We stayed at this Roseland Sweet Hotel for 9 days in Mar/22 - Mar/31. Staffs welcome us with drinks. Hotel and room are very clean and there is roof top small pool and Spa. We just love it because this location is very safe and many restaurant and drinks stores near by. Only 3 blocks to Nguyen Hue street. We going back to Vietnam this summer again and will stay here for 3 weeks. We highly recommend this Roseland Sweet Hotel on Cao Ba Quac District 1.

smelled cigarette smoke”
Cigarette smoke would drift in from other rooms through the bathroom vent. When I informed the staff, they were apologetic but their solutions were insufficient. Everything else about my hotel room was just ok, not excellent. The little jacuzzi pool was nice when I could get it to myself but it was so small that I felt awkward sharing it with strangers.

Good value for the money spent. Room amenities newer and comfortable bedding. Breakfast was standard affair. The Pho/bun bo hue was quite good. The street scene suffered from the trash pickup area for the neighborhood. The resulting smell was nasty.

The Comfort everyone can afford”
The place of the hotel is right at the center of the city. It is perfect for travellers who are in a budget. The room is very clean which is a good plus. Staff were very nice and accomodating too! I have to commend the front desk officer for helping me as I had booked the other room at the other hotel (sister company of Roseland) and they were able to transfer my booking without any hesitations. Shout out to Mr. Kevin and Mr. Mike for attending to our request when we had to check out early in the morning. Thank you so much! Definitely would recommend to my friends! 100/10!!

Great Location and Friendly Staff”
The hotel is pretty nice, there's a rooftop jacuzzi to relax in the evening. The staff is pretty helpful and speaks good english. The bellboy Manh was super helpful, friendly and always had a big smile while greeting. Quite like Roseland Group of Hotels, most recommended.

Lần đầu đến khách sạn thấy rất ok, địa điẻm thuận lợi cho khách du lịch nên lần này quyết định lại book khách sạn này tiếp. Nhưng đến lần này không được như kì vọng nếu không nói đến quá thất vọng. Mình book phòng deluxe double room không cửa sổ. Mình được xếp phòng ngay tầng 1. Đêm ngủ mà cứ 20 phút máy bơm chạy ầm ầm, đến sáng chưa 7 rưỡi bên cạnh khách sạn ai gõ gõ đục đục vào tường không thể ngủ được. Khách sạn 4 sao mà chất lượng phòng kiểu vậy quả là treo đầu dê bán thịt chó!!!
