Beautiful hotel, great beach, pool and staff”
It was a lovely place, the staff are fantastic, especially Miss Kim and Yen. Any questions we had miss Kim answered promptly and if she didn't have the answer right then she would find out and get right back as soon as she could. My mom needed to go to the shop one day and miss Kim took her on her own scooter to grab what we needed. Rooms were spacious and beautiful and very comfy beds/ pillows. Pool was gorgeous. Food was great breakfast buffet changed every morning. Loved all the staff we met and talked to. Above all Miss Kim is not only a beautiful person inside and out she is fantastic at her job shes willing to help with anything and go above and beyond even on her day off she told us we could call her for anything. We will miss this place and come back as soon as we can. Excited to see the new additions going up in the next year.

We arrived around midnight and did not have much of a problem except for little misunderstanding with the front desk on duty that time. But that didn’t ruin my overall stay at Sandunes because I really enjoyed it. Perfect for an escape from busy cities! Also, David speaks english well and gives suggestions! Thank you so much

We chose Deluxe Garden View, really good value for money. Room was clean, walking distance to the beach. My partner and I were greeted warmly from the moment we arrived and the check-in and check-out process was hassle free. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Mui Ne.

Welcome drink to all , Breakfast is ok. The restaurant is good with our dinner, and the waiter in restaurant is supper good. Room with sea view, clean, good value. The good location, a very near red sandunes, just 3 mins to there for amazing sunset.

The check-in staffs were wonderful, attentive and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough good things for their service. The hotel itself is on the older side but for a short stay it was great, the breakfast was great as well. I had a wonderful stay here at the Sandunes,I stayed in one of the bungalows and it was nice with lots of room and a big jacuzziaswell,it was nice to just relax for a few days ,the food was good and the prices were decent ,the pool was big and clean,all the staff treated me really good the hostess David was really accommodating to me, took me wherever I needed to go and also took me fishing with his friends the one day, he was really good to me,I would highly recommend this place if you want a nice and quiet place to relax at.

Excellent service, quiet and scenic resort very near sand dunes.”
Excellent service from David and staff of the resort. He has gone beyond our expectation in helping us with booking of sunrise sand dunes tour, transportation, food recommendation and even helped us to get food and drinks delivered to the resort. Great swimming pool and direct access to the private stretch of beach just infront of the resort. There are also spa and massage services available daily. Spacious and clean bathtub in Seaview bungalow but maintenence of other area of the room could be improved. I would highly recommend this resort to travellers who prefer calm and peaceful environment.

The manager was very attentive and accommodating, and all the staff were friendly and helpful! I felt bad that covid had affect their livelihood, but they were still cheerful and courteous.
