Excellent facilities and good location”
I visited at this resort with my friends to play golf near golf club. Just five minutes away from bluffs CC and all equipment and facilities to have dinner with barbecue grill. It was great time. I will stay again if I come back to Ho Tram.

Very good”
The Sanctuary is a great escape from the busy streets on Ho Chi Minh. The hotel has been up and running for a while though,so several small things were broken in the room. The staff was friendly, but completely unprepared to deal with a group of English speakers. I wanted to check out late and had to call 6 or 7 times before I could get an answer. Other than those two small hiccups, I had a great time. The villa was lovely, and I would definitely return.

Perfect for a little R&R from HCMC”
Fantastic place to escape the noise and bustle of HCMC. A little off the beaten track, being an hour from Vung Tau boat dock but, once there, you forget you are in Vietnam. Just a fantastic private villa, with pool, with all you could think of in the villa, and beach...

Great location on the beach with lots of space”
We liked the place which has a clean and nice set up and offers enough room for a small group or traveling with grandparents. It is recommend to bring your maid with you and lots of food and supplies. There is no supermarket around and the next metro is in Long Hai which is about a one hour drive from the sanctuary resort. We had the breakfast included and that was absolutely fair and nice! I did not like the fact that they charge a ridiculous fee for broken porcelain which could have been easily fixed by using white porcelain from Ming Long factory instead of some japanese stuff. If you break the teapot, which is nothing special, Otherwise recommendable!

Nice Pool, spacious rooms, quiet beach”
Pros: Love the salt pool, a bit deep (1.6m) for small children. Villa is big enough for the kids to run around. House party! Beach is quiet and nice. Breakfast is okay: Pho is great, should have more varieties. Friendly staffs. Cons: Lighting system could be improved, some fans does not work. Furnitures should be changed as they are degraded overtime. Some doors are hard to open. Overall: Love the place and had a great time with my family. Will come back !

Well, a little disappointed actually I had expected more as going to Sanctuary. The space is great but the facilities are not good enough (such as Toilet is old, Towels may be used for long time so not soft, not good-smelling.) Romantic BBQ dinner was broken due to a lot of mosquitos. As moving inside, it was better but we wish there were more lights at dinning table. Lighting system should be re-considered. Breakfast is boring although home-made coffee with various choice was nice.... Renovation is necessary I think.

Awesome villa for a relaxing vacation”
The villa was perfect for a relaxing vacation with friends. Villa had a large kitchen so we brought our own food and drinks to snack on and went down to the hotel restaurant for breakfast which was good. We had the hotel chef/staff come to the villa to prepare a BBQ which was great. Every bedroom had a balcony and bath. Will definitely go back.

The design of this house is really nice and modern. we can cook and enjoy like our home. The only thing is house thing like door to pool is hard to open and seem like maintanance is not good. Service and staff are nice and friendly. Still some good point for us to come back.

really enjoy the home feel of this villa. the whole family enjoyed sitting at the sofa, open all the doors to get sea fresh air in. we brought food with us so it saves a lot of tima and maney to dine out. breakfast in the hotel is also good with variety choices. we love the fresh juice made as order. the beach is a bit too windy for children under 5.

the villa was very modern, beautiful, and spacious...we had 6 people, and there was plenty of room. Close to the beach, and very luxury. The kids had plenty of room to run arround, the pool was a bit small, but clean and lovely. Good garden, and the funiture in the house was nice. Food was ok, reasonable price. However only worth it if you have a big group of people. Otherwise it is too expensive.

This place was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. We only had planned to stay 2 nights but we were having such fun just hanging lose that we added another night. The kids loved the clean beach, wave jumping and then the convenience of the 1.6m pool was awesome.

Better to spend your money elsewhere”
These are private Villas that was bought by private owners who then leased back to a management company to rent out to guests. So management was the worst that I've ever seen. On the photos, the place looks fantastic but upon close inspection, it is run down and has many cracks on the wall, sliding doors that were rusted and could not be open, BBQ that doesn't work because the owner refuse to replace it. Some lights works and some don't. Check out time were imposed at 11am and when asked why that we were not told upon checking in? the receptionist rudely pointed her finger to our signature on the contract that we signed the day before when we were hastily checking in without reading all the fine prints. So for the price that they are charging for this place, I think it is a scam. I will never come back here or recommend this place to anyone that I like.
