However, the beachfront rooms (I stay in beachfront room 100) on the first floor are next to dining area so it’s noisy as other customers / group customer: are hanging out , drinking and talking around the area. The wall is quite thin so you can hear them the whole time. The balcony is not so private as it’s next to the dining area as well. The view from the room is nice though and you can stay inside the room to chill. Staff is polite & helpful. Will come back and hopefully less noisy next time :)

Very good location if you like to stay in a quiet place. Bad odor from the toilet as if something was licking from the toilet. The toilet was not that clean. The room was good and clean, the view was nice from the room. But can hear everything from the next room. Overall good

Simple and nice, value for money, but staff should keep a dog away from restaurant as they was around while we have our breakfast.

Okay resort, but faraway from main beach”
Okay, I got lured in by them having a seaside property, but this part of the island is not the very good side. The water is muddy and oily. I also thought that we could just walk from the pier to here but no, it was very far. Be sure to rent a bike around the pier before going here. Better than hiring the songtheaw for 200 for each way. The property itself is okay. but if we were to go back to Koh Samed, we'll just opt for somewhere nearer to the main beach.

The room condition”
The air conditioning have water leaking, cause our cloth wet and dirty. The bolcony door lock is broken for long time and no replacement. The hotel have group booking while they waiting the group coming, the close the dinning/leisure table near to the beach, it treat like other guest didn't pay the money. Breakfast have to grab the food because of group booking guest.

This place is really evil!”
This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. Poor service, poor preparation my friend bed in the room were actually dirty!! Seem like other one having sex before we have arrival to the hotel, no changing the bedsheet!! too disgusting!!! We have complain this problem with agoda customer service but they always said that cannot reach the hotel. This is unacceptable!!!!!!

A little paradise easy to get from Rayong. ”
it was fantastic, we never left the hotel in the 2 nights we stayed there. It literally took one minute from my room to the beach, a beach that was uncompromising, quiet, no vendors,calm waters. Te staff arranged for us to have a beach bbq for a very decent price we got fresh crab, squid and huge shrimp. We swam from morning to midnight in the calm and clean waters right in front of the little resort. Getting there was also a breeze, Ao Noi Na the first stop if your travel by speed boat, they drop you off right outside the hotel and the vacation starts immediately. It is also the last pick up so you are in Rayong bus station in 20 minutes! I found a quiet paradise and I ll go back.

Clean, sleepy stay on a quiet part of the island”
Had a lovely stay. We speak Thai so not sure how the experience would've been on English. The staff are Burmese and very helpful. Was nice and quiet (other than the renovations currently being done) and very reasonably priced. At the time we stayed there was no dining option so I would recommend taking your own breakfast (but from rayong or 7-11 on koh samet if not fussy) unless you're happy to pay over $10 for an average breakfast next door. There is a little food shop over the road that make yummy, simple Thai food for as little as 50 baht. So close to the beach and a nice quiet part of the island. Definitely worth hiring a motorbike to get around.

Beautiful QUIET beach ”
Overall beautiful beach and very slow and quiet for Koh Samet. Staff a little slow and I had to wait for awhile to check in arriving at 1030 and being told no room ready till 12 was a bit annoying but it was a beautiful place with decent food in a great location and had wifi free. I nice quiet little getaway. And I recommend renting a motorcycle across the street as taxis are expensive. It's a 15 min ride to the party side of the islands by ao prao

Great location right at the beach, but small room”
We delighted our stay at the Samed Seaside Resort because of its very charming location right on the beach where sunrise every morning is awesome... We enjoyed the quiet environment. The hotel staff is friendly and polite although they do not understand english (except the manager who is not all the time at the resort, but reachable through cell phone). The room is small, no cupboard nor hangers (would have been very practical)... We could also take the cab for 200 baht to the popular Sae Kaew beach in 5mns where all the restaurants and fun activities happen.

Quiet Beachside Location near town and Sai Kaew”
My family and I sayed at the Samed Seaside Resort. The rooms were fine, opening to the garden area facing the restaurant and the ocean. It was nice to sit down at the restaurant, hear the surf and enjoy a meal as a family. The food was well cooked and priced affordably. We liked the location a short bus ride from town, the main pier and Sai Kaew Beach. Sai Kaew was a nicer beach, but it was filled with shops, restaurants, bars and resorts. There seemed to be a lot going on at Sai Kaew Beach, while the Samed Seaside Resort beach area was quiet an restful.

Private beach”
Nice beachfront hotel. Our room was just right on the beach only a few steps away from the sea and it's private. No one there when we stayed (low season). Food at the hotel is tasty but also pricey (Not many restaurants around there) so you don't have many selections. If you look for some quiet beach, this is one of them.
