Everything is perfect”
Large room. Comfortable bed. Super clean and tidy. Room is well-thought of. Service is excellent - super fast check-in, very professional, helpful, polite, and friendly staff from receptionists to bell boys and everyone I saw in the hotel. Very efficient flow. Breakfast is served from 7am - 2pm, just what I need when I wanna sleep in or when I work late. The location is super convenient. There are many restaurants nearby within the alley, a coin laundry shop, cafes, etc. You just gotta give 5 stars for every aspect of this hotel. I would definitely come back, for work and for pleasure. Would be perfect for long stay too.

Wonderful location within walking.”
We stayed at Sanae hotel for 3 nights. 2 rooms. (one room was king bed and another room was double beds) The staff is very warm welcome and always have a big smile for you especially Nong Mam from receptionist and one of bell boy, I forgot to ask his name. He always there morning and night and greeting us all day long. The room was huge and feel comfortable to stay with 3 people. Room was excellent and clean. Prefect location, you can walk on foot to anywhere in Niman Road. My only complaint was the bath towels are ripped and they are so old and worn. Overall I like the hotel and I would stay here again.

Very good hotel and location”
I think this hotel is very good location which it is near by Kai yang เชิงดอย restaurant (Bib gaumand 2020) and when you go across the road, you can shop at the one nimmand (the commodity mall). We like the room that it is very quite big and you can party w/ your friends. I believed that I will back to hotel again for next time.

We love this hotel”
This is now our favourite hotel in Chiang Mai -- having stayed 4 or 5 times at least. Great location in Nimman with all it's restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping and spas a short stroll away. Good staff, great parking (underground), fabulous modern, perfectly maintained and comfortable suite. Good breakfast. We will return many more times hopefully. Great value for money

The hotel location is perfect for my work and it is very easy to get to food, cafe, shopping mall . All their staff are extremely friendly and very very helpful. Their breakfast is excellent, you can choose from one of the 4 or 5 sets. and their coffee is very nice. The only thing is the breakfast area is outdoor so it can be a bit hot sometimes. but the weather was fine when i was in Chiang Mai. I will be happy to stay there again.

Excellent in services by all staffs ”
I’ve stayed after re-opening from COVID. Hotel rooms and some facilities were repaired during shut down period. Room isn’t included of breakfast but hotel has provide ABF or boil rice to every quest. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall are very good and very impressive.

Very nice and clean room. The location is convenient in Nimman area. The breakfast was good and delicious. It's not buffet though. So it would be nice to have more selection of drinks for breakfast such as choices of tea.

Perfect except swimming pool”
I stayed here 5 nights.I had a pleasant stay.There is a good value for money.4-star hotel,It deserves.It's 5 kilometers from the airport.The space is quite large,clean and includes a balcony.But clothes racks can't be moved out.The receptionists speak fluently mandarin and English.We can communicate without barrier.They are very friendly.If u have any questions,they will resolve it kindly.There are A large number of restaurants,gift shops,currency exchange shops,even the shopping mall around here.The swimming is so tiny,and there is no gym center.Anyway,no one is perfect.It .It is worth the room rate.Overall,I will highly recommend.We come here for traveling,probably most of our time is spent outside.So we don't care the swimming pool,gym center.

My go to place in the city”
Been staying here at least once per year since it opened and always get executive suite. Love that it comes with washing machine. Much busier these days as word has got out and they seem to cater to Chinese with a big following there. Maybe not as good in busy season as that group tends to be noisy, but even then it’s a great place to stay. Recommend when you want to stay in Niman area.

We liked the big spacious suite. We booked executive suite. Close to mall and one market. Easy access to good food wether in food courts or street food. Quite expensive by Thai standards. We stay in Bangkok near Siam Square in a similar room for half the price of this hotel. I will probably look for alternative accommodation next visit just based on price.
