A 5* hotel in a great location”
Typical international chain, very comfortable with great service. Huge room with view of the river. The buffet breakfast at B400 is excellent. Worth getting an inclusive deal. Easy access to free shuttles and river taxis and the BTS. This part of Bangkok is not cheap but if you get a good deal it is worth it. The food court in IconSiam opposite, free river shuttle, is very good value for typical Thai fast food.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location”
We stayed at this hotel just before Christmas and loved seeing the light and water show across the river at IconSiam. We also really enjoyed the pool with swim-up bar and peacocks strolling around. The hotel boat made it easy to get across the river when needed. The hotel was also very comfortable and quiet with very nice staff. Excellent stay, highly recommend.

One of the best hotels in Bangkok ”
Special thanks to Jade at the front office, he was a very nice and warm staff. The room was big, very clean and well-arranged. The view from the room was amazing seeing the whole ICONSIAM. We had a really good relaxing time staying at Sheraton. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Birthday Staycation”
Book a night at Sheraton for my birthday. I had some surprises during this staycation. 1. The front desk staff remembered us as we had our staycation there last year. 2. The housekeeping prepared a cake and some decorations in our room for my birthday. 3. We discovered a wonderful garden near the pool area. It was so serene to sit there and listen to the sound of nature. 4. We had a wonderful experience once again with the service provided by the whole team.

We asked endless questions to the staff as we had never been to Bangkok before, but they all patiently guided us and helped us with our requests. The cleaning staff even remembered which room was my kids'. Those gestures touched our family. We had a splendid time staying there, and will definitely book again!

Well worth the stay”
The staff were outstanding from the very outset. We stayed in a club room and the special service started as soon as we entered the hotel. We only stayed two nights but we packed a fair amount in. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was well appointed with a fantastic view of the river. The only fly in the ointment was that the bed reading lights only worked with the main lights on!

This is my first time stay at this hotel and I am so impress to get the real 5 stars service from Royal Orchid Sheraton! Eventhough, there was too crowded during busy time on 13-14 Feb, Staffs did not show any nervous or tired but they were keep smiling. Thank you for the best service from your hotel! Great hotel with incredible views overlooking the river. Nice pool and breakfast is good. Coffee at breakfast could be better though! Good staff and generally excellent. We would stay there again without hesitation (depending on the price).

We love the location and how easy to get to Icon Siam, the most intriguing mall in BKK. Our room got full river view and it's totally worth it. It's absolutely fun to watch Chao Praya river come to life in the morning and evening.

Great hotel on river”
Excellent location now near Icon Siam, which is truly spectacular and a must see in Bangkok. Drinks reasonable for this type of hotel. Didn't eat here but no doubt expensive. Had four days before coming home and pools very good to relax by, other facilities looked first class. Definitely will be back.

PERFECT VIEW !”
We booked for enjoy with New Year’s festival and our room is so closed with firework but the hotel is old already but service and staff still good and location is good for river view and opposite is Icon Siam (big shopping mall). There have a shuttle boat to pier and crossing to the Icon Siam.

This is a truly spectacular hotel located right on the Chao Phraya River. Across the river is the ICONSIAM shopping center. Six floors of high end stores and true street food in an air conditioned environment. Incredibly wonderful service from A to Z.

Comfortable bed, Clean room and bath room. There have 2 swimming pools.My husband love its. Very nice restaurant especially "Thara Thong" Thai food. Free Shuttle boat to ICON SIAM all day until 23.00pm. in every 30 mins.

Exceptional”
Pros:Conveniently situated to/from both airports. Nice both services to the BTS/ IconSiam. Great breakfast selections. Cons: Dated. Water not clean to drink and not sure if it was even safe to brush our teeth. There's some constructions going on near the pool area so it was not relaxing at all. Lots of loud Chinese tourists (not the hotel's fault) but it was beyond disturbing that the hotel could not tell them to quiet down out of respect for other guests.
