We experienced some of the best Vietnamese accommodations and hospitality during our trip to Sapa. Our plan was to book three different hotels in several different areas around Sapa. First night in Sapa stayed at Pao’s. . . second night at another more rustic hotel. . . third night – Back to Pao’s! Front office manager (Mr. Thang) – went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He was supported by friendly and capable front line staff including Mr. Dat and Mr. Duong. All of the staff could speak English well and couldn’t have done anything more to make our trip there easy and special. During our check-out, Mr. Thang handed us his card and let us know if there was anything he could do. . . to let him know. After one night in a different hotel, we came running back to Pao’s. We were greeted with upgraded room and warm welcome from all the staff – that treated us like returning VIPs. This is a new hotel with a mixed style: modern and vintage, located in a quiet area within a walk distance to the city center. The hotel is carefully designed and decorated, offering a pleasant and cosy feeling upon very welcomed arrival and during the stay. Quite spacy balcony with fantastic view over Cat-cat tourist valley. Overall, the hotel is good and strongly recommended,, except for the following shortcomings: - there is no central cooling/heating in the room, which is standard for hotels of 4-5 stars, but an ordinary air conditioner. - there is no bath tub in the bathroom, - bad smell in the bathroom and balcony, probably due to the drainage system which may be properly designed or built. - breakfasts were somehow poor.

I have been travelling in CLMV for work and holiday extensively during last 6 years. So I stay so many hotels. Silk Path is one of the best hotel that I have ever been compared with value for your money. Plus: - Hotel is well maintained. Clean room and smell very nice (rose smell) every where - Decoration is super beautiful like you are in Europe - Mountain view from dinning room is breathtaking. - Room is very nice even with the cheapest one. Come with bath tub and mountain view as well - Shuttle car to downtown every hour - Facilities is very good. Hot water pool, pool table, many place to seat and hang out - Breakfast have good varieties. Vietnamese iced coffee and Baguette are amazing combination to start your day Con - Location is around 5-10 mins from city center which consider far in Sapa, but manageable with shuttle car - Quality and freshness of breakfast can be improved All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who looking a great vacation in Sapa.

We arrived early in the morning in a rainy day. And hotel manager allowed us to early check in without any additional charge. In addition to that he also upgraded our room to big room with great view to mountain. Location also good. It near Sapa city center, very convenient. Menu for breakfast is only little disks but fresh. I will return this hotel when go back Sapa next time.

This hotel located in Sapa city is highly recommended! The room was clean and spacious with a nice mountain view. Breakfast to be taken opposite hotel was great. The staff provided fantastic customer service during the entire stay. They provided with shoes cleaning service after trekking and even a shower before leaving for our train ride back to Hanoi. Cam on to Anh, Edward, Emma and all the hotel staff for a memorable stay!

Staffs are very helpful. Some with good English skills , some are not. Good breakfast. Near Sapa City Center. Big and clean room. View from the room is disappointing.

First of all, the mountain view from the hotel (at the room or at the lobby restaurant) is really amazing. During my stay, I really enjoyed the time of sitting on the window table at the restaurant and watching the mountains every morning while enjoying breakfast buffet (which was great, too.). The hotel is clean and also close to Sapa city center (about 5-15 walking distance to most spots).

A group of 5 young ladies from HCM that were very lucky to find this new hotel in Sapa. Even though we stayed only 1 night but we could not be more pleased with the service, special thanks to ms Nhàn and mr Trung (both work at front office) that not only upgraded our rooms for free but also gave us alot of good tips during our visit in Sapa. The facilities are all brand new cuz the hotel was just recently opened, location is the best part cuz its right next to the lake and market, there's alot of local resto around. I would recommend this new hotel to everyone who wants to have a pleasant stay in Sapa. P/s breakfast is also very good with plenty of choices. Ms Trân from HCM.

My family (two young toddlers and my wife) and I spent two nights at Amazing Hotel in Sapa on 21st and 22nd of Sept 2018. I can only warmly recommend this hotel. Hotel is super clean (it is a 4 stars), good facilities (they have a swimming pool on the roof-top with an amazing view over the mountain), staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, location is very central (near Sapa square) etc... Excellent hotel from my point of view!

About nearly 2km far from the city center - the cathedral of sapa, but this hotel has surprised us a lot. Nothing different from the photos, it's even better in reality. With Helpful staff, beautiful and clean room with mountain view, this might be one of the best 3-star hotels in town, awesome quality with the price. Also, nice breakfast! We had absolutely enjoyed 3 days 2 nights over there, in a room for 2 whịch was nice and cozy with a wonderful foggy mountain view. We love Sapa and Praha hotel as well. Will come back since we have other occasions to visit the city.

We stayed from 5-Jan to 11-Jan. We're happy with the room they put us on 5th floor overlooking the city of Sapa, Room was big. Clean and comfortable bed and towels, good room heating and hot water. Stable wifi. Good services from the staff especially Anna who give us all the needed information despite our late and tired journey straight from Singapore. Good Breakfast with wide selections buffet and variety of fruits. That's also a live egg and pho stations. Their Spring roll at the buffet is the best in Sapa and Hanoi when you got it hot. Pool is heated comfortably for a winter swim. We took a body and a foot massage with amply pressure and cheery staff. Quiet location 15~20 mins safe walk to Sapa town center. Encountered some power outage lasting minutes to an hour while in Sapa, apparently from the made-in-China electricity. Due diligence by staff as they appeared in the hotel surroundings despite the 10 degrees outside, giving some sort of an assurance, as we watch the whole of Sapa

If there is any one person who did not enjoy their stay in Sapa Unique Hotel, I dare say they must be really unreasonable/difficult. service is simply out of this world. This is the first time I have ever encountered such excellent service rendered to me out of the many times I have visited Vietnam. They treat their guests probably like how a Mother would treat her children. We felt extremely well taken care of and it felt closer than home itself! Location was excellent, Room was big and spacious, very good value for money (unless you are expecting 5 star Loccitane amenities or 2000 threadcount satin bedsheets, then Sapa is not for you). But I high recommend this hotel in Sapa anytime. I am an extremely fussy person and get really irritated at the slightest things but this stay really amazed me. Well, my only complaint is... at night if you open the windows, there will be moths/ flies that come into the room. But not a problem - just turn on the A/C. Make sure you book trekking tours with them as their recommendation (on everything) is excellent and well suited to your every needs. Also, they prepared food for us to take on the train. We were so extremely touched by this small gesture! If you are intending to do any tours in Halong Bay, feel free to email them and enquire as they also own a Travel Agency. What really made me happy was... when I offered tips for carrying our heavy lugguage up 2 stories, he told us: "Your Happiness is our Biggest Tips". Shocking for this to happen in Vietnam I dare say. So all in all peeps, book your Hanoi tours with them! We will be back.

- Excellent location: few walks to Sapa Station - train from town to Fansipan cable station by Sun group, also the center ancient church. Nearby a lot of restaurants, coffee shop, souvenir shop, foot massage... we tried H'Mong BBQ restaurant (same group of recommend Sapa Lotus), very delicious food there. Around 1-2 km to the lake and new Sapa market. If you travel by SapaExpress bus, their Sapa stop just across the street to hotel!!! - Excellent in facilities, cleanliness and especially value for money. Only Wi-Fi should be improved, but cellular 4G/3G coverage is very strong for your mobile work. Stayed 1 nite in Family Deluxe City view.

I checked in on a busy Saturday Morning and had to wait for a couple of hours till I can check in. So i took a walk around the market area which was close by (actually the hotel manager offered the breakfast which was not included but I couldn't take the offer.) after I got my room, it was more than I imagined, the room was spacious with a really great view overlooking Sapa city area. All in all I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know for its value and convenience. New hote,ver clean with great service by all of the attemtive staffs.

Located at a short walk away from the city centre, lies a clean and cosy Sapa Dragon Hotel. The service was great, and all the staff were earnest in providing us with the best service and assisting us with any issues we may have. Special mention and thanks to Ainh, who consistently went out of his way to help my friends and I with everything. We stayed @ the 3 person room, which was clean and pleasant. The management of the hotel was very understanding and went out of their way to assist us. Due to our irregular train timings into Sapa, we reached Sapa much earlier than the checkin time. We had requested for an early checkin prior, but was not promised anything. However, because the occupancy of the hotel was not too high, they allowed us to have an early checkin free of charge (usually their policy states that customers are to pay for 2 nights worth of stay if they request for early checkin) upon arrival. I am very thankful that the management was flexible about this, managing this in a very non-stingy and helpful way. We are very thankful for the effort put into this arrangement and how we were handled very professionally :) The only downside I can mention is the fact that Sapa Dragon Hotel does not have a very good view. This consideration, keeping in mind that many other hotels in Sapa leverage on their good views as the selling point. However, this definitely should not be an issue in contrast to what a great experience this hotel can provide. (good views are just a short hike away heh) Stayed April 2017, travelled with friends

Wonderful hotel in beautiful Sapa. It is in the best part of town: central, but still quiet. And if you stay on the backside of the building you will be treated with the most magnificent view over the valley (especially amazing at sunrise). Very cosy, light wood interior design. Reminiscent of Alpine or Scandinavian mountain cabins. Really the only complaint I have is when new tour groups arrive and the lobby is a bit hectic for half an hour. Highly recommended. THE place to stay in Sapa.

We (group of four) were staying at Eden Boutique Hotel during our visit to Sapa in September 2018. The journey from Hanoi to Sapa took 5-half hours drive on the road (due to land slide at some parts of the road to Sapa). On our arrival to the Hotel at around 6.30pm, the Hotel front-desk took our passports and immediately check us in, knowing that we were tired after a long journey. While waiting for some paperwork, they served us (and the driver) with welcome drinks. The breakfast in the Hotel was very good, especially the pho (broth and rice noodle) was delicious. Sooner, we learnt that the pho was prepared by the Owner of the Hotel with his own secret recipe. Every morning, we enjoyed something a little different for breakfast, and we ordered from the menu as much as we want. All employees in the Hotel are able to communicate with in English, they recommended us places worth visiting depending on the weather on that day in Sapa. I strongly recommend Eden Boutique Hotel Sapa.

I stayed at Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa for 4 days 3 nights. The hotel is very well-furnished, with a gym and indoor pool. The hotel breakfast is good with quite a spread every morning. There is a pool table within hotel compound to keep you entertained if you are bored at night. Your towels get changed twice a day as it is hard to dry the hotel due to the cool weather at Sapa all year. The hotel staff will also come in around evening every day to "make your bed", removing an outer quilt to prepare the bed for a comfortable sleep. The hotel staff are very attentive and polite especially the front desk staff who would try their best to answer my queries.The drawback of this hotel is that the path from the city centre to the hotel entrance is not very well-lit but that can be solved by using your handphone's torch function. It takes about 10 mins to walk from the city centre (Sapa Church) to the entrance and there are some shops offering US$5 leg massages outside the hotel entrance should you require one after your trek/hike. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay with my dad during my 4 days in Sapa and would highly recommend anyone who is going for a Sapa tour to stay at this hotel.

I'm at a loss for words at how amazing my stay was at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa. The hotel is relatively new and my girlfriend and I took a bit of a risk booking a room here. We were not disappointed! The accommodations were very clean, beautiful, and modern. The complimentary breakfast was delicious (not mediocre like many other hotels in Vietnam). The staff was incredibly friendly and treated us with great warmth. We felt as though we were more than just regular hotel guests. Anything we needed, they provided--including recommendations on activities to do around town. We were able to get massages right in the hotel and left the spa feeling like a million bucks. The view of the terraced mountains from our bedroom balcony was breathtaking. I only wish I could give this hotel 6 stars! This is the gold standard for hotels in Vietnam, and VERY reasonably priced!! Do yourself a favor and book your stay here when you are in Sapa. I definitely will again whenever I am back in town.

The hotel has professional service in the way they nicely arranged a room at high floor per our request and sent a confirmation email for our information in advance. The room is exactly the same as the photos with excellent view over the hills. One plus side is the sitting area which is well positioned with a view:) The hotel is clean and all the equipments function well. This is a well situated hotel - at the center Sapa and just on the way to Ta van - Lao Chai villages. Also, it is just opposite the Sapa Paradise restaurant which we had excellent local Vietnamese dinner with reasonable price. The breakfast however is acceptable with very standard dishes. However, the street in front of th hotel is quite small. In addition, when we arrived, there is a construction site near the hotel which caused traffic jam and noise. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with professional staff and good location.

The staffs are friendly and dedicated. Food is also a plus. Location is very near sapa city center. The rooms and other facilities is quite fit with the price the hotel offered.

Our room is on fourth floor with private balcony so we can clearly see Muong Hoa valley and Fansipan mountain, The room is big with twin bed .. that is very comfortable.. . the bathroom is modern and convenient for using with bathstub... The lunch on restaurant SAPA SKY VIEW is so tasty .. We love to sit on this nice restaurant that may be the best place in Sapa to enjoy fresh air and outdoor table is the best choice to enjoy the amazing view of Sapa .. We really love this hotel !!!

we stayed here for one night for our Trip to sapa we arrived early morning the staff very helpful, they help and recomend everthing for us. very good room and very clean with great view.good location food and drink are very good. i do love this hotel and friendly staff. we tired from jorney but when we meet all helpful staff here our tired gone away. I really recommend this hotel to everyone. You are very very good hotel in Sapa. we will come back for sure.

Good basic facilities very comfortable large King bed in a fabulous location walking distance to cable car entrance, fabulous restaurants. The management here are committed to employing locals who may not be as experienced but good on them for supporting the community. Sapa sisters trekking are just near the hotel - we booked a great private trek with them which was. A highlight.

We had the best stay at this hotel in Sapa. My main reason for picking it was so we'd be away from the noise of the main town of Sapa and as this hotel is right on the outskirts it definitely delivered. The scenery is incredible overall but the views from the rooms is beautiful. If the day is foggy well there is nothing you can do but on sunny days...Wow. Breakfast was so good, the buffet had anything even for the pickiest of eaters. Eggs, ham, fresh baguettes, pancakes, fried rice, Pho, little sweet cakes, veggies, cheese, fruit, coffee, tea, seriously we were not expecting it to have so many options so that was a big bonus. The rooms are super clean and had all the little amenities (comb, toothbrush +paste, shower cap, ect) hairdryer in the room, fast wifi, motorbike rental on site, laundry services (everything came back fresh and clean) and mostly the staff always tried to be super helpful in any way they could. So, so nice. We didn't bother to ask about tours from the hotel and such because there are 2 places in town run by local Hmong women (Sapa Sisters & Sapa O'Chau- highly recommended) and we wanted to use either one of them so we just went directly to the tour offices and inquired there. We meant to stay 2 nights and stayed 5. Went on a tour left our luggage here & returned everything a ok. Only one morning, there weren't too many guests so they asked us to choose one thing from the menu and we were a bit disappointed but then again we eat a lot and there are tons of places to grab extra breakfast at nearby. This did not affect our opinion of this beautiful, clean new hotel. We would return and highly recommend staying here. We had friends who stayed more into town and they hated it- they should have stayed here! Wish we could have stayed here longer!

I barely can describe how much we liked the staff of this hotel. They contributed so much to making our Sapa stay being the best through out our two weeks journey in Vietnam. They are friendly like nothing we've experienced before, no matter what situation they make you feel like you're one in the family deserving the best care. The hotel is just five minutes away from the city center but this makes it much more calm/relaxed/quite. The view from your room and from the resturant balcony is something spectacular. We actually sometimes just stayed on the balcony for an extra coffee just to imbibe the view of the mountains and the rice paddies. Stunning to say the least. I would recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone.

Sapa Eden Hotel is a shining example of Vietnamese Hospitality at it's best. The staff was superb, meals were excellent and the location in Sa Pa Town perfect. Located on Fansipan Street, it's an easy uphill walk to the center of town yet quieter than being on the main street. I will say the hotel could use a lot of referbishing, the balcony on my room was molded with moss growing on it. A good pressure washing and new paint would do the place wonders. My room was nice, a comfortable queen bed, a glass enclosed shower, plenty of hot water and excellent housekeeping. The hotel could use a small cocktail lounge, Sa Pa doesn't have much of a nightlife. I recommend if you are arriving by overnight train from Hanoi, arrange transfers with the hotel in advance. It's a mere 5.00 USD and you are met in front of the Lao Cai train station by the drive holding a sign with your name. It avoids the scammers who will charge you 20.00 USD or more. The hotel will arrange your transfer back to the train station also. I would love to stay at their sister hotel the Sapa Boutique, but Sapa Eden is a much better location.

Absolutely loved our time at Sapa Memory. The hotel was clean, great rooms in a quiet central location. One of the best aspects was Ngo on the front desk. He went out of his way to help us arrange transport and then gave us his number so that when we were out and about we could contact him if we had any difficulties. Thank you Ngo your hotel is fortunate to have you representing it. We recommended this hotel to everyone we met.

This hotel has definitely got the best value for money,They have been a great help in our trip, upgrading us to a mountain view room, allowing us to check in way before the check in time because we arrived early in the morning.The areas are nicely equipped, magnificent, with views that are great, beds and showers, TV, towels provided, blankets and sheets. We'd highly recommend this particular hotel to anyone planning to invest some time in Sapa.

Exceptional view of Mt Fansipan from room VIP3 and its balcony, that most hotels in Sapa would not be able to give. Room was clean with a chimney for winter, with private Wifi as a modern luxury. Only a short walk to the Cat Cat tourism village, and the hotel also proposed day trips to Bac Ha market. Main downside: electricity was down almost the whole of our first day, meaning we had to climb 9 floors to the room and there was no hot water (might want to pack a torchlight too!). But hey, that's mountain life and the view largely makes up for any inconvenience!
