      The best hotel in Chiangrai ”

      Warm welcome and excellent service from all department. I have been to Chiangrai many times for holiday. I have stayed many 5stars to 3stars hotel in Chiangrai and seriously all the hotels that I’ve been to, can’t compare to this Saan Hotel. If you want to stay in the city center where you can find shops, local restaurants to eat, temple and walk in very short distance to famous clock tower in Chiangrai,This is the place for you. the location is superb. The room is spotless and comfortable. Everything is perfect. I can’t find any cons in this hotel. I will definitely come back to Saan Hotel again and recommend to all my family and friends. Pros: - Top notch service from all departments especially door man, staff at breakfast buffet and front desk - Good location nearby clock tower and local shops and restaurants. - Good variety of breakfast. - Spotless room - The best hotel in Chiangrai - cheap price compared to what you can get. - Good value of money - Friendly and helpful staffs

      Great option!”

      We were here just one night, but were thoroughly impressed with our stay. The breakfast was perfect and they’ve done a good job of adjusting to having less guests by offering a number of set menu options for guests to choose from (as opposed to a traditional buffet which wouldn’t be appropriate now). The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Staff were very friendly and thoughtful, extremely attentive. The pool was lovely! We loved our night here.

      Wouldn't stay anywhere else but here if we're in Chiang Rai again”

      Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and parents. Hotel was renovated less than a year ago. Awesome room. Great value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - right bang in the middle of walking distance to everything. The pool looks great but we didn't pump into the water. We had a hired car parked at the hotel and unfortunately it had a flat tyre. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond in helping to get the tyre repaired. I do however have 1 suggestion to make, and that's the breakfast menu. They should look at putting bacon on the breakfast menu as well as the chicken ham. Regardless I would definitely be staying here again when we next visit Chiang Rai.

      Everyone was very nice and helpful. The location is great (less than 300m to the clocktower), the pool is very nice, the rooms are modern and clean. We’ve got breakfast included and that was also very tasty. Will come back again when we want to stay in Chiang Rai. We were a group of 8 and booked 8 rooms. Brand new hotel!

      Nice!!!”

      I visit Chiang Rai about once per year. My regular hotel has actually raised their rates during COVID while most others have lowered their price. So, this trip I chose the Saan Hotel which turned out to be a wise choice! The location is good, the room was very good and the staff were the best! My only problem was - every time I walked in/out, all the ladies at reception would stand up and greet me ;-) The breakfast was a set menu due to the COVID situation, but they do offer 3 western and 3 Thai options. I found the food very good.

      Got a great deal to stay here. Beautiful new hotel with a great breakfast and pool. Best option for price/comfort in Chiang Rai. Feels like luxury but doesn’t cost it. Staff have been excellent. All around a real win!

      Excellent location and superb/considerate staff. Spotlessly clean, with many nice touches and an excellent Western and Asian breakfast included. One of the nicest hotels we’ve been at on many years, and the price was great. We will stay at Sann every time we visit Chiang Rai.

      Sann Hotel is in a prime location, close to Saturday walking street, clock tower and bus terminal. The room is cozy and spacious, comfortable bed and excellent pillows, I had a good sleep.

      Had a very nice four day stay here. Nice rooms and very good staff. It is in the best location and buffet breakfast is very tasty. Plenty of parking and nice pool.

      Nice Hotel and Strategic location”

      This my first time visiting Chiang Rai. This hotel service is very good. Staff are very friendly. room is clean and no smell. The only think I have issue is with the bed. it is too soft to support my back. Location is very good, near the eatery places and walking distance to Saturday night bazaar. highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

      For travellers, Sam Hotel is located at strategic location on the main road where you can try all varieties of food from nearby restaurants. Plenty of hacker stalls, restaurants and a small food court (right next to to the hotel). Hotels staffs are friendly and helpful.

      I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is my families go to place to stay during a trip to Chiang Rai. It is right down town so easy access to most things. Pool is great for the kids. Staff is always top notch. Breakfast is very good. And the rooms are always clean.

      We had a Staycation at Sann to use the pool and be close to town. We all loved the large pool and the breakfast was fresh and tasty
