We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was near family and facilities. We didn't need to use the car to go to shops, restaurants or local sights. The apartment was spacious and convenient and we appreciated the welcome pack of breakfast essentials.Nice toiletries too (l'Occitaine). The mattress on the side of the bed nearest the tv was a bit soft, but we slept well even through a thunderstorm. Definitely would look to stay in a Saco apt again.

These apartments are great and I would definitely recommend them over a hotel. The rooms are all a good size and generally the place is spotless. The kitchen is well equipped - no cafetiere though! The whole apartment is contemporary in style and luckily there was someone on reception when we arrived as the access code did not open the front door however, I called them and they were there straight away. There is a secure car park under the apartments that you pay £12 a night for. I had not booked this as I thought I would be able to arrange it when I arrived but I phoned them and they took payment over the phone so all sorted. It's a ten minute walk in to the centre of town where you can find everything you need and some great shops. My only reservation is that there is no soundproofing and you can hear road noise occasionally and noise from other apartments - the man upstairs had a cough and at one point it sounded like he was sat on the end of my bed!!

Excellent apartment ”
Modern clean spacious apartment . Centrally located. 5 mins walk to the town centre. Very helpful professional staff . The milk cereals water and toiletries was an added bonus . We only stayed for one night but perfect for a longer stay too ... washing machine dishwasher toaster etc very well equipped kitchen ..tv s in both the lounge and bedroom also a fan in the bedroom . Central heated . I do think the parking underneath the hotel is a little pricey and I also think the check in time is a little late. We paid 135 for one night and 12 parking and didn't even get 24 hours ... early check in from 2pm was an additional 30 which I did think was extortionate for saying even then it didn't give u 24 hours... but the actual accommodation was great .

Not working shower head, no hot water, broken lift( we stayed at 3rd floor with 5 big luggages), rooms too dark. Charged wrong amount of money for carpark(we claimed and refunded), additional +£1 for no reason and no refund, Not recommended to others. Quite disappointed.

Dear Poyan, We do apologise for the issues you had during your stay. The shower has been investigated and further repairs are due to be completed this week, I was not aware of a hot water issue with your apartment. I hope you were able to call us on our support number to discuss these issues. We also apologise for the lift being out of service, it is currently being repaired and should be finished today or tomorrow latest. Unfortunately the lift repair was out of our control however we do offer help with luggage where possible. Once we were made aware that the car park charges were incorrect, our team ensured it was refunded for you and the £1 pre authorisation is held and released at the end of your stay. I can see on our system it is expired so would have been released to you. A short distance walk to city centre. Appreciate much on the full kitchen with all the kitchenware required. You have washer, drying rack and a comfy couch. Basically nothing critical except that I would expect a higher water pressure for shower and some cleaning schedule to bin the trash for stay longer than a week

Nottingham in 2 Days”
Nottingham is a cool city and to stay in the city limits in a modern apartment was fabulous!!! We drove to our outings but wandered the city for bites to eat, Bill’s and Fat Hippo, which both were excellent! The apartment was very clean and tidy, 2 bedrooms with 2 private baths, washer (had to hang dry clothes but no biggey), very nice kitchenette for cooking if you would like. We stayed on the 4th floor and the views were great! The one time we did interact with reception, she was friendly and most helpful! Also there is private parking for a fee.
