            Full booking in spite of getting booking confirmation and payment”

            I made the booking with successful payment and received the booking confirmation sheet. But the reception just told me that all rooms are fully booked when I arrived at the hotel in the evening. Until that time, I've never received any calling or pre-notice. I was really embarrased and had to use other hotel. How it can be possible?

            Run down old hotel”

            Dear,checked in April 19. hotel looks run down but hotel has good oceanfront. Check in staff is friendly, however she had no my booking record. Takes times to reseek my booking successfully. Room was assigned at middle room first floor. Room lookold. However, clean room.Found that bath tub water leaking on floor. Had trasferred to 2nd floor room. The bathtub okay, however the shower tap water was not in good work. But showering is reluntantly manageable. Aircon is old. Luckily there is a ceiling fan assistance. The balcony had greatly full oceanfront and partial road side viewing.Morning breakfast is ala cart .Ordered few breakfast sets.. Had full ocean viewing. Was told to pay extra breakfast sets afterleft. Absolutely unpleasant moment because we was not told by staff when we ordered breakfast. We paid them to minimize disputed. We checked out without passport returned. Found out no passport at ferry terminal. Returned to hotel and catch boat to HCM timely. No stay this hotel.

            Nice hotel right on the beach”

            While not exactly the sea view advertised, it was still nice enough. The location was very good, and it was a nice hotel. There was a jacuzzi in our room, but not enough hot water to fill it!

            Unique place to stay in Vung Tau”

            Pros: 1. Unique place, in all Vung Tau, the only place where you can literally stay above the ocean 2. Fishing right from the balcony while just laid back and enjoy the chill wind 3. Drink is so delicious with reasonaby price 4. Staff is friendly and very helpful when you ask for places around the city 5. Can buy seefood outside and enjoy them on the balcony ( just try not to get the room dirty ) Cons: Because of the coffee shop below so it is a little bit noisy at 7-9pm
