Clean and very comfortable room in a good location”

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I needed some rest and this was a good place for it. The room was really comfortable. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest but it was fine and there was consistent hot water. It was the end of Jan-beginning of Feb when I stayed here and this hotel-like other places I noticed at this time- have condensation all over the floors and walls so its wet and slippery in the hotel. But not in the bedroom. I had my own space, I wasn't disturbed ..and again-the room was spacious, i had a wardrobe and nice tv on the wall, desk. The furnishings were very nice and it was all nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. I sat and watched Netflix with no internet problems. I had a brilliant heater in my room- the kind thats tall and acts as a light aswell if you've ever come across them. It kept me toasty! So for me, it was perfect!

Short and Simple”

Overall, stay was pleasant. Owner was accommodative, and friendly. I must say, room was excellent in terms of its design and comfortability, Big LCD tvs. however, it is located it a sidewalk that might be difficult to navigate. will get used to it after awhile. It offers a Spa at top floor.

Worth the money”

It locates in small valley but acceptable, easily access to other places, friendly staff, large room. Generally, it's acceptable (I actually stayed 2 nights).

Rock hard bed”

The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. Aircon worked good. Bed was way to stiff, and I like a firm bed. A foam mattress pad would have made a big difference. The location is fairly remote. There was a bus station to Hanoi close by, so it made for an easy getaway.

The room looked exactly like the picture, really pretty. But the bed is rock hard, it is like sleeping on the ground. The bathroom is not so clean and there are some electrical wires hanging loose in the shower.

Not far from the airport.”

We chose this accommodation because of early departure from the airport. Watch out in the morning if the taxis are very busy. The accommodation was good, but it could be better if the owners took care more. It would be good to clean the bathroom and everything would be much better. Otherwise everything ok.

Acceptable”

The room was filthy dirty with thick dust everywhere, even after they cleaned it while i was out, it was still not done properly. The whole hotel was so dirty. The hotel is down a narrow street and it rained so much that the whole street was flooded and the downstairs entrance to the hotel was too. I had to walk bare footed through 7 inches of water to get to the main road where a taxi could take me somewhere. The lady on reception did try hard to get me a taxi outside hotel but they would not come down the flooded road.

Hotel Dirty”

This place could be decent if they bothered to clean it. Our room was beyond filthy. Cobwebs all over ceiling. Piles of dust in every corner. There were ashes everywhere. I moved the night stand to look for an outlet and there was multiple condom wrappers and cigarette butts. Good thing I was only there for one night.

The hotel is nothing as it seems on the photos”

I was very much disapointed in this hotel since the quality was way way worst than it appeared on the Agoda profile. The Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom was horrible and dirty, the air conditioning was not working. It was loud and scary even at times to go on the forridor because of the noices. To sum up, stay away !

El hotel no es como aparece en las fotos, al menos la habitación que nos tocò a nosotros. El baño tenía el suelo empapado, las sábanas no parecían limpias . El personal no habla nada de inglés . Y tampoco hicieron esfuerzo por ser amables, sacando el señor que estaba cuidando las motos , que si era majo!
