Money-valuable, Good staffs”
Very helpful and friendly staffs, my special thanks to Ms. Hong and Ms. Phuong - Restaurant Team for their hospitality. I stayed at Deluxe Room 309 (Sea Viewers). When I was pulling the window curtain, the curtain crossbar felt down and hit my forehead. Reported by Reception desk, the Team came quickly and Receptionist called me for Care for several times. Appreciate much.

It is unfortunate, yet inevitable and understandable, that there are so few people travelling at the moment, putting huge pressure on the establishments that are still open - many are closed due to Covid lockdowns and lack of tourism. Happily, this place was not. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Staff were all wonderful. Breakfast was good. Dinner was good. The pool is lovely and the only sound at night is breaking waves (erosion is a problem, but all the hotels and the authorities are trying to minimise the effects). The only thing we would ask is that they update some details on booking sites - the gym was listed "well-equipped" (unfortunately, it wasn't, and the treadmill wasn't working), and the petanque area wasn't usable. But they are minor gripes, the whole experience was great, helped by wonderful staff (it's worth saying it again). We would return.

The resort has excellent location with beautiful garden but I wish guest rooms could be bigger. Food at the restaurant is average but it should not be a big problem thanks to adjacent restaurants given its excellent location.

Great but kinda expensive”
I reccomend you the famous dish here: “Bún cá Thả”. The resort is elegent and classic ( nearly the first of resort here) ; might called authentic style ( kinda old style but totally clean) Still wanna back if they have promotion ;) Breakfast is oke!

Saigon Mui Ne ”
The location of this attractive hotel is excellent. The extensive grounds are immaculate and well tended. The accommodation is extremely clean. The pool area needs to be tended to and constantly maintained. The rotting wooden umbrella stands and the deck chairs should be maintained regularly to ensure the safety of the guests. The sunbed covers could have been put on all the beds in the pool area everyday and the umbrellas put up rather than guests being asked to move to other areas of the pool out of the sun! The reception and dining room staff make this hotel such a great place to stay at. They are amazingly kind and helpful. The downside of this hotel is the food. It is not of a high enough quality. The beverages at breakfast were stewed snd not fresh and meals taken in the evening were disappointing.

When you book 4 star I guess you have some expectations. The rooms and food were okay. Gym was 2 pieces of broken equipment in a basement next to a pool table. The pool water was so hot and so much urine from the kids, stung your eyes, not a relaxing pool. The bar was most pathetic bar I've come across. Went to have a beer at 8pm, no staff, no lights on. Went to have a beer during the day on another occaision to watch football. No wifi. The bar had no atmosphere, no music, no customers. The hotel is on the sandy beach, which is nicer than some other hotels. There are free bicycles to borrow, so that was good. I would consider other resorts next time I go to Mui Ne. I wouldn't stay here again but it was okay.

Relaxed although windy time at the beach”
The resort is in the middle of Mui Né. The staff was kind, the rooms ok, the breakfast diverse and some activities available. The tennis court should be free of charge, as it was Not well maintained. We were lucky about our beach, as most of the rest missed the sand. The waves are strong, so it was not nice to swim, but fun to ride the waves or watch the hundrets of kites. The street es very touristic without interesting shops. We found many restaurants but no nightlive. Overall we would recommand this place.

It was very nice Hotel , beautiful garden next to the see but the beach wasn’t a bit rocky in this side so no sandy beach for hotel but it had nice pool, it was a bit quiet at night as well but the area was generally quiet area after 10pm this tons of the year. Breakfast was good and in nice area. We were 3 people , the room given to us was big and clean . For the money we paid it was good hotel.

The room price was good if booking before trip at least 3 weeks. Breakfast buffet are plenty of local foods. Landscape is well designed. But the beach has no longer as beautiful as before due to the rouge damp to prevent landslides. The TV screen is small, TV cable is pure quality. Running water is weak and frustrated.

This resort is in a good location in central Mui Ne. Restaurant staff and room staff are great but front desk staff and manager needed to be re-trained on how to accept foreign credit card properly. It creates extreme inconvenience paying for service if guests dont have cash on hand.
