Great place to relax”
We were treated great by the staff the whole time, they even gave us a couple little surprises in our room for our anniversary. The river view room had a amazing view and is highly recommended. Everything was clean and neat and the indoor outdoor shower was wonderful after spending time outside exploring.

Very nice hotel and view. Most of the staff doesn't speak English so its difficult to communicate, even to order food. Restaurants quality depends on the number of guests. Overall very nice and calm place to stay if you don't want to be caught up in busy Hue.

Bu far the best resort I have ever stayed at”
This resort is an absolute must. Everything was perfect. The Staff is extremely friendly and always looking after you. The little houses on the hill are absolutely amazing and have an awesome view. I highly recommend your stay here. They also offer lots of complimentary acessories like an airport pickup, boating, foot massage, fishing, and so much more I cant even remember. It is about 15 minutes by motorcycle from Hue city center but is totally worth it. If you want a calm and serene stay to get away from the city noise and hussle this is the place for you. Also, the staff crew is sincerely always doing their best to foster you and keep you comfortable

The staff or managers all are friendly and well-managed accommodation. The resort is very beautiful and pretty. Especially, I was able to see work and sunrise. The resort has a cultural village nearby so it was nice to be able to experience the culture of Vietnam indirectly. In this cultural village there are ancient houses of Vietnamese people and temples. There is a free bike to look around and offers a variety of things to see.

We have one night staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort is in a quiet area and the surrounding is just purely beautiful. You have mountain and a river just right in front of you. The room was spacious and all of the stuff in the room are clean. Overall, it's a nice place for such a cheap price. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

This place is nice but there is literally nobody here but us. There is no shuttles running like advertised. No spa no people! It is 25 minutes from city Centre. So if you traveling to Hue to site see pick another hotel the breakfast was order only and coffee was cold.

We came during the off season, great weather . Most of the pools and all but one restaraunt was shut down. However this was perfect, very quiet and peaceful. The staff arranged for a taxi to hue. A great place to decompress when I'm between Hanoi and Danang

숙소는 너무 좋은데 손님이 없어서 안타까움.. 근데 후에는 정말 가도후회 안가도 후회라는 말이 있듯이 굳이 안가는걸 추천함.. 그리고 위치가 시내랑 너무 멀어서ㅜㅜ 호캉스 하는거 아니면 굳이..? 후에에서 2박이상할거면 이 숙소 추천!!

Chất lượng dịch vụ và phòng ở rất tệ!”
Trải nghiệm rất tệ so với mức giá. Đêm đầu tiên đến không có ai ra xách đồ vào cho khách. Mình phải mang đồ từ bãi để xe vào sảnh lobby trong điều kiện mưa nặng hạt. Nhân viên sau đó xách đồ ra xe cho khách nhưng làm hỏng vali của khách, không xin lỗi còn đổ tại lý do khách làm hỏng từ trước. Cảm giác lên phòng rất tệ. Phòng rất tối, mùi ẩm mốc rất rõ, không đủ nước nóng cho 2 người tắm. Đồ ăn tại nhà hàng đắt và không ngon. Bữa sáng tại resort khá nghèo nàn. Đồ ăn ít và cũng ít món, không có nhiều lựa chọn. Trong 3 ngày nghỉ tại đây mình thấy nhân viên không niềm nở hay có mong muốn hỗ trợ khách hàng. Rất nhiều lần mình thấy thái độ khó chịu từ các bạn khi mình có yêu cầu gì đó hoặc chỉ đơn giản là gọi xe điện lên phòng. Rất nhiều nhân viên ở đây đều là người dân địa phương chưa được đào tạo. Khi ra về mình có yêu cầu chở ra xe để xếp đồ lên ô tô nhưng các bạn cũng không có dấu hiệu giúp đỡ mang đồ cho khách, vẫn ngồi trên xe điện nhìn khách xếp đồ lên xe và không quan tâm gì. Một khu resort được đầu tư nhiều về mặt hình thức nhưng chất lượng dịch vụ quá tệ. Recommend mọi người không nên nghỉ tại đây, với mức giá này có nhiều khách sạn khác ở Huế có chất lượng tốt hơn rất nhiều.

lúc đầu mình thấy resort này chạy media khá mạnh kết hợp cùng page top booking. hèn gì ngày đến đây gặp quá trời người quen. chứng tỏ phía resort và cái trang booking kia đã bắt tay nhau khá mạnh để truyền thông trong dịp đại lễ chứ bt mình rất hay tham khảo các rs ở huế vẫn chưa bao h biết đến rs này và về giá phòng khoảng tầm 1.500k/phòng nhưng hoàn toàn ko hề xứng đáng. được biết khu rs này xây từ 2007. tổng thể rs đã có trùng tu nên ko nói là quá cũ, ổn. nhưng trời ơi. điện thì 5 ngọn hư hết 3 ngọn. mình thuê 1 villa 2 phòng ngủ thì line điện thoại tịt ngóm hết cả 2 phòng. mỗi lần gọi lễ tân là nó khó khăn gì đâu. nhắn lễ tân xong đâu lại vào đó nên mình phải toàn lấy đt cá nhân gọi hotline của rs. thẻ phòng thì hư lên hư xuống. gọi kỹ thuật thì 3 tiếng ko thấy ai. việc thường xuyên đứng chờ dài cửa riết thành quen lun á. sáng ngủ dậy thấy chỉ có cafe đen dạng gói. hỏi lễ tân thì cũng ậm ừ bảo để e kiểm tra chắc đợi tới mãn kiếp lun á. buffet dở, đồ ăn ko mấy phong phú. mức giá cao trong dịp lễ trong khi vs mức giá đó mình có thể thuể các rs khác vs chất lượng và dịch vụ tốt hơn gấp 3 lần.

Địa điểm tuyệt vời nhất ở Huế”
Gia đình mình đi ngay trước lễ nhưng rất vắng, hầu như chỉ có nhà mình. Chắc do hơi xa trung tâm nên ít người ở nhưng thật sự resort rất đẹp, hoành tráng, sáng có thể đạp xe quanh quả đồi của resort và dọc bờ sông Hương rất rất tuyệt vời. Phòng thì khỏi nói rồi, cạnh bể bơi rất đẹp. Mẹ mình và mình cực kỳ enjoy khi ở đây, tuy ít khách nhưng nhân viên phục vụ rất chu đáo và đầy đủ, lễ phép. Đồ ăn món nào cũng rất ngon. Phải nói là chủ ở đây cực có tâm. Highly recommend nha các bạn (không phải seeding đâu ạ)
