There is no internet in rooms as written in the hotel page, only wifi is there with no internet, and always saying we will provide it, although the staff confirmed it was never provided in rooms. You have to go down and ask reception to give you temporary account to use there in the reception area with limited speed

No WIFI in rooms. No suitable sockets for charging mobiles. One towel only in the bath room. Staff gives little help. My be the area"Muhbas El Gen" is emerging due to bus service which is good (but tiring and crowded), but there are better hotel there ! - The only positives : new hotel , free bus tickets.

No car parking as mentioned in your website I was ask for early departure (N/A) Twin bed (N/A) Bed mattress was too small & short(for kids not for adults) Room size was too narrow No slippers & bath roub Room is soo noisy because of sound isolation of next room voices Smoking smells everywhere and in the AC Very bad experience and i was suffering of car parking and i got a ticket because of this. Room was disappointed of space and bed and smells of cigarette everywhere Hope i was not go to this hotel and i will not use your application /website because you did not give accurate information about your hotels

Nice and clean hotel. No complaints. Will be better if an additional bus is added as during rush times, we have to wait longer to get back to hotel from Haram.
