When I was searching for a hotel for my trip I was looking for something that was in a good location not far from MRT. There weren't too many reviews on this place but Google maps still showed it as a construction site, which let me to believe this hotel is relatively new. Sure enough my gamble paid off. The hotel was incredibly clean, staff was nice, complimentary breakfast every morning was a plus (8am-11:30am) and it even seems like they weren't completely done with construction. I stayed on the 6th floor and every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. you could hear what sounded like rooms being built in the 3 floors above. But it wasn't loud or disturbing. it was just nice knowing that if you can book this hotel for a reasonable price, you won't regret it. Everything about this hotel was wonderful for the price. 3 minutes walking to SamYan MRT. 5-10 min taxi (depending on traffic) to MBK and Paragon. Definitely plan to return

really recommend you this new accommodation！ it’s a new hotel near Sangam MRT station,only no more than 5mins walk the staff is helpful and friendly， location is good，siam shopping center 1.5 km far from here，and in the next street is the biggest night barzar in Bangkok breakfast is very good in downstairs

Amazing location, clean and lovely big room, with netflix on the TV. I stayed in Bangkok twice and even though my 2nd hotel was more expensive, there was no difference and I actually preferred Samyan! Save money and stay here. The beds are huge and super comfortable. Both a bathtub and a shower! Deffo recommend

Totally worth it”
The hotel is nearby the Sam Yan metro station, which is only one stop away (1km) from Silom station. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The price is affordable but the room is incredibly huge for one person even for 2 people. Breakfast option is limited, which doesn’t really bother me though. There’s a 7-11 close by so it’s quite convenient as well. I would definitely come back here when I visit BKK.

Very convenient hotel near Chamchuri square”
Since we were taking exams in Chamchuri square, the hotel is within the walking distance. There’s a 7/11 store nearby too. The staffs are great and helpful. We are very satisfied with the hotel’s decoration and cleanliness. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

in short, exceptional value. friendly and warm front line staff with smiles and greetings each time you walk by. they were also kind to upgrade us to a bigger available room, seeing we have an older kid. clean and well-furnished and well-maintained rooms with nice toilets. the sweet lady owner of the hotel who was having a function actually gave my husband a tee (she is a garment factory owner). location is really convenient, walking distance to Sam Yan metro, though we easily Grabbed almost everywhere. only potential bugbear for really light sleepers - we can hear the electronic beeps of doors n traffic outside (though it is quite light and never quite bothered all of us). still all in all, exceptional value.

We stayed there 4 nights and were satisfied with the room. The room is big, clean and nicely designed! Location was great too as the mrt was just a few mins away. However the shower had some problem, while bathing, the water turn extremely hot or extremely cold by itself. Another thing was when we check in at night, the staff kept talking on her hand phone with her friend and I had to wait for her a few mins before she start serving me. She forgot to return me my passport as she was distracted with talking on the phone and I had to ask from her. Overall still a good hotel, value for money.

Quiet, large room, on street”
The room is large. Staff are friendly, yet sometimes feel that there were certain things it has to be their way not the guest’s way. Since the hotel is on a busy street so it’s a bit noisy with the cars/horns.... though not too bad. The room is dark enough to sleep with comfort with the help of dark curtains. Water in shower is good but the drain is too slow. Overall stay is fairly satisfying. Yet the alarm clock on the bedside table cant be used.
