Great value for money. Comfortable. Nice staffs. Hotel near to Aeon and Tesco. Have McDonalds nearby. Got local food stalls some more in front of hotel, just walk to get delicious food.

Price is okay . Room size a bit small but its okay la since the price quite cheap so can't expect for more. Room clean just that Wifi is a bit slow.

1. Please buy new linen supply. I am so surprised that the bedsheet , duvet cover and pillowcase were dark in colour. Please don't ever use the black & wornout linen. 2. Please keep your hotel hygiene at the highest priority.Why housekeeping not change the bedsheet..i was shock to see stained on my bedsheet..cut cost eh? 3 toilet were dirty and have weird smell ..housekeeping didn't do good job at keeping the property clean. Manager also didn't check their staff.. 4.Room so small but can argue more bcoz i have great deal from agoda.. for 3 night spend below 300. Walkin price 150/nite..so expensive for hotel with wornout linen. 5. Ac got leaked..and have green mold already. Seriously? You need to renovate sai! 6.Walking distance to tesco and aeon nilai. Mcd located just at the corner. 7. Check inn process was smooth thanks to the indian lady. No hassle. Thanks sai villa! But please dude seriously get an upgrade. 😇

location is superb, just opposite huge and trendy Aeonmall where you can shop, eat, read books, work - there are tables with plugs, and enjoy air conditioner. parking lots are plenty. grocery shop is next door, which is good for a can of chilled drink. family room is very spacious, with just enough furniture. flooring is comfortable and clean. the only fallback is ---towels, so stinky, probably inadequate drying.
