Stayed here just only one night but really love it. The staff is very nice and friendly. The resort is located along the canel. The room is nice and tidy. The hut no.6/7/8 is located on the top of the hill and suitable for adults. For those who travel with kids or elderly, recommend to choose the family-type ones.

I had a very nice stay at this property. The hostess was very kind and accommodating. My room was very clean.the bed was comfortable. TV & air conditioning. Good restaurant next door. Close to the caves. I didn't have transportation so it's good to have a scooter or car to get around. Grab is hit or miss in Chiang Dao. Its too far to walk to the main district. Overall a very nice place to stay. I recommend it!

I rent the most basic room with Fan. But at night time, it's even no need to open the fan. Here is a very safe and east-side montain foothill. Very quite area with broden view. Located in a very nice village with many interesting resturants nearby. Also the breakfast is very simple and easy, but the food material is very fresh and good. I'll come again soon! Sincerely recommend to everyone. One thing need to be improve: The curtain is white color, then actually the whole night the room is quite bright. Even only 6am, it feels like 9am already. If someone's sleep easily disturb by the light, then this might will be a problem. Wish you have a good business :D

Perfect stay......”
This beautiful little place is amazing! I was warmly welcomed by one of the owners and guided to my very clean and comfortable room. I was pleasantly surprised to find warm water both in the sink and shower which is very unusual for Thailand and so lovely when it's cold season here in the north of Thailand. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept on in a long time. It was so peaceful and quiet, only the sounds of the birds and the stream that runs through the property. Plenty of parking, kind staff, and a great nights sleep. I will be back.

Had a wonderful stay at Saen Kam resort. The owners were so lovely and the resort itself was beautiful. The owners were very kind and helpful. If I came back to Chiang Dao I would undoubtedly stay here again.

Excellent location, relaxing surroundings”
Close to the Chiang Dao caves and other attractions. The resort is in a quiet natural location with good mountain views and walking distance to food stalls and restaurants. We staid in a spacious family room with two double beds. Breakfast was very good, Internet was also great. We will be back.

Very nice garden area and comfortable bungalows with a good view. Good location to reach the cave on foot. Although there are a lot of street dogs. Staff was helpful and friendly, even if english communication was sometimes difficult. We had a nice stay, thank you.

clean country side resort”
hot water boiler at main bf area is not hot ..although it show boiling. need to be replace. walking side to reosrt uphill is too narrow with lugguage.room is basic with some view in the morning . good external balcony with view but insect /mosquitoes and flies at night so not possile to sit outside.. but day time is ok.

Bungalows in the garden hillside”
Pretty cabin-like accommodations. We were on a prayer retreat so it was good for us to sit on the balcony and enjoy the surroundings. Breakfast available but no restaurant on sige--but plenty available around the property.

Positives: Views, value, location, staff Negatives: Steep walk to cabins is difficult, especially the mid to top cabins. Hard bed and lack of blankets in winter. Very cold in winter.

Beautiful location”
The location is stunning. The owners take really good care of the garden with all its beautiful flowers. It’s breath taking! We had the bungalows at the top, they are clean and basic. I highly recommend to bring warm pyjamas because it gets really cold in the night (December) we woke up freezing in the middle of the night because the sheets weren’t warm enough.
