Excellent, clean, attractive rooms. This is the second time we have stayed here. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well appointed. The beach is great except not the best for swimming. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Near to Beach”
Location is good, Near to the beach, Lots of restaurants and massage centers near the beach. Room was big and spacious. Had a problem with the air-conditioned the first night and the staff responded quickly. Other than that, everything is fine. Going to the full moon party from the hotel to Haad Rin is 400 baht per person return. Will come back again. Recommended hotel .

Cute little place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet get away. It’s on a beautiful beach that is tucked away from the crowds. Other more populated beach are a short scooter ride away. The breakfast buffet isn’t huge, but it’s good and the staff are super nice. Would definitely stay here again!

It was fine and the restaurant has got great food. You are quite far from main street and need to take a Taxi. The facility is build too close to the beach. It's almost no beach to chill out.

Paradise! Nice beach, quiet, sunschairs, nice pool!”
Parafise-like! Really nice beach, not crowded (around Full Moon Party in December), nice pool, sunchairs by the beach aswell. Nice terass-resturant by the sea and beach. Nice room with aircon. The dowside is many taxi-cost from the pier, to Thonsala village, to Haad Rin etc. But I liked the location anyways.

Once a nice hotel”
The hotel clearly has seen better days. The hotel informed as after checking in that the hotel restaurant was bring renovated and couldn't be used. Unfortunately they did not tell us that the entire beach front of the hotel, this includes the restaurant was a building site. To go to the beach you had to walk between welders, carpenters, other trades and heavy machinery. Not the quite place you dream of for a holiday. From everything on the site you can tell that it once was a great resort, now it's just outdated and needs serious work.

Travel during COVID”
My brother in law and sister in law and ourselves booked a 3 night stay here over Christmas vacation. Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions we had to cancel our trip. Thailand increased their quarantine from a test & go to 7 days. Therefore we didn't have enough time in our vacation to allot for this. We requested a partial refund but the hotel denied it. Another hotel refunded us due to the situation but the Salad Beach would not. In the current global situation it would have been nice to have some empathy in a situation that is out of our control.

Beautiful beach resort...”
We stayed at Salad Beach for 5 nights over new years. Staff were really friendly and our room was lovely, overlooking the sea and swimming pool! Salad Beach is in northern Koh Phangan, so it is quite quiet....there arent many bars near by althought the Reggae Bar was good, 2 mins walk from hotel. Its perfect if you want a relaxing break. The Beach was beautiful....the hotel is right on the beach so every morning that is where breakfast was served. We went to the Full moon, it is about 40 min drive, so not that close but as we went over New Years the hotel provided a shuttle service for 300 baht each for a return which was a really good deal! We would definately recommend this hotel. Excellent stay!

Located on one of Koh Phangnan's best beaches”
We had a lovely three night stay at Salad Beach Resort to attend a full moon party. It is located on the other side of the island to Haad Rin beach where the full moon parties are held but the hotel will organise cheap transfers to and from for you. Please note that it is about a 40 min drive, however for the peace, quiet and relaxation it is well worth the trip. The restaurant is fantastic and the staff make customised pancakes at the buffet breakfast e.g. elephants, bunnies, crabs etc! While the room decor is less fancy than other Thailand hotels, the lovely pool, well priced massages and very friendly staff all added to a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. One other tip: If traveling to or from Koh Phangnan in the 3 days before and after a full moon party, make sure to book your ferry tickets in advance as they book out quickly.

Excellent resort for the price”
We went to Koh Phangan for the Full Moon Party but didn't want to stay in the craziness of Haad Rin. We made an excellent choice with the Salad Beach Resort. Haad Salad is a cozy little cove with a nice beach and calm waters. The hotel provided taxi service to and from the Full Moon Party (400 baht roundtrip). We stayed in a Superior Building room. If we go back to this resort (and we definitely would), we would book one of the cabanas in the garden - they were only $10-15 more than the room we booked. The pool was very nice. The restaurant was sufficient - good food at good prices. Service was also fine, not great, but ok for the price we paid to stay here.

Amazing staff! Wonderful stay!”
We loved our stay there. We are at koh Tao right now and missing out time at salad beach resort. The staff were so helpful when we were probably their pay annoying customers. We were so needy haha and I kept on locking ourselves out of our room and safe. They also helped us reheat the food we cooked on our cooking class and presented then on their nice restaurant bowls and plates. They did everything with a smile. Salad beach... The beach is the most beautiful on this northern side of the island. More than cholaklum, haad yao, etc. One negative I would say is that I didn't see a whole lot of street food vendors... So if you're looking for cheap cheap food you'll have to bike it down to thong sala
