they have a join balcony.. if you forget to close the window,,,im sure someone can climb and steal something into your room

We went on a Thai holiday weekend (2 families with a baby and preschooler) and everywhere else within budget was completely booked. However we were pleasantly surprised! Clean, fairly modern & spacious rooms with good a/c and hot water showers. The shower curtain was a bit dirty/moldy but that's my only complaint. About a 10 minute walk to the beach was the only downfall and there are no facilities or staff rarely there. They did provide beach towels which was very nice! And the staff was very helpful when we needed them for anything! Finding them was a different story-- we figured out the main manager has an office during the day at the building next door.

Pros - clean room, newer fixtures, balcony Cons - not clearly stated on Agoda (hidden in payment and taxes tab) that had to pay cash at hotel (this causes the price to be even worse with the horrid exchange rates on the island), far from beach and pier (better cheaper options in town), hard bed, no value IMO
