Kind & Helpful”
My boyfriend and I stayed at Rosaka to have a place to wash up and whatnot before our long flight at 3AM. We only booked one night and the staff was nice enough to prepare our breakfast to-go. We checked out at 1 or so and they called us a VinaSun taxi (VinaSun is an honest taxi service I recommend to first time travelers to Vietnam) and were met with a cancelled flight at the airport. Our flight was delayed to the next night at 2 AM, so we had to go back to Rosaka (as no other hotel near the airport would pick up their phones so early in the morning), and they were SO nice and rechecked us back into our room. They understood that we did not get any sleep and just told us to take a rest until 10 AM to see if we can stay in our room until our flight or if we need to move to another room. They charged us for another night for the new booking, but they gave us a discount and packed our breakfast again for our next flight out. We did not get to use their pool as we were just exhausted, but if we go back to Nha Trang, I'll be sure to book a few nights with Rosaka so that we can get the full experience. Really good for the price and GREAT water pressure in the shower!

My friend and I stayed in Rosaka Nha Trang Hotel for 3 nights. The room was upgraded by the hotel from superior double to deluxe double, which has a city view balcony and more spaces. The room is clean and bright. We are satisfied by the facility and service. All staffs are polite, friendly and helpful. The vice director of the hotel greeted us when we had breakfast. The breakfasts are tasty and have a wide choice. As the weather was bad, the roof top pool was very windy and cold. But we can still enjoy the view from the pool. We can see the beach in between some tall buildings. We think the location is great. We only need to walk 5-8 mins to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops nearby.

Excellent hotel”
This hotel deserves its excellent rating. We stayed 2 nights at Rosaka early May after booking by agoda. When we arrived I experienced a slight disappointment which was not the fault of the hotel itself. But somehow the message has been heard by the management, who came to talk to me personally and showed their heard my issue, so I have to congratulate the management and the staff who could listen to their customer and arrange for the better. In terms of amenities the hotel is new (<1 year) so the rooms are well maintained, bed is super comfortable, gym equipment is great, there’s even an infinite pool with unobstructed view over the ocean! Breakfast is very varied with Vietnamese, Western and also Chinese food, excellent quality. I will definitely recommend this hotel and stay there next time I go to Nha Trang.

Everything, perfect location, Rosaka Nha Trang Hotel enjoys a commanding position in the nightlife, shopping, restaurants hub of Nha Trang city. Only 5 minutes to the lovely beach. Pool was great, with towels. Nice and clean rooms, breakfast buffet really good. Staff really nice and helpful. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

I arrived in Rosaka in Nha Trang as a solo traveller last year on my 25th birthday venturing from the South to the North of Vietnam. I had made my booking very last minute and when I checked in, they kindly upgraded my room and even gave me a cake as a present for my birthday which was very nice and thoughtful of them. The staff were so lovely, particularly the manager of the hotel. He was very professional and accomodating and well qualified for his position. The hotel room and amenities were also excellent, the rooftop pool with amazing views being a personal favourite. The location was close to the beach and the shops. The staff provided helpful information and were always ready to organize transportation. What more you ask for!

Good location and convenient to access Nha Trang”
Rosaka Hotel is located near the Nha Trang beach and the night market, you can access to these spots within 10-min walk. Vietnamese restaurant (Yen restaurant and BBQ buffet), Suspa, convenient stores are located nearby. However, due to the damage by the typhoon on early Nov, the rooftop pool, bar and gym room was closed. It was surprised that they offered a free upgrade and there is a balcony in the room (city view). We would like to give special thanks the staff in the reception (Tuyen, Vinh, Nam, Quy and Khanh). Especially to Tuyen and Khanh, Tuyen is good at English and Chinese, she always gave her smile and provided advices on doing massages during our trip. Khanh (the gentleman worked in night duty during our stay), also gave us the advices for eating with his sincere smile.

perfect stay in Nha Trang”
i booked rosaka for my honeymoon trip and i am very sastified. i made a mistake when booked the twin beds, then the staffs change it to double bed for free to suit to the couple. it was my birthday when i stayed there and i was gave lovely cakes and wisshes by the staffs and managers. it was such nice memory to me. the location is near by the beach and there are a lot of restaurant, store, spa around. staffs are very nice and helpfull. the room is clean and cozy. it's perfect for couples. i think the hotel is as good as 5 stars instead. if i come back Nha Trang i still want to stay rosaka.

I had a wonderful stay at Rosaka hotel. There are a super nice swimming pool, very clean room, the buffet breakfast has lots of choice. cheapest rate for the 4 island tour just cost 7USD if you book via Rosaka. My Birthday is during the stay and I got a complimentry cake from hotel. Great birthday celebration in Rosaka Nha trang! I must be back!

Travelled here with 4 people and got the family suite which was very spacious. Rosaka is brand new so the hotel itself is immaculate. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The beds were also so comfy! The buffet breakfast was also very delicious and many had plenty of options for foods and drinks. The infinity pool, although small, was amazing! It had an amazing view of the city and was very clean and well-kept. Couldn't ask for a better stay in Nha Trang! Thank you Rosaka :D

I didn't expect much when booking a room at Rosaka and it surprised me even more when i got there. The staff was amazingly friendly, the breakfast was great as well. They offered a lot of deliciousness for breakfast, from Vietnamese food to international breakfast. By the way, you have to check out their pool! I'd book Rosaka again when i'm back in Nha Trang :).

The Rosaka Hotel is right in the heart of the tourist centre of Nha Trang. It's comfortable, very good value and has good facilities, although the pool is a little small. Where it stands out is the friendly service and their willingness to help us out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would recommend them to anyone.

Great modern hotel”
This hotel is centraly located in the main touristy area - amoung many restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, and spas. Just a few blocks from the beach, it is in an ideal location for any traveler. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and nice, hot rain shower. The staff was friendly, allowing me to use the rooftop infiniti pool hours before I was able to check in due to the early arrival of my train. There is a lot of construction happening in this town and I fear that a new hotel will soon block the incredible views that one can see from the rooftop pool, bar, and gym areas. The breakfast buffet offered an enormous variety of foods, including fruits and salads and western and asian-style foods. I would highly reccommend this hotel and will happily stay there the next time I am in Nha Trang.

As soon as I arrived at the Hotel, I was me by one of the reservations staff who assisted me in resolving a misunderstanding with my driver. This type of treatment was echoed throughout my stay at the Hotel. The staff really do make you feel welcome and are more than happy help out where possible. To my surprise I was approached by Mr Hoang at breakfast who enquired about my stay and ended up arranging a 'breakfast box' as I was leaving early the following morning. By the way the buffet breakfast is awesome. The hotel is only a short stroll to the beach and the front desk provides you with a beach towel. The rooms are immaculate and well set out. And you can also have a decent shower as the shower has an 'elephant shower head'. The wet edge pool which is located on the top floor also comes with great views and is a good location to sip on some afternoon cocktails! All in all, a great place to stay if you are thinking of paying a visit to Nha Trang.

Clean and spacious”
The family suite comes with 1 king and 1 extra large single beds. Very spacious room with all branded , `Kohler' sanitary fittings in the bathroom. Water pressure is so strong. Room was constantly replenished twice, day and evening time with towels. TV channels are quite complete with English channels. Directly opposite hotel has a very good value, sumptuous Vietnamese food restaurant called 'Ciao Vietnam'. The major downside of the hotel room is the non soundproof balcony sliding doors which make it hard to sleep as the non stop honking of vehicles in Vietnam can be heard clearly as early as 6am:(😕 Buffet breakfast was great though. Hotel is on 3rd side street from main road to beach front, a bit far from getting any Seaview. The swimming pool is too small but there is a great scenic rooftop view of whole Nha Trang town. I think Novotel will be a better value for the main street location and where all happening street performance and night market are.

My congratulations to the Management of Rosaka Hotel for having such wonderful facility. Besides the convenient location with numerous restaurants and shops all within walking distance , the hotel is small in size but offers clean, bright and well-equipped rooms. The staff from reception to housekeeping made every individual in our group of 3 couples feel like VIP which make it hard for me to single out any individual and after much thought I wish to thank Nhan from Reception and Tho, Bartender of Sky Lounge. The staff were super attentive from the moment my friend and I arrived. They even upgraded our room to a twin with balcony for free. The pool was amazing and very clean. Rooms were spacious and well kept and the beds were comfortable, but a little on the hard side. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with tons of selection. The hotel even leant us towels for our four island excursion. The beach was about a 7 minute walk away. Location was great with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. This hotel is perfect if you are planning on visiting Nha Trang!

The Rosaka Hotel staff were wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. They also helped us sort out our booking issue, and upgraded us when we checked in. During our stay the staff went beyond what was expected providing support to book a taxi (making sure it was a fair rate), airport transfers, and checking in our group who arrived on different days and times. The hotel was very clean and professional. The hotel was nicely located even though not directly from the beach. Beach towels were provided. We also enjoyed breakfast even though we wished the breakfast times were longer than 9:30am. Overall it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our time at Rosaka Hotel.
