I would recommend this hotel for their great service and staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. I travelled with older aged group and we requested for a walk-in shower and we got an upgrade too. The staff helped us to open our suitcase as the lock had been broken in the airport and the key wouldn't fit. We were very please with the service at the hotel. The breakfast had a good selection and variety but you have to get there early as the more popular choices won't be available if you get there late.

I was sent first to a smoking room”
I booked two rooms for two nights there. We enjoyed the stay. The rooms are spacious, helpful staff, good breakfast, clean room, great location. One thing the hotel could do better is to manage smoking rooms. Upon check in, I was first given a room with strong smoking smell. I complained to reception and they gave me another room. My brother's family stayed in the other room also complained about smoking smell afterward.

I know, that no many guest at this moment at the hotel, but for the breafast there is no choice: "Pho" !!! soup on noddle, that all !! But on the picture they show you a nice buffet !! They have to inform that there is no more breakfast

I would expect more from a 4 star hotel. The carpet was outdated and the room felt very dull. The breakfast was very limited in choices, not as many as Seagull hotel.

Wasn't much to choose from in the area so we chose this one. Room wasn't actually that bad but we were scared to eat the food there (weak stomached westerners) staff weren't bad but nothing outstanding. Is ok for a night to break up the train trip.

Soundproof was extremely bad, facilities like swimming pool were not well maintained. Restaurant service was extremely slow.

People really charming and helpful”
We stayed at the Saigon Quy Nhon hotel and it was a really pleasant stay. The staff is so helpful and will make their possible for you to enjoy your stay. Nice top cafe with a view over the city, very pleasant at night. This is more a hotel for business people as no families were there. Most of the expats tend to stay at another resort south of the city and this is a shame as the hotel is great and the location perfect to visit the town that has more than just beaches.

Why don't more people know about Quy Nhon?”
We organised this hotel as our bit of luxury on our self guided trip to Vietnam. We picked the right place, as the hotel was of good quality, the pool very tempting and the view of the fishing craft in the harbour at night from the rooftop bar was amazing. It isn't the newest resort, but it is well run and maintained. Quy Nhon itself is highly recommended. Wonderful boulevard along the waterfront like in Nice. We were the only Europeans around and were made very welcome. Nearby food stalls are excellent, as is the local food market. Lots of activity on the beach. Great memories.

1) It was very hard to figure out exactly how their Spa worked re: appropriate services & prices. None of the Spa staff spoke English 2) Quy Nhon seemed very much a Tourist area for Vietnamese versus foreigners. During our July stay there were weddings every night at our hotel. These generally consumed the hotel dining and bar resources. 3) Mostly, it was a nice way to kick back and observer the Vietnamese have their own fun & relaxation.

Good location but avoid their private beach”
A good hotel although not well occupied. It is nearer to the visitor sites than other hotels. Major point to make is that they have an enticing leaflet describing their private beach at Tien Sa. This is several Km away and they imply there is a hotel car to take you there but instead you are told to take a taxi (about £3). This left me at the end of the track leading down to the coast which looked very attractive. But as I walked down there was a considerable amount of rubbish. I then came across some derelict buildings. There were handrails to guide you across the rocks but they appeared not to lead you to a sandy beach but just down to the sea edge of the rocks. This was extremely disappointing. However I made the most of the day by visiting the Queen's Beach and Quy Hoa Leprosy Hospital which was less than 1 Km away - more interesting than it may sound!

Pleasant hotel with friendly staff”
the location is fantastic. great price. rooms were huge and clean, although did smell very musty. water from shower leaks off bath and floods bathroom every time. breakfast had a nice selection to choose from but avoided the bread as there were small bugs hovering all over it. omelettes were great! had a very cheap massage which was ok. overall, if i found myself back in quy nhon, i would stay here again

1. Taxi from Phu Cat Airport to Hotel is really, really bad. I got cheated and was switched from 1 taxi to another. I wrote down the first taxi's license No. and tried to complain to Mai Linh Group, however no English speaking available and everyone seemed busy. Upon our arrival the second taxi asked for more money than agreed. Could never have expected that. I took picture for the car and they don't care at all.Security and Reception of the hotel finally pursuaded me to give that required amount to the driver. 2. The night before I left, the reception boy was trying to give me a taxi more expensive, making money between. It was only 50K VND and I was ready to take that. The next morning, reception girl gave me the fair deal, 400K VND to the airport. The boy did not get his own what a joke. Hotel is OK, but Quy Nhon really needs improvement for travellers especially in the taxi service.

Excellent value”
This hotel is a much higher class than hotels at a similar price in more touristy places so good value.Well equipped, though we'd have liked a kettle in the room. None of the rooms have balconies which was a pity. The breakfast buffet was excellent and gives westerners a chance to sample a great range of local dishes. Very comfortable and very good service. Quy Nohn isn't really a tourist town so no beach chairs and fewer restaurants but no-one trying to sell you anything which is a bonus.

The real Vietnam”
We came to Quy Nhon not knowing much about the town. We strolled along the beach, had a superb meal in the nearby restaurants. The staff and particularly Leha helped us out with booking of train tickets and our onward journey. The staff was really helpful.

great friendly staff, very clean hotel, lovely foyer on entry, good location for Quy Nhon, helpful staff with travel on to other destinations. Only thing that let the hotel down was the food and the cleanliness of the dining area - the pool was lovely although only had the sun until around 1pm each day.
