My stay was for two days. Check in process was quite horrible and there was no care or respect by the reception. They didn't even know the process via Agoda and rooms were normal. Needed a bit more of a touch up. The sheets were like really used and needed to be changed. Water in the sink and bath area were clogged and had asked for it to be cleaned. Nice hotel and close to location of Masjid Nabawi

We stayed one day but hotel location is very near to Haram and it has basement parking which is available to customer. Room was clean but no wifi in the room which we don't mind, we use in the lobby area. Gr8 place and will stay here again.

Straightforward, no hassle, great breakfast buffet”
It was straightforward dealing with the receptionist. He can speak and understand english very welll. I love the breakfast buffet, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable and the toilet is clean.

Alhamdulillah Nice n comfortable hotel. The hotel is near to haram. Easy check in. No big document required. Clean room. No smelly. Many big elevators serve to go to room. Not crowded n small compare to other hotel. Unfortunately no wifi in room. N water stagnant in bathroom while bathing. Can be improved. Save big with agoda. My next booking will be via agoda insha-Allah Will definitely

when I reached the hotel for check in they asked me to stay..I kept on waiting after two hrs the receptionist told me that the hotel is full and they can't make me saty in hotel...I tried to contact Agoda but no one picked up the call for 1 hr..I continuously asked them that I m not leaving anywhere i'll saty in lobby...then after two hr they said u can saty in out other hotel amjad algharra...where I was given a two bed room with one extra third bed making room too conjested (although I booked for four but we were three to check in)

Bad staff, Bad facilities, good location”
1. No wifi in room and lobby is always full of men where ladies can't sit to use wifi. 2. Staff can't speak English especially the night staff. 3. We booked double room, we were given a room with two single beds joined which was very uncomfortable. Staff was not even able to understand simple questions so decided not to complain about bed. 4. Only advantage is its just 4 minutes walk to Masjid e Nabvi. 5. I received much much better service at 3 star hotel in Makkah.

Hotel location is reasonable with Masjid e Nabwi. Hotel entrance is good and well maintained. Bad thing is that no water bottles will be provided, no WIFI connection, no complementary tea arrangements are present. Washroom tiles poorly repaired. Staff is very good and very helpful.

They do not like AGODA people”
First the receptionist told me they do not accept AGODA reservations then he accept. We have been given a room that needs to be renewed and better maintenance. We could not control the temperature of the air conditioner. There was a high window that can not be covered so the light is much and it is not good if you want to sleep at day.

It was a good stay. But their promise of providing free parking spaces isn't true. We stayed there for two days and whenever I asked them about the parking space they always repeated the same response, "The parking is full and we'll inform you as soon as we have a free space." Their parking lots remained full (as per their saying) during our entire stay! I had a hard time finding a parking lot in the surroundings.

Bad experience”
Reception doesn't listen to complaints. I complained for basic missing items in the room like towels and hair dryers but nobody bothered to provide for. I complaint thrice and then gave up. No house keeping showed up for my entire stay; 48 hours. Will never stay in this hotel again and certainly not recommend to anyone.
