Really Good Placd”
This is a great place, I stayed in one of the rooms with a private plunge pool and large garden and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was new and clean and had a huge TV with accessible HDMI inputs so you can bring a fire stick or similar for quiet evenings in. It’s very quiet and peaceful too. Also, the Thai gentleman managing the place is really nice and good fun. I will definitely stay here again.

A fabulous serviced apartment right on the beach”
The rooms were bright and brand new. White clean and insect-free. The rooms were really large and the bed so comfortable. We didn't need the room cleaned every day as it was so white and spacious with kitchen and cleaning products but when we asked the staff were there within the hour. The fridge was big so that was brilliant for the nights we wanted to stay home and heat up food. No music playing by the pool...extra bonus and the main staff member lay was so helpful and accommodating with our requests..motorbike, extra water and Laundry. We tried to extend our stay but it was fully booked so we'll definitely book in advance

We had great time at Samutra Residences. The host was very friendly and helpful. Our bungalow was clean, equipped with all the basic cutleries/plates/pans, and had a nice little terrace with pool/sea view. Pool was clean. You are able to rent a scooter at the reception for a fair price, which we recommend as you are more independent. Therefore, we can totally recommend this place to anybody interested.

As a traveler who wants to take rest, i highly recommend you to stay here. The room was clean and good to rest at room with nice smart TV. You can experience perfect vacation with netflix and some beers at your room. Only bad thing was that around residence was little dark to hang out at night, but still reasonable to stay.

Seeing the sunset”
This hotel offers a really nice sunset view. We can chill in the pool while watching the sun. Our room faces the beach and it is clean and spacious. However, there was a lot of mosquitos, so should close the doors at all times. Plus, someone will pick you up from the pier which is so convenient.

Great value for money and location (you will need to rent a scooter though!)”
The location is a short drive from Thong Sala pier down the main road heading to Haad Rin. The bungalows and reception are a short way down a dirt road it's very quiet and at night you feel like you're really in the jungle. We stayed in a garden view room which is a short walk to the beach/pool (both are lovely). Resort is run by a nice husband/wife team and it was built very recently so everything is brand new. Room was huge with a nice bathroom and smart TV. We only had the room cleaned once mid-stay but it suited us. Room needed more places to hang wet clothes/towels and washing. For some reason room seemed very damp too. Location is good ONLY IF YOU RENT A MOTORBIKE. We arrived too late to get one from the hotel but found a place on the main road that was still open. If you are looking for a better beach experience with all of the conveniences in walking distance I would consider Srithanu Beach, Haad Yao, Salad Beach, Mae Haad (my favorite), Chalok Lam OR Thong Nai Pan instead.

This is a very nice place to stay right on the beach, there is a pool between the room and the beach which is nice and has a good view to the sea. The room itself is convenient, spacious washroom and comfy bed. The road to the property is not the best as it’s sandy.

Very very bad feeling”
That's very very bad feeling，They are very new room，but full polluter air，I can't sleep at night.Anyway I must take care a boy ，living in carcinogenic risk …oh my god…never trust pictures，There is no pot in the kitchen, but there is an induction cooker，Are you kidding me？BBQ in room？Boss out ，no professional services，Ask everything ，only say“No”“I am not smell everything……”“That was Three months of construction”，“No room change”…Okay，Three months of construction…and no sofa in room，so empty so new building.Good luck for samutra，Budda will see it.

Amazing place like a home. ”
We like this place... we was in the Deluxe Bungalow it is very clean, modern, Smart TV, brilliant WIFI, comfortable bed and a nice new bathroom and terrace. 10 Meter walk and you are directly in the sea. Nice viewing on the island Koh Samui and to the beach. 50 Meters from the Bungalow directly on the Beach is a kite surfing Shop and you can book it to learn. It gives a clean and nice pool directly in the front from our bungalow. The staff like to take care about the hole resident it is all extremely clean and nice looking. He and his wife are nice, friendly, helpful and respectful people.

Great brand new rooms, smart tv, great bed, very cool infinity pool and 5 steps away from the beach with view of koh samui. Staff was really friendly and nice. Would totally recommend it!!

Nearly built place, rooms were very clean and the guy at reception was very helpful and friendly. Although no bar or restaurant we were advised to use the hotel next door which did brilliant food at great prices. The view and the pool couldn’t be faulted I would stay here again

This was a great place to stay, beautiful and quiet part of the beach. Maybe the staff should check for mosquitos after they air the room though, we smacked about 5 when we arrived. The room is spacious and very nice and the staff was helpful

Nice bungalow with balcony and large garden. Spacious room and comfortable mattress. Room provided usb hub to charge all our gadgets. Just that they forget to provide dishes sponge and table cloth in the kitchen. Overall it's a great stay.
